Nice clean room .The bed was comfy and large .plenty of choice at breakfast .The parking had large spaces and you felt car was safe

Breakfast - good options, tasty, mindful of allergies.
Unfortunately, the bed and pillows were not comfortable for either of us, causing not a great sleep.
The room was not cleaned properly, mugs were changed and towels changed but beds were unmade, glasses left unwashed, water for kettle was not replenished and had to be requested, bathroom was not cleaned.

A modern hotel in a great central location, hotel room very comfy and clean. Breakfast excellent choices and value.
Overall, a pleasant stay, although a few things were disappointing — the window netting, understandably due to ongoing maintenance, meant we couldn’t fully appreciate the city views from the 11th floor, while the bathroom could benefit from some updating, and the bar service was a little slower than expected.
