View, location, and staff were outstanding.
The only bad thing that I can think of is the bathroom can be slightly updated/modern. But its still very clean and pretty.

The view from both the room and the lounge.
No walking distance to the city attractions. However, always a taxi ride away. No shuttle from the airport.

Stunning view of Tokyo Tower from the bedroom AND the bathroom - recommend booking Room 17. Bathroom has a jetted tub with a clear view of Tokyo Tower, perfect to unwind.

Very Good
The hotel facilities and the staff were very nice. They had several restaurants and shops on property, and the staff was plenitful and very attentive.
The location was odd and pretty far from almost everything. When I originally booked my trip to Japan, this hotel and another one in Shinjuku were the 2 I was deciding between. Ultimately, I decided on the other hotel for our first 5 days in Tokyo, and then this hotel is where we stayed our very last night (2 weeks later) on our way out of town. I was SOOOO glad that I had not picked this hotel for the early part of our trip. In the other hotel, we could walk outside and be in the middle of everything in a couple of minutes. At this hotel, it was difficult getting anywhere, even to a train station. Cabs are plentiful, but you will be in a cab for 30 minutes to get almost anywhere. Unless for some reason you want to be walking distance to the Tokyo Tower, I would never stay here again because of the location. It seemed like a business hotel that caters mainly to business people. One of the reasons I chose this hotel for our last day was to be in a different part of Tokyo on our last night and to have a view of the Tokyo Tower. Imagine my surprise and disappointment when we went outside to look at the tower around 8 pm and it was not lit up. It was dark. I asked someone why and they said that a baseball player had died and it was dark in his honor. We looked it up, it was an 89 year old former baseball player who died of natural causes that day. As sad as that is, if you are staying somewhere with a landmark in the name of the hotel for one night in order to see the landmark, it is quite disappointing that the one and only night you are there the landmark is dark. I don't know if things like this happen often or not, but if you are there for only one night and your main purpose for choosing the hotel is to see the view of the landmark, know that you may not even get to see it. Finally, we were in one of the suites on the 2nd floor that are decorated in the Japanese style with tatami mats. The room and the hotel, in general, felt very dated and dark.

Your hotel was on the higher end cost wise for use but we are very happy that we indulged ourselves for two nights and three days.
We were impressed with the meticulous care of or room throughout the day.
We used the concierge desk and they were very helpful and kind.
Buffet breakfast was excellent.
A little far to get to a station.
Taxi was easier for me.
