The hotel is in a central location and is nearby two train stations. Only a 2-minute walk to the closest station, and 20-minute train ride from most popular tourist destinations in Tokyo. While small, the room still had a decent amount of space for two people. The in-room washer/dryer was a great plus. The room included a kitchen sink, small fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, utensils, and humidifier. The air conditioning worked great and kept us cool in the summer heat. There is a luggage scale in the main lobby which was very useful before heading to the airport. If you want to use their luggage transport service to the airport you have to book it the night before, which we didn't realize. They provide varying levels of room cleaning depending on what you want: do not disturb, minimal cleaning (take out trash and switch towels), or replace only towels and don't enter the room (you have to set your dirty towels outside your room). The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. We didn't arrive until around 2AM and yet there was still someone there to help us check in and figure everything out. They provide breakfast downstairs for a fee, however we didn't go down early enough to have it. The bathroom was nice and included a hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash. They had complimentary toiletries available as needed, such as toothbrush/paste, hairbrush, Q-tips, etc.
The week we stayed, there seemed to be some sort of national holiday week so laundry services weren't running. Our room wasn't cleaned thoroughly during that stay (no vacuum or bed sheets changed), which wasn't ideal. It left the room with a bit of a grimey feeling. The towels never dried overnight due to the humidity, so we ended up asking for new towels each day. The bidet was nice, however didn't have a fan for drying your rear. The bathroom vent only had two settings (low and high) so it was running constantly. The washer/dryer combo in the room was nice, however the drying time was super long if you did anything more than a few pieces of clothing (think like 5 hours drying time). Not the best views from the room window (I think ours was looking at another building), so if you're looking for something with great views of the city, this isn't it.

This place was perfectly located, clean, quiet, and really affordable. We picked this because of the short train ride to Haneda, but honestly it was well located so we were able to get everywhere in a reasonable amount of time.
The only thing I didn't like is there was a moldy smell in the room.

Comfortable beds and nice size bathroom. Nice to have washer and dryer, fridge and microwave. Close to train stations and on bus routes. Excellent staff at check in and out counter.
Overall soundproofing was good, however we had some people that seem to have kids jumping and running on the above floor from about 2100-0030 every night. Not hotel problem but guest problem.

Spacious for Japan. Has washer in the unit. The breakfast buffet was good. Good products in the shower including a great hair dryer and good quality shampoo. Very good shopping center right across from the hotel. The coffee machine in the lobby is very good thing to have access to all day?
The location is a little far out of the way from popular attractions but subway stations are nearby. There is construction going on right outside of the hotel.

The room had everything we needed and even washing machine. The products provided as well as hair dryer were high quality. Still contemplating about buying that ReFa hair dryer! The metro station is just around the corner. 7/11 and Family Mart are very close by. Coffee and tea available at the lobby. Breakfast was combination of Japanese and western cuisines. The luggage drop off is also available from Haneda airport for no charge.

Best thing about this location its only a 1 minute walk from the station and one stop away from the JR lines, it was never too busy, good coffee in the lobby available almost all day, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and it wasnt far away from anything

Got a room in the corner and has 2 windows, one of them facing the street (lucky me!). A very compact room with all facilities needed, including a washing machine that help me a lot during we stay.
You can take basic amenities (including several tea option), a coffee machine & vending machine in the lobby.
The hotel itself has 2 options station nearby, Sengakuji Station (Asakusa line) and Tanakawa Gateway (Yamanote line) which is very convenient to us discovery the city. If you take Narita Express, get off at Shinagawa Station and take a taxi to the hotel. It only cost ¥1,000.
If you like a calm and not too crowded area but has many option for transportation, this one is one of the best.
A little bit far from Konbini, but not a matters for us.

Great hotel location close to Sengaku-ji Temple (and station), one stop up from Shinagawa. You could get basically anywhere from here. Room was very clean, bathroom had a nice amount of room (especially from a Western perspective). Breakfast buffet was great and worth the cost and allowed us to save some money on food each day. Staff (especially at the cafe) were super friendly. We would definitely stay here again, we had no issues.
Fluffier pillows would be so nice! But it seems like this was the norm everywhere we stayed. They were so flat :D
