The rooms were spotless, such a beautiful place to stay with a quick walk into the centre of Harrogate. Tracey was brilliant and made sure we were ok during our stay. Just perfect.

Great location for town, only a few mins walk away. Lovely bedroom. Jacqui was lovely, very helpful, full of knowledge, great recommendations. Breakfast was wonderful - lots of choices, food was delicious

Murray House was easy to find with plenty of street parking and was in a convenient location for the town centre.
The host Tracey was lovely, both friendly and welcoming. She went out of her way to ensure that there were gluten-free options for me even provided gf biscuits for our room.
The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable with a nice hot and powerful shower.
I didn't always enjoy the climb to the second floor of the property ?

Lovely place, just 10mins walk from the centre of Harrogate. Roadside parking bays outside, you are given the permit to use them as soon as you arrive.
Tracey was very helpful & offered her knowledge of the area.
The budget single room was fantastic - bed was very comfy, hanging rail for clothes & a large power shower in the en suite, I will definitely use again if I need to stay in the area.

Great location for town centre, free parking, lovely room, warm and welcoming. Tracey was friendly and gave us great advice about things to do and places to visit. Her communication with us in advance of our stay was also excellent.

The landlady was very helpful in guiding me to find the property after my arrival in Harrogate by mobile phone and text messages. The shower in my room was defective but the landlady quickly found alternative arrangements.
My room was very clean and well maintained and of a good size for one occupant. The bedclothes and towels were very clean. Good liquid soap and a generously sized shower gel bottle.
The tea/coffee arrangements were very good with plenty of coffee and milk sachets. I am unable to offer comments on the breakfast and I did not order breakfast as I don't usually eat much first thing in the morning.
Property was located in a nice area of the town and within walking distance of the town centre.
Directions on how to find my way to the property before my arrival in Harrogate as I think that would have saved time on the day of arrival.

Beautiful room, well equipped, giving a perfectly restful stay, which was a soothing escape from building work at home. Tracy was friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed.

We had a lovely stay at Murray House. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Excellent location for the centre of town. Tracey was super friendly and nothing was too much trouble, she even borrowed some Marmite from a neighbouring hotel for me at breakfast time! We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Harrogate
