The room was spacious and well equipped, having a laundry machine in the room was awesome. Staff was very helpful. The location is nice as it is really close to Shinsen station, which is only one stop from Shibuya station in the Inokashira line.
The bed sheets were kind of rough in texture and the blanket had a weird texture as well.

This hotel is very well situated about 10 minutes away from Shibuya Station and its hustle and bustle. There is a grocery store directly across the street, a Family Mart a couple of minutes away, and several restaurants nearby. The room was compact but contained all necessary facilities for a longer stay, including a kitchenette and a washer / dryer. It was well maintained, quiet and extremely clean. Free coffee was offered in the lobby. The staff were very helpful in transferring our luggage to our next hotel in Kyoto. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again as it was a great base for exploring the city!
The pillows were very soft (something we just aren't used to!) and the towels were a bit thin. Not much to dislike!

The location, the number of beds in the room, and the staff were very helpful. We worked hard to learn and speak Japanese and appreciated their effort in meeting us half way with English.
I would have liked and onsite restaurant but not having one forced us to explore local restaurants eateries.

Staff was very attentive, kind, and accommodating when I had an unexpected injury during my travel. I notified them before my check in and received a prompt and empathic response. I was able to switch to an accessible room early and they helped me locate a nearby hospital. They also let me borrow crutches which was incredibly helpful. During the entirety of my stay, I felt supported by the staff and it was very comforting since I was traveling away from home. The hotel was also very clean and offered a comfortable space for coffee and other drinks. I loved the location since the hotel has a market across the street and lots of restaurants just a few steps away. It is also a very close to lots of big shopping areas and restaurants including the Shibuya Scramble area.

Close to shibuya station, services are done in a very private unbothersome way, very private, room facilities are extremely useful.
Even though balconies are available, smoking is prohibited, so instead of remaining in your room, you're supposed to use the smoking spot in the parking lot. Not much different than the rest of japan though.

Convenient location, 10-15 minute walk from shibuya station and the scramble. Had a washer and a dryer and a clothes hanger they provided in the room, with a small balcony to hang my clothes - so this was super convenient! I liked the bathroom very much!
They don’t clean the rooms which is very strange, only once a week (so if you stay for a week or less, your room will not be cleaned again) They do change towels or sheets if you ask them, and you put the bin at the door so they will clean it. So overall it was ok.

Excellent staff, well equipped room, hi-tech hair dryer, comfy bed, big tv, although the room was small as any other in Tokyo. Location was excellent, 10min walk from the main busy area at Shibuya, but "far enough"to get a quiet vibe and good rest.

I was pleasantly surprised by how good this hotel was. The room layout was very efficient and made it easy to organize multiple suitcases without feeling crowded. The bed was comfortable, the TV has Netflix, and the staff were great :) The location was also quite convenient - about a 15-minute walk to Shibuya Station and all the buzz of the city.
The shower was quite small and the water pressure was a bit low, but still manageable

The layout of the room was very efficient. We had 3 large suitcases and 2 small ones and had plenty of space to lay everything out and pack. The location was convenient. Its about a 12 minute walk from shibuya station. There is a commuter train station 3 mins away but that train is not as frequent and a long walk inside shibuya station. We typically just walked back from shibuya rather than bothering with the commuter train. The washing machine in the room was a lifesaver. The staff was extremely helpful and accomodating. They provided luggage storage and helped us book a taxi to the airport.
We couldnt get out to the balcony in our room without crawling under or over the desk. This was a poor design choice for the furniture. It would have been much better if the desk folded up. The bathroom smelled of sewage. The pillows were very lumpy and flat. Thry gave us neck pain.

The property was conveniently located in Shibuya on a quiet street, so you can escape the city hustle and bustle if you want to. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff members were very friendly. The complimentary coffee and washer/dryer in the room were a nice touch! We would definitely stay again.
