We love that its close to Shinagawa station (if you have business outside of Tokyo)
Their lounge had long waits, surprisingly. We just went to the bar next door and had no waits.

right opposite Shinagawa station which made travelling around Tokyo very easy and convenient. very friendly staff and clean hotel, always greeted with a smile
pillows in the rooms were very uncomfortable. breakfast was not good and expensive

Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The facility was extremely well kept and clean and conveniently located near the train and other modes of transportation.
It did not have a pool on site but had a beautiful bath house. H

The staff was amazing and the hotel was absolutely beautiful with the garden access directly from the property. The room was spacious and included more than expected. The train station was right around the corner as well. We highly recommend this hotel.

the rooms were big & amazingly awesome, bathroom tub & shower awesome, comfy beds & pillows, the gardens were such an amazing experience at night! Food was fabulousI just wish we could have stayed longer!
