Location is second to none for experiencing Harrogate. Pleasant hotel room, easy check in. Staff very helpful.
Quite stuffy room and noisy with our room on first floor at back of hotel, above a backstreet that has multiple restaurants and hotels own bar and restaurant. Light pollution also an issue, once noise had died down, able to open the window but not able to feel the benefit without opening the curtains then light streaming in. Also a staff area door slamming under the room almost constantly, so sadly not the best nights sleep. However the location and building is the star of the show and I would stay again, but request a quiet room on a different floor at front of the hotel.
