Pleasant
Location.
Pillows were hard. Room basic. Things just looked a bit ‘tired’ I understand it’s an old building but needs some attention.

Wonderful
I've stayed here before, very central. It's cosy and comfortable. Funny enough, I stayed exactly in the same bedroom as I did a few months back.

It was an original period old school hotel. Yes, it could with a revamp, but not at the expense of the period features. Staff were great and helpful. Best breakfast ever......
The fact we only booked one night.!!

Very thin walls. Woken up before 7am by tv in the next room and could hear everything. Old building so floorboards very squeaky so could hear every step. Breakfast was ok but not great quality at all

Could do with a re vamp on the room, cracks in the ceiling.

Fair
It was a lovely looking building in a good location but parking was an issue
The room was very hot. We had to turn off the heating, open a window and still sleep on top of the bedding and it was late October. We asked for a fan but it only just helped.
