Absolutely everything!
Our stay got off to a perfect start with our car space clearly designated in front of the apartment.
We were early and Maja kindly allowed us to check in ahead of time. The location was a short walk to shops, old town, beaches and boats - perfect!
The spotlessly clean apartment had everything we needed for a self catering stay. There were extra towels, which we appreciated given that we were there for four nights. The pool was lovely and a nice place to retreat to after the crowds on the city beaches. Communication with Maja was fantastic and she provided lots of information and recommendations on beaches, restaurants etc.

Nice and clean apartment close to the center. The pool is a huge plus on hot summer days :) Maja was very welcoming, shared some places to visit while staying in Budva and was always willing to help with any questions we may have had.
- Even though the shower stall has a door, the water was still splashing outside a bit.
- Malfunctioning cooktop display.

The apartment was very nice and spacious. It was very clean and located 10mins away from the centre of Budva.
Our parking spot was always available, something really important due to the fact that Budva is a busy town.
Our hostess, Maja was very polite and available to answer all our questions. She provided all information required to enjoy the most of Montenegro. I would definitely come back to this apartment when I am back in Budva.

Absolutely great place to stay with friendly and attentive staff. The apartment was modern, well furnished, and very clean. Location is very good in a quiet street that is walk distance to main areas in town.

Absolutely love the host! She was amazing from booking, checking in to checking out. She also gave us a list of recommendations from stuff to do, where to eat, shop etc.
Everything was on point with the property, the aesthetic (so beautiful), the location, cleanliness. Super close to everything really, the beach, old town, actual town, shops and a very short drive to Sveti Stefan
Cleanliness was a 15/10! Didn’t wear shoes or slippers anywhere in the apartment. It was super clean and smelled so fresh even at the main entrance

Wonderful stay, very clean and tidy, everything worked perfectly, excellent location (5 min walk from the beach and 10min away from Old town), also Maya is a great host, always there to help and share useful information about the city itself.. Huge recommendation, we will definitely come back.

Highly recommend, what an amazing Appartment, Mija could not do enough for you including giving you information about Montenegro bus timetables, places to visit and restaurant recommendations.
Within walking distance to the beech front and the old town.
The Appartment itself is absolutely spotless with everything that you could wish for kettle, toaster, fridge access to washing machine .
We only stopped for four days and the cleaner came in over this period which was arranged at a convenient time with ourselves .
Would definitely stop at this Appartment again on our return to Montenegro

We would throughly recommend staying at Sun and Sea Apartments. The apartments are in a great location with an easy walk into the centre. As a bonus, they are also located next to a well stocked mini market that does excellent takeaway pizzas!
The apartments are spotless, spacious and have excellent amenities. We also appreciated the extra finishing touches, such as an honesty box to use the coffee machine and a cleaning service twice during our stay.
Above all, the hospitality from Maja and her team cannot be faulted. Maja went above and beyond for us everyday during our stay, nothing was too much trouble and Maja went out of her way to ensure we optimised our stay in Budva.

The Sun and sea apartments are immaculately run apartments. The interiors are of a high standard as is the equipment and furnishings level of quality.
But it’s the little details where they go over and above that makes this place special.
The towels by the pool, the drinks fridge by the pool, shower by pool.
The laundry room with powder provided and drying racks in apartments all over and above.
On arrival a parking space for me with name and room number on bollard for my use throughout stay.. plus a very attentive host who met us within minutes and I constantly saw around the complex cleaning and tidying.

The apartment was extremely clean, had everything you needed and was in a fantastic location to access the old town and the beaches, all within a 10 minute walk. The apartment had a small supermarket literally next door which had all your essentials as well as serving food for takeaway. But most importantly maja was a perfect host. She supported us with any queries we had, printed travel tickets for us and gave us loads of helpful information. She was on hand whatever the need.
There is nothing that we didn’t like about our stay, we would definitely recommend the apartment.
