In room laundry. It's very convenient, but it does warm up the room. Location very close to many things but not in a location where it would get noisy.
AC is a bit on the noisier side but wasn't bad enough that it affected sleep too much

I have stayed at Tokyu Stay Shinjuku several times over the past few years and never been disappointed. The rooms are a decent size for that part of Tokyo, service is always amazing, and we love the location with lots of bars, restaurants, shopping and the JR Shinjuku station all within a short walk.
Tokyu Stay is more expensive than many other hotels in the area, however if you want a larger room with enough space to put your luggage, then you need to pay more.

Wonderful
Washer/dryer in the room was big plus. Room size was good for Japan. The location of this hotel is great being right next to local train stops and close to Shinjujku Station. Also many restaurants within a 1-10 minute walk. Starbucks right around the corner.

Great location in the heart of Shinjuku neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops just outside. Clean room with washer/dryer combo. Blackout shades were nice and needed. Free coffee after 6 a.m. Mini fridge in room was nice to keep some beverages cold.
Room was pretty small - probably common for Japan but miniature for US standards. Free coffee wasn't very good but preferences may differ. Room key card had to be inserted to run AC so the room was always hot after being out for a while.

Lovely staff, washer/dryer in the room. Clean and tidy.
Breakfast was great but a bit expensive. No coffee in room, but it did have a kettle and free tea for guests. Air conditioning was really noisy but you needed to have it on.

The location could not have been better. Subway station 5 minutes away. The rooms were small by US standards but had everything needed - microwave, refrigerator, safe, press and a washing machine ! The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The lobby provided hot water/ tea bags and coffee 24/7. Staff was helpful.

Perfect location in Shinjuku; less than 10 minute walk to Shinjuku Station. We stayed in a twin room which was spacious for two people. A sliding door separated the bedroom from an entry area with a combo washer/dryer, microwave and the bathroom. The washer/dryer was handy although the drying feature did not completely dry our clothes. Our room was on the 13th floor. It was very quiet with no street/vehicle noise or noise from other rooms. The room was very clean and you could walk in bare feet on the carpet without your feet getting sticky/dirty. The bedroom has a table and two chairs. Although the chairs do not slide under the table there was enough room for two 26 inch suitcases to lay flat. Appreciated the comfy bathrobe and the free coffee in the lobby. We stayed at the Hotel Gracery Shinjuku on our last trip to Japan and Tokyu Stay Shinjuku is a superior option. We would stay here again.
The bathroom lighting was too dim. The bathroom fan cannot be turned off. You can’t hear the fan when the bathroom door is closed but it would be preferable if the fan could be turned off when the bathroom was not being used.

Great location! Less than 50 feet away from Shinjuku-sanchome Station C3 or B2 entrance. Be warned, Shinjuku-sanchome Station is connected to Shinjuku station via a very long underground passage, it could be quite a bit of walk to take some of the many lines. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk to Kabukicho. Lots of activities nearby during the night. Hotel service is quite hospitable, and the staff is very attentive. There is no onsite gym, but the room washer / dryer is so useful. We load it before heading out, and by the time we returned, the clothes are fresh and dry. The room is quite small, but Japanese is so creative in space management that it was well furnished with a small dining table with two chairs, microwave, safe, iron table, fridge, washer / dryer, cloth hangers, luggage stand, etc, and still not feel cramped. Amazing. The hotel is so surprisingly quiet despite being in busy area. We even slept with window open to get fresh air. We did not try hotel breakfast, b/c there are plenty of options nearby, so no opinion on hotel restaurant. Overall, such a great stay, will definitely come back again.
No onsite gym.
