The hotel is well located: konbinis, and Asakusa line (Sengakuji station) are few steps away, and Shinagawa (JR) station (with many restaurants) is a 5-7-minute walk away in a dynamically developing area. The staff is very friendly, and helpful, they could help us to receive our suitcases a few days before our arrival, and after checkout they helped us to find our things stored (and forgotten) in the safe. - Thank you once more! The room seemed to be a bit less spacious than in an other Tokyu Stay hotel in Kanazawa and more dated, but the size was fine for us even with the suitcases. In Tokyo it is hard to find a similar size for a similar price. The washing machine in the room is a very good idea - less things to do home after arrival!
Our room was room 606 (if I remember well), and there were signs of water damage on the ceiling, There was also a strange smell in the room upon arrival, (maybe due to a cleaning detergent). Since the same problem existed in another room, we decided to stay in the first one, and after opening the window (it was not clear whether it could be opened), the air in the room became fine. Even if the usual cleaning was okay, these inconveniences showed the room not enough clean. The window of our room looked out on the unfriendly side of the building next door.

Nice, welcoming and spacious dining room/lounge at entrance. Comfortable room with desk and 2 chairs, complete with microwave, fridge and washer/dryer. Close to train station with elevator to one level (but not to train platform). Diagonally across new mega mall NEWoMAN (take special elevator to 28th floor in north tower for restaurants and garden city views). Love the complementary coffee and hot cocoa machine in the lobby and ice maker (for iced coffee). Only 1 train ride to Haneda airport!
Location not close to popular sights. Small lobby space due to stored luggages in the lobby. Tried breakfast once, not a big fan of items that day; extra fee

Great facilities and wonderful staff. Our room was lovely and the front desk staff were giving away themed snacks for Halloween, which was very fun.

-Open check in till 11pm was great. -very great staff they were welcoming and professional ( the staff actually helped me with my luggage issues and saved my trip) -great sized room and bathroom -dehumidifier and air conditioner -location was great I had many options for public transportation, takanawa station and sengakuji station. -the hotel offers a luggage drop off and pick up through a 3rd party .

Property was amazing! It was our families first trip (Me, Wife and 18 Month Daughter) to Japan. The breakfast buffet every morning was a life saver since most places are closed early in the day. Room was very clean and surprisingly spacious enough for the 3 of us. Location was probably the best, train station down stairs and another major one just a short walk away. Will definitely stay again when coming back!!!

Amazing value for money and very close to both subway and rail stations. Big room size for Tokyo with washing machine and microwave in each room. Free coffee machine in the reception.
Plain water bottle was not provided which could be a hassle for people who don't prefer tap water.

Location is conveniently located next to a couple of stations, konbini and drugstores nearby. The room was comfortably sized with a w&d combo in the room. Also really appreciated since this was my last hotel of my stay that there was a luggage scale in the lobby to use before heading to the airport.

The location is very good, next to the subway station, very convenient, and there are many convenience stores around. The hotel staff is very friendly and kind. There is a washer-dryer in the room, which is very nice.
When I first entered the room, I saw a large cockroach crawling on the sofa. I was terrified and immediately told the front desk. They immediately changed my room. I initially thought it was a hygiene issue at the hotel, but then I realized they didn't have screens on the windows. That's probably how the cockroach got in. I was otherwise very satisfied with the hotel except for this one thing.

Great area! Friendly staff. In room washer/dryer. So convenient. Free coffee all day long.
For the most part it was clean but there were stains on the wall and furniture. The shower curtain was turning yellow/orange at the bottom, possibly bacteria build up.

Our room unfortunately has cracks due to aging aside everything was fine we notified staff to make sure they are aware and resolve for future stays.
