Everyone was so nice and accommodating! The location was very very convenient and I plan on coming back to this location on my next visit to Japan. The train station is literally around the corner! They even gave me a birthday gift when I got there! So so sweet! There’s also free coffee in the lobby and a washing machine with detergent in the room. Major perk!
The rooms are a bit small for typical hotel rooms and the furniture is a little aged. Otherwise no issues.

great location, many restaurants and cafes around, family mart around the corner, very close to the metro station. clean , very spacious room for Tokyo standards - I had enough floor space to open my suitcase :)

We really had a great experience. The room was a great size and clean. Beds were comfortable. Location was great and close to essentials. Buffet breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Washer/dryer was a great bonus.

Very small for a twin room. No cleaning unless you stay more than a week. Air conditioning was not working properly. Our room advertised as a room with mini kitchen, but there was only a microwave and nothing else.

We initially just booked the normal queen, however felt like it was super small and couldn’t open our bags inside. The hotel however was able to accommodate a bigger room for the second and third night; and right after switching the room was so much more comfortable: location is great and close to all the shops, shinjuku Sanchome is just a 3 min walk away

It was a very convenient stay as we had to take an early morning train to Matsumoto from Shinjuku railway station. Also exploring Kabukicho neighborhood was very easy. Lots of good food nearby.

Location is perfection, there are a lot of restaurants right outside. Also its very close the the Metro and there are many malls nearby. Beds were comfortable and its surprisingly quite. Washing Machine is very much appreciated.

Fantastic location, close to everything and the metro station just around the corner was incredibly convenient. The room was a good size and the washing machine, microwave, kettle etc was perfect for a 5-night stay. Provisions of small comforts like green tea, tissues and hair ties (available at reception) were a really nice touch. Beds were comfy and we had an interesting view over Tokyo. We plan to stay here again for our next trip.

The single room was the perfect size for my needs. The bathroom was larger than I expected.
