The location was great , close to Shibuya, but not in the middle of the craziness. In room washer dryer/ mid sized fridge/ microwave & hot plate w/ plate ware. The room was well appointed. Great mini mart directly across the street !
There wasn’t much. It’s just our kind of Hotel. The A/C vent blowing directly on the bed not a big deal. Only a suggestion, place some coat hangers in the room.

We loved the location of the hotel especially since it was in a local neighborhood and you got a feel for the authenticity of it. There is a convenient local market across the street and restaurants and bars nearby. The room is on the smaller side, but it did the job especially since it was our first leg of our trip. The staff were all incredibly helpful and welcoming. They helped us luggage forward our luggages to Osaka without any hiccups. The free amenities in the lobby were a lifesaver. We definitely appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and our room. Would recommend for anyone traveling to Tokyo and want a quiet area to stay in but near the hustle and bustle.

it's in a quiet neighborhood in shibuya and a short walk to a fun but less crazy neighborhood. room was spacious too.
There's a sewer-like smell in the bathroom.. and it doesn't go away..

Its a nice spot out of the way of the bustle, but close enough you don't have to walk far to find it. Being next to a place to buy food is nice. Facilities where new and clean and largely cozy.
The breakfast is, well more like a small lobby cafe downstairs. Not much selection and not really cozy or my first choice.

Great location - easy location to access taxis, many restaurants around and walkable to the nearest train station. The staff were friendly and the room was spacious (compared to most hotel rooms in Tokyo at that price point). The hotel is great for solo travelers

Clean, affordable, sufficient.
A little longer walk from train than I’d hope for, particularly on arrival as it’s more uphill, which was a lot with roller bag after long flight from nyc Firm beds and tiny room, but good value for Tokyo!

This hotel is conveniently located a few minutes walk from Shinsen station and about 15 minutes walk from the larger Shibuya station. Very easy to walk to the main area of Shibuya for shopping & dining, but the hotel's street is a little quieter which is great. Quick walk to a few convenience stores and restaurants as well. Overall very happy with our stay here and would recommend if you're looking to stay close to Shibuya!

We were in a large room that we were able to share with our children and space to move around, which was a nice change in Japan
There wasn’t much not to like, but there is no restaurant in the building, but there are many close by there is a coffee shop on the lobby level
