Very Poor
The room was obscenely hot. Unable to sleep and very uncomfortable being in the room with no comfort. The heat was debilitating. A terrible stay and no way of controlling the temperature. Hard to believe you charge to stay in an internal boiler room. The bar was very pleasant but otherwise a terrible experience.

The bar, cocktails and location. Breakfast was good - lots of choice.
The common areas are a bit tired/dirty. The shower was rubbish. Room was okay.

Not much parking at the hotel. We had to park on the street. The upstairs and bedroom interior is a bit drab and tired.

Great location in the centre of Harrogate, close to Betty's
Had a single room, which was adequate. Thin summer duvet on the bed, meant I was cold in the night. Would have expected a thicker duvet for end Oct/November!

Location is excellent for the shops.
WiFi did not work in Room 307. The staff showed no interest in helping to correct this and offered no solutions. Also there was no parking available and some places were clearly being reserved despite stating on the web site this was not allowed.

Very nice decorations. Accessibility. Staff were amazing. Especially Liam and his team at breakfast. Tackled the stress of staff sickness very well. They should be praised.

Food, location and was comfortable enough.
Check in is at 4pm and is problem as I needed to attend a trade show, same afternoon, meaning getting changed before the show was an issue.
