About

The country’s second-largest city, Cape Town is the legislative capital of South Africa. Along with the House of Parliament, it is home to numerous governmental agencies and national institutions. The city features a mix of European and African cultures that are reflected in Cape Town’s architecture, cuisine and history. This creates a vibrant cosmopolitan atmosphere. Crowned by Table Top Mountain National Park, Cape Town is surrounded by a gorgeous, natural landscape that merges with the warm waters of the South Atlantic Ocean. The city’s climate produces mild winters with lows in the 40s and warm summers with highs above 80 degrees.

The shuttle bus service connects the terminal with the Civic Center bus station. Buses depart the airport every 20 minutes. There is no direct rail service to the airport.
