Getting to and from Budva

The busiest in Montenegro, Tivat Airport is located approximately 20 kilometers to the northwest. Travelers can reach Budva by bus, commercial shuttle or taxi. While the least expensive option, buses do not operate at night. Taxis are the fastest and most expensive way to travel. Buses and shuttles leave transit stations, a short walk from the airport. Bus and shuttles take approximately 40 minutes to reach Budva. Taxis make the trip in 20 minutes, and depart from the airport.
