I love the Swan and stay here often. I didn't get a bath this time and the room was small for a double, but other than that, we were more than happy. Staff are wonderful, I always come back

Loved my experience here. Perfect location, onsite parking made arrival stressless. Hotel is beautiful well deserving listed building. Staff are phenomenal. Buffet breakfasts can be a let down sometimes but this too was exceptional. Highly recommend.
Very small issue that didnt bother me enough to mention but theres a bit of a plug socket shortage in the room. Didn't cause any massive issues, just be mindful of taking devices and need to rotate changing a little. Very picky point, literally only Very slight/minor inconvenience.

Excellent location for town, bars, and restaurants
Our room was near where coaches parked and deliveries were made so a quite noisy early in the morning

Beautiful building in a good but quiet location for the town and convention centre.
Evening food - the menu is limited however what we had was very nice.
Hotel clean.
The bedroom was very warm despite opening the windows. No fitness facilties

The hotel is in a great location and just a short walk into the town centre with all bars and restaurants nearby. Rooms were all well equipped with plenty of room, breakfast was superb and all staff were very helpful and polite.

Great central location. Friendly helpful staff. Very clean and tidy and plenty of space to sit down on the ground floor. Breakfast was perfect and a variety offered.
Bed kept moving away from wall, so pillows fell into the gap. Shower to small for my mm and bath had no adapted rails. Hotel was informed of her mobility issues. Dinner was very expensive for processed over salted food.

Lovely decor, ambience, friendly helpful staff. Comfy room, lovely bar, reception area. Breakfast was delicious/hot.
First day breakfast, was disappointed there were no vegetarian sausages on offer. I had to request them-with a waiting time of 10 minutes. I declined.
Next day, I ordered them in plenty of time but there was still a wait so I commenced breakfast, with the waitress bringing the sausages over.
I appreciate it's not ideal to cook on demand but surely it would be easier to offer vegetarian sausages initially?
