Wonderful
It was walking distance to the train station and city center. Clean. Has a washer/ dryer and a bottle of detergent so we didn’t have to go out and buy for just one load.
A little pricey.

Central location. Easy to find . Quick walk from 24 hour car park . Spacious and clean
Front door handle on the inside is loose and in danger of coming off

Very Good
Very central location for restaurants bars, shopping, parks and local attractions.
Well appointed kitchen and plenty of crockery
Flat door and main entrance door were very difficult to open. One member of our group did not have the strength to open them so had to rely on others to go in and out.

Lovely flat, great location and had a parking bay.
I am struggling to remember but think the carpet in master bedroom was looking a bit worn out.

Good location- easy and quick to get into the centre but with a good range of cafes bars and restaurants within a hundred yards
Other residents not closing the lobby door to the building behind them

It was clean and well equipped. The rooms were simply furnished. The bedding was crisp and the bed comfortable.
Both bathrooms were spacious and warm.
We loved the proximity to the nightlife, as we were dining nearby.
Communication was friendly and professional pre and post our visit. Parking was included, which was a great.
We would return.
The living room would have benefited from some rugs, as there was an echo. Some of the windows could have done with a thorough clean. We would not have noticed, except we raised the blinds to let some light in and the window was very dirty, as were some of the velux windows. The window sill next the dining table was wonky and there was paint on the floor, from it being moved when we sat down. So we had to move the table slightly forward to accommodate it.

Absolutely excellent location couldn't have been better, central location for all the amenities, shops, restaurants etc.
Apartment clean and comfortable superb. We all agreed that we would definitely go back.
Trying to remember all the codes to get in, but got there in the end when we were leaving, only a small problem there is always someone who remembers better than the other.

Property was ideally situated in Harrogate
We were slightly concerned when we entered the building on Friday afternoon to find an engineer fixing the lift although he assured us it would be fixed within the hour. One of our party has recently had a knee replacement so we were relying the lift. One entering the apartment all seemed well until we tried to turn on the TV but I hadn’t been tuned in. I called the number on the pack left in the apartment but the gentleman I spoke to wasn’t very helpful and told me to use the apps however he couldn’t quite be made to understood that we couldn’t get the TV to accept the Wi-Fi code. So consequently we were without a TV or radio throughout the weekend.
Also the car parking cost me £20 over the weekend for the second car with me almost being ticketed on Sunday morning. It says in the pack that parking is free after 6:00pm on Saturdays but that wasn’t the case and it was only because we were starting to pack up the car that we saw the traffic warden.
I’m sure if these problems were ironed out the place would have been perfect.

We could not fault anything from starting off with the booking, staff prompt in replying and providing ample information to the actual stay. Extremely central and convenient, with the added bonus of parking. Will definitely be back.
Nothing at all.

The location was excellent with parking and everything that you would need in an apartment for a weekend stay.
The lift was out of order and as I have a heart condition and waiting for open heart surgery due to a hereditary condition, the 2 flights of stairs became challenging at times.

Very Good
In middle of town, but quite. Close to shops and restaurants. Parking was a bonus, with designated parking space.
Well appointed, but starting to show some signs of wear and tear.
Very secure. Lots of code pads to gain entry.
Sofas were not that comfortable.
TV system complicated, with insufficient instructions for use.
