Lovely place situated few steps from the main street and metro station, yet very quiet and cozy. There is a coffee machine in the hotel lobby for all the guests to use, free water and garbage disposal bin + some snacks. Very polite staff helped me out when I noticed I lost my passport on my way from the airport and checekd me in without any problems.
There was nothing that comes to mind that we did not like.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel and the rooms are very clean and affordable.
The mattresses are a little firm for me but firm mattresses are preferred by almost everyone in Japan so it’s normal.

Quiet area, close to station, close to convenient store, and has washer/dryer combined that actually works very well.
Can be loud in the morning when the other rooms are being cleaned. A lot of old stains on the carpet inside the room.

It is located near the subway and bus stop. It is close to shopping, restaurants, and historical temple/ shrine. All rooms are equipped with own laundry, most rooms have small kitchen. Those are very valuable for long stays. Hotel staff is always helpful. Definitely my favorite place to stay

Spacious room by Japanese standards. Excellent location - very close to the subway station and very close to excellent eateries. Right next to convenience store! Welcome gift was a bonus!!

Confusion between red light and green light - small message in card folder should suffice.

Really big room with washing machine and integrated dryer. Detergent is provided. Very helpful staff when I forgot an item in my room. Free coffee in the lobby and more amenities.
