It’s not far from shibuya cross
It’s complicated on walking distance from shibuya station and shibuya cross.
They didn’t make the room the 3 days I stayed. Air conditioner was in Japanese and there was no instructions in English. Other hotels have instructions on English even the device is in Japanese.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean.
The room was of a very high standard, the highest of all the hotels we stayed in in Tokyo.
The service was excellent and the treatment we received was perfect.

The room was good, it had a balcony as well! Well maintained rooms and the staff is amazing always helpful.
It’s in a quiet street, the cleaning is not done daily, its a bit far from the well known places like Dongeza, Shibuya station etc… any first timers I recommend staying somewhere closer better.

Wonderful
Very strategically located. The whole stretch of that road is stuffed with famous and really good restaurants. The bars are on another level too. We don't speak japanese but somehow spent the whole night talking to the locals there through google translator all the way up till 3am in two different bars.
The staffs are even better, went all the way out to help sometimes.
I think the room is really small, not suitable for 2 pax.

Room was a great size for our family of four (two teens). Thankful for the kitchenette and the washer/dryer and very nice hair dryer in the room. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Lobby is inviting with fun entertainment for kids. Most thankful for the way the staff handled my mix up on check out. I thought I booked three nights and when we didn’t check out after the second night, they contacted me through the Booking.com app. I was an hour away on a day trip and there was nothing I could do. Maeda at the front desk was very kind and helped me extend our stay for the additional night. Sincerely appreciate that!
The rates were very high compared to other hotels but the level of service matched.

A grocery store with freshly cooked food open 24 hours just across the street. That was definitely a big plus for this hotel.
The washer and dryer were very new and worked well. The hair dryer was also excellent—strong and effective. The room was very clean.
The area felt very safe and convenient for walking around. The hotel’s location near Shibuya Crossing was exactly what I was looking for.
There was no breakfast available—only some microwaveable food, which wasn't a big deal since there was a grocery store with freshly cooked food open 24 hours just across the street. That was definitely a big plus for this hotel.
The kitchen in the room was not fully equipped. For example, there was no kitchen towel, the knife was broken, no scissors and there were only two sets of dishes, even though we had three people. There were also no tea bags, no coffee provided in the room, and no ice tray.
The space felt very cramped and not as shown in the photos.
However, the location was difficult to reach on foot from Shibuya Station, especially with luggages. The road was bumpy and uphill. We ended up taking a taxi to the airport to avoid walking that route again.
That said, once settled in, the area felt very safe and convenient for walking around. The hotel’s location near Shibuya Crossing was exactly what I was looking for.

We had 5 rooms total and these rooms exceeded our expectations. We thought that the rooms would be very tight but they are good size. The washer/dryer combo in each room was a huge bonus. The staffs are very nice and friendly. We had a lot of luggages and was able to ship them to hotel without issues. Staffs are friendly and very responsive. Definitely we stay in Tokyu Stay hotel again next time.
