The grounds and garden were beautiful, great location and friendly staff. It’s essentially a higher end pub with room but it perfectly hits the spot, clean and really good value. The breakfast was as good as I’ve had anywhere in the world!
Our room overlooked the fire escape but that’s me being very picky!

Good location - 5 mins walk into central Ripon. Good sized room - very clean and comfortable. Excellent shower.

Modern up to date in an old building with character the staff were friendly and professional and a very special thank you to Chanad who was extremely pleasant and helpful with a lovely natural manner which was much appreciated thank you
The furnishing in the bedroom needed a bit more thought as the safe was on the floor making it difficult for a less able person to use, the fan was in the wardrobe in the way of hanging clothes

It was difficult for two of us to sit down in comfort unless sitting on the bed. Two chairs would have been helpful as there was only one in the room.

Excellent location and it was obvious that there have been upgrades made to rooms and dining area. Very by cycle friendly.
The meal took 1 1/2 hours to arrive and was mediocre. There was no feedback from staff even when solicited. No apologies given or offer of a free drink or a positive response. Reflects poor leadership.

Great location, stunning building and beautifully styled interiors. The beds were very comfortable , room was spacious and very quiet. Staff were very attentive and professional. Great areas for sitting and having a quiet drink.
