Location and price.
My room was very old, did not match photos.

Poor
Room was very spacious and bathrooms had a jacuzzi tub and shower! Also the extra breakfast on the 32 floor is worth it and staff up there including the chef is very friendly!
Front desk staff and especially at the sky bar staff were not friendly at all, terrible service, super expensive, acted as if you were bothering them if you asked for anything. I could go on and on! I would never stay at this place again even though the rooms were nice

Good
Room was large, comfortable, and well stocked. There were a lot of amenities in the hotel but everything was wildly expensive - this definitely was a place that feels like it’s catering toward business travelers with expense accounts or weddings with unlimited budgets and less so for leisure travelers. Staff was very attentive and helpful, and having the convenience store onsite was nice.
The onsen was nice enough (with great staff), but for the price of the room having an extra charge for that felt out of alignment with other places I experienced throughout Japan. While much of the hotel had been recently renovated, the room and bathroom felt dated for this high of a price point. The location is the negative. I booked for the Tokyo Tower views on my last night in Japan, and while it certainly delivered on that, it felt like a decent hike to get to anything else outside of the hotel.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this family room. It’s very spacious, well-equipped, exceptionally clean, and wonderfully quiet. Good buffet. We highly recommend it!

Disappointing
Unfortunately there is nothing that stands out about this hotel except if you get a room overlooking Tokyo tower but even then its not worth it.
The hotel rooms are old, some really old, in some cases in a bad condition where you can smell old washed carpets throughout the room. The hotel divides its room styles based on the floors and at the beginning we were put in the section of the hotel that was ancient. After complaining and paying an additional amount we were transferred into a better room with a more modern and spacious aesthetic but even then for the amount of money I was paying and expecting a 5-star hotel, this was much closer to a 3 star hotel. Unfortunately, I will not be going back nor am I recommending a stay at the hotel.

We went up to the top floor to access the bar and it was closed! Very strange because the hotel was extremely busy. Why would it be closed?!

Very Good
Room comfort, cleanliness, and amenities were excellent
The bathroom was loud/echo-ey and you could hear everything from the bed/room, even when the bathroom door was closed. It was a little difficult with us having 2 kids and the flushing/sink/showering being so loud from the bed. Also could have used more food/convenience options on property. Having young kids, we rely on that option. Ended up uber eats delivering most of our meals. The restaurant on property was extremely pricey.

Not necessarily a bad thing but the queue for breakfast can take a while, plan accordingly.

Good location, can see Tokyo Tower right from the room which was pretty cool
Room and facility were quite old. Overall staff in the reception and lobby were a bit cold and impatience.

What’s not to like. Beautiful hotel in a great location. I had a very large suite which was spectacular. The breakfast was exceptional as was the service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The sushi restaurant was first class wonderful. The smallish bar had great bartenders. Just a great stay

The view was amazing
Room service. I ate in the hotel and was allowed to pay with card, so naturally i assuemed i could order breakfast and either pay with card or have it charged to my room. The hotel had already received my card for payment upfront so naturally i would have never considered that my food would be held hostage and told that i would have to leave my room to go downstairs to pay for a 30 dollar meal when i had already spent close to 1500 usd to stay there. In the end i told them to send the food back and got an apology but that was completely crazy. If you have restaurants in the hotel that take card dont ask your guest to go down in their bed clothes to pay for some eggs it was horrible because the staff didnt speak english and we both were fustrated trying to understand each other.

Wonderful
Fantastic location, great facilities, amenities, and service.
Older property, the 20 years of service is visible in some areas, however, it doesn’t detract from the 5* experience.

We felt very fortunate to have chosen Prince Tower Hotel when we first arrived in Tokyo. We stayed for five nights, and all of the staff were extremely friendly and genuinely welcoming. In particular, Ms. Moe Hiyama at the front desk was wonderful—she thoughtfully prepared a gift for my child and helped us with the check-in process in a professional, efficient, and very warm manner. The housekeeping staff were also very attentive, cleaning our room with great care every day and providing us with plenty of drinks to make sure we stayed hydrated in the hot weather. For our next trip to Tokyo, this will definitely be our first stop again!
Everything is perfect!
