Good central location. Nice atmosphere. Very good breakfast large comfortable room.
Car parking. The multi-storey closes at 21.30 and if your car is stuck inside you need to pay £50 to get it released. It's also old but a ticket Pay&Display..

Excellent. Beautifully presented breakfast and lovely to have tea and coffee served at the table rather than horrible machines, and to have plated dishes.
The staff were wonderful, particularly the first class reception lady who is an absolute credit to the hotel: hugely welcoming and helpful throughout our visit
The toast machine did not produce a very good product.

Room was beautifully appointed. Slippers and bathrobe included, as was a coffee machine. Large bed was super comfortable.

Lovey location and as I stay here quite a lot I was lucky and upgraded this time to a superior room it would be lovely in summer as it had a balcony over looking the outside seating area

Execellent decor,receptionist on night extreamly helpful.
Room had a flood in bathroom.
Receptionist was so heldful relocating rooms.
Unfortuately no on else was concerned to follow through with any communiction other than the intial response of the night receptionist.
Not even at check out.

Room not right. Wet and stained towels. Item left in the sink. Toilet flusher came off the wall. No kettle
