The property is modern and well located. There is an easy route to Shibuya Station and there is a little supermarket right opposite.
The bath was nice and deep but when we pulled the plug the water flooded the bathroom floor. We used a wet bath mat to redirect the water to the gutter.

A little expensive compared to other hotels in Japan, but Tokyo does seem to be that way.

Well equip room with everything you might need. Great location and a store right outside. It's convenient to have coffee machine in the lobby.
Missing some more good options for the breakfast inside and outside the hotel. Daylight is a problem in the room, so might feel some discomfort on a longer stay.
