Orlando is located in central Florida, and as the center of the Orlando metropolitan area, it is one of the most-visited cities there for people who are going to the area's theme parks. Within Walt Disney World alone is the Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom. There is also Universal Orlando Resort, which includes Universal Studios, and several marine theme parks including Sea World. The weather in Orlando is warm to hot year round with daily highs in the 70s even in winter.

Getting to and from Orlando

Orlando International Airport is located southeast of the city. On weekdays, you can catch a bus to the Sand Lake Road SunRail station and take the commuter train to downtown Orlando. Lynx buses 11 and 51 take about 40 minutes to travel from the airport to downtown Orlando and bus 42 takes about an hour to go to International Drive. Many area hotels have airport shuttles, and shuttle vans and taxis are also available.
