Disappointing
Mould on the shower ceiling and also the sink plug in bathroom didn't work so I had to brush teeth over toilet and wash face in the kitchen. I did message regarding this issue.

The property was furnished to a high level for basic needs. It had everything you needed in the bedrooms, bathroom and lounge. In the kitchen you have the dishwasher, washing machine, cooker and fridge. The heating was good. The internet was ok but crashed a bit and was slow. Tv was good with a variety of channels. They supplied some items of stuff.
The staff rang before we stayed to check we had received all details and were lovely. All details were very helpful.

They say they have tea and coffee etc but only enough for a few nights and we stayed for 8 nights and there was 4 of us so there was no where near enough so this meant we had to go out and buy packets. There was no cleaning spray or products which we had to go out and buy. They did provide us with washing up liquid, 1 t- towel, 3 washing tablets, 3 dish washer tablets and 3 toilet rolls but the 3 toilets rolls were no where near enough for 4 people for 8 days so we had to go out and buy more. They cleaned the property superficially but there had not been a deep clean in the apartment for a long time. The beds had not been moved and hovered behind or under and you can clearly tell, its disgusting under there….. There was a used towel under one bed, tissues etc. The beds are not comfy at all. If staying bring a topper.

The apartment was clean with a comfortable lounge. Nice hot shower and comfortable room sizes.
The bed in the smaller room was quite uncomfortable. My daughter who is an adult said it was too hard.

10 mins from town. Not in the pretty side of Harrogate.
Dirty carpets and cramped rooms. Very small double beds with old flat spring mattresses.

Location was brilliant - only about 15 mins walk into the heart of Harrogate and 5-7 mins to a Sainsbury Local. All necessities supplied in flat, central heating mostly worked well, sofas and beds were comfy, shower was far better than expected, and the flat was very clean. All furniture and appliances in excellent condition.
The radiator in one bedroom only worked once so the room was always cold. The light illuminating the passageway to go downstairs was on a timer and would turn off about 1 second after being pressed. Consequently, we always needed a torch to exit the flat at night. WiFi stopped working properly midway through our stay.

In the second bedroom there was only 1 plug in the wardrobe ??? which was too flush to the bottom of the wardrobe so couldn’t use it.

Apartment is 10-15 minute walk into central town and there are some shops local to the apartment (e.g. Sainsbury's local, Indian takeaway, coffeeshop) which is very convenient.
Bathroom was very modern with walk in shower and good supply of hot water and good water pressure. Nice open plan kitchen/living room with good sized Smart TV.
Parking is a real problem in Harrogate so it was a bonus to have an off road space for our car, although with the other 2 apartments being occupied it was a little tight getting in and out of the remaining space. Fortunately my husband is confident driver and used to getting our car into tight spaces!

It was in a quiet location and you could walk into Harrogate.
The beds were very uncomfortable and lumpy. The sofas weren’t very comfortable either.

Great space. Well equipped kitchen. Well decorated.
We had to turn the heating on when we arrived and it took the rest of the evening to warm up. Would have been better if turned on earlier in the day so warm on arrival.
