Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, pleasant outdoor area. Tea and coffee in rooms. Mugs!
Room was very small and cramped bed was rather small for a double. Pump noise from the bathroom when water was turned on. No view at all.

Kerry when communicating with hotel was very helpful as my husband has walking difficulties could not put us in a room on ground floor but near lift on second floor
Ben on check in was very helpful and friendly
Food for breakfast was nice
Comfortable room , bar area nice and relaxing
Ordered pie which stated it was filled with chunksbof beef 2 pieces in, told Ben he got me another one this was the same. A lady ordered the same and lucky for her it had beef in
Shame my meal experience did not live up to my stay dined out second night

Room was clean & tidy. Bed was super comfortable - loved that. Breakfast was excellent. Staff awesome - thank you.
Outside noise (air conditioning?) woke me up earlier than I'd hoped but not the end of the world.

room was clean and comfortable. hotel was situated right in the middle of Harrogate so very convenient
No air con in the room, windows can only be opened a little. Bit of confusion with parking - hotel parking is not clearly signed and easily missed as it is down a narrow alley behind the hotel. two types of parking at the front of the hotel - paid by app and paid at a machine (pay & display). I worked it out but it was a little confusing.

The hotel building was very lovely, had a good bar area and excellent outside seating areas and the location was excellent based on our needs. The evening meal was excellent and also the breakfast. I have recommended it to some other friends , who unfortunately could not make it on the particular weekend we stayed.
When the bar closed for the evening , we asked if we could purchase a bottle of wine for the room, but unfortunately not, but it was not a big problem

Reception staff exceptional, very helpful. Bar staff also pleasant and attentive. Didn't go for Bed and Breakfast, instead had breakfast as a non resident which proved good and a lot cheaper.
Very hot in the room but this was caused with the heat wave, nice to have the fan already in the room.

Good location and room was clean and everting you need for short break. Fans are provided if needed to keep cool.
Nice outside beer garden and onsite restaurant.
Carpark very small and tight when in a larger car. The rooms could benefit from secondary glazing to block out some of the noise from the outside beer garden and road at night.
