Very central but nice and quiet at night, very comfy bed and the room was cosy and very clean, a parking permit is provided which was very handy. Shower is good and toiletries are provided, there’s a hairdryer too. Kim messaged me on the morning of arrival with all the details of how to gain entry, where the keys and permit will be and her phone number if I needed anything, very nice lady.

The room was comfortable and opposite the entrance to the conference centre, which was perfect for my visit. The proprietor was friendly and welcoming.
I was disappointed that there was no breakfast available though I should probably have checked this beforehand.

The property is located in a very convenient place next to my conference venue. It’s clean and quiet.
My room was in the second floor, the internet connection was not good and keeps breaking down every few minutes while the connection is excellent in the ground and first floors.

Value for money, location, how clean and modern it was. How helpful and friendly Kim was.
One out of five rooms did not have a working radiator or fan heater. Didn’t spoil the stay too much tho.
