Very Good
Location is great for real. Nice and helping staff. Has washing machine in the room for free use.
Hotels in Japan are small but here we couldn’t open our suitcase, and bathroom feels like bathroom in an airplane. And I think iyou should change the sheets if we are staying for 4 nights.

Our room was comfortable and not too small. It was nice to have the laundry machine. I found the room and property to be modern and clean. Very good location in Shinjuku.

The location is great if you want to be near the shopping and easy to access transport stations near Shinjuku.
Compared to the other Tokyu Stay Shinjuku East, I prefer the other. This property was older and you had to go outside to access the breakfast which was hosted in an adjacent restaurant. At that restaurant the food was cold as they often kept the door open for some reason. In the winter this didn't make much sense. It was freezing.

The size of the twin room and bathroom were both larger than I was expecting. The hotel is very close to Shinjuku Station exits and an easy walk 10 minute walk (with luggage) to the main station exit.

This was my second time staying at Tokyu Stay Shinjuku. It is a great location! Although the rooms, like most hotel rooms in Tokyo, are quite small, they are very well thought out and pack a lot of resources into a small space (e.g. washer/dryer, ironing set-up, desk, fridge). We were very happy return customers!

The location was very good, near to almost everything you need (food, train station, entertainment, etc). The room is small but great for two people and has all the necessary amenities to make it feel comfortable. The staff are very nice and attentive.

Great location! Less than 50 feet away from Shinjuku-sanchome Station C3 or B2 entrance. Be warned, Shinjuku-sanchome Station is connected to Shinjuku station via a very long underground passage, it could be quite a bit of walk to take some of the many lines. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk to Kabukicho. Lots of activities nearby during the night. Hotel service is quite hospitable, and the staff is very attentive. There is no onsite gym, but the room washer / dryer is so useful. We load it before heading out, and by the time we returned, the clothes are fresh and dry. The room is quite small, but Japanese is so creative in space management that it was well furnished with a small dining table with two chairs, microwave, safe, iron table, fridge, washer / dryer, cloth hangers, luggage stand, etc, and still not feel cramped. Amazing. The hotel is so surprisingly quiet despite being in busy area. We even slept with window open to get fresh air. We did not try hotel breakfast, b/c there are plenty of options nearby, so no opinion on hotel restaurant. Overall, such a great stay, will definitely come back again.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. So covenient. Close to amenities, city centre and trains. Bed was clean and comfortable. Vending machines were on the first floor that included water and other drinks.
Nothing bad came to mind. I liked staying there and will consider going back in the future.
