Exceptional
We stay here on a regular basis as we love to visit Harrogate . We were given a room on 9th floor and handed room keys early . All staff are very helpful and this is a solid built hotel with everything you need at a decent price . Great ait con and quiet between rooms . Small fridge . Big TV . Breakfast was included .
Absolutely love it and if you walk 400 yards to the Best Wetherspoons in the UK . Parking is £15 a day underneath the building
Nothing negative

Wonderful
Comfortable, warm , quiet room on 9th floor. Well stocked with tea, coffee etc. Bathrobes, iron and safe in room. Room quite spacious. Good shower. Secure carparking which has a daily rate and is charged at check in(£15 for 24hrs) at time of writing this review. Excellent hotel location. Did not use dining facilities at this hotel.
Have used this hotel on a number of occasions and would recommend it to family and friends based on our experience.

Staff particularly stand out as being friendly compared to other hotels with stayed in nearby. Breakfast really good too!
We stay a few times a year and sometimes the bed is really comfortable and other rooms not so much.

We arrived earlier than expected and could check in if we paid £25. We decided not to check in early.

Wonderful
Price, location, staff, ease of parking.
Breakfast experience not great. Restaurant less than half full when we arrived at 9.30. Despite it being not very busy, there weren't any tables set for new diners, loads of tables still cluttered with plates etc. We asked for a table to be set, the staff member simply set new cutlery down on a napkin. No effort made to clean and sanitise the table beforehand.
The breakfast offering was infact very good. However, the quality of the sausages wasn't great at all.
There was only 1 machine that had coffee available until my wife highlighted the matter (this was remedied immediately to be fair)
No tea spoons and it was definitely a case of hunt the breakfast tea bag.

Everything was spotless, the room was warm , very comfortable with a super large bed and large TV which was able to operate Netflix using phone mirroring .Very good central location close to restaurants and shops . Breakfast was absolutely delightful! The chef put out small quantities and replaced very regularly so that everything was super fresh and hot not left under a hot lamp to congeal and go wooden . Loved that there was fresh poached eggs available alongside fried eggs. This is so rare to find . Fresh fruit , ham, cheese , pastries and cereals as well as the hot buffet. Very good value. The staff were all very polite and superhelpful when asked for anything .
The hot water for the shower was not very hot , more warm . A minor detail which did not spoil our enjoyment in anyway
