The Inn itself looks very. Impressive and the bedroom i stayed in was excellent on the ground floor very modern and clean. Tea coffee making facilities, hairdryer and an iron and ironing board.
I found our room too cold and there was no thermostat to turn the large radiator on. I reported it to reception who said they would look into it but nothi g got done, pleased we only booked for one night.We booked a table for evening meal, however the tables location was directly under the air-conditioning it was blowing out freezing air, I asked to move table and was told to look for one myself!!!! not very helpful. The service for the meal was very slow. In my opinion not enough staff to cover busy weekend period. I doubt we'll return

The inn is in the perfect location for the cathedral and the city centre. It is located in a very green area with the extensive grounds leading into a park while on the opposite side of the road is the Spa park.
Generous range of breakfast goodies with the cooked offerings cleanly cooked.
There was plenty of parking.
The tv needed retuning but when I mentioned it a staff member offered to sort it immediately

Easy to find and central for what we wanted to do. Room was spacious and staff were helpful,
Thought I had sorted parking upon check in but got a parking fine if £100 3 weeks after check out. I’ve challenged it but just be aware if you stay there.

Lovely hotel and location to Ripon Very friendly staff
We didn't like how they let dogs sit on the furniture in the bar area Not very hygienic especially with serving food
