Room was perfect and my view was incredible. The staff kindly accommodated my request for a view of the Tokyo Tower. Staff was very helpful with my needs and sightseeing requests. Dinner and breakfast were great.
The surrounding neighborhood was not too lively at night.

The entire hotel from the first floor all the way to the reception area was beautiful. If you drove up there, they also have parking INSIDE the hotel. Its amazing.
I didnt dislike anything about the hotel. I was satisfied with my stay and had no complaints.

The room was the best room Ive ever seen in a hotel.
For such a high price they don't really have much included. Much more like nothing is included except 2 bottles of water. I think they could include some basic amenities like maybe breakfast or atleast the condiments.

This is hands down, one of the best luxury hotels we have ever stayed in across the globe. Excellent quality of rooms, amazing amenities, the hotel smells amazing 24/7, and the list goes on. Within a 5 minute walking distance from the subway that connects you to the entire city. Killer views, high tech rooms and excellent automatic black out shades. We were so sad to leave but would highly recommend the hotel to all family and friends in a heartbeat!
Other than the area around the hotel being quite dead in the evenings, nothing! Excellent hotel.

Location not the greatest, there was a gross stain on my robe in an otherwise clean room, and the breakfast croissants and pastries were stale.

Excellent location, go check out the restaurants and bars nearby. The overall design of the hotel is top notch! It is everything you can expect from a high standard city hotel.
Breakfast is not so fantastic, quite limited. Better to just have a room without the breakfast and go to the coffee shop at the entrance. I think the control system for the curtains and lights is terrible, needlessly complicated. Very limited amount of water bottles offered in the room, that should not be when you pay so much money for a room.. a welcoming little snack in the room on arrival is also absent and should be standard if you ask me.

Beautiful hotel with stunning views of Tokyo.
We were so looking forward to try Japanese pancakes, but unfortunately they were not on the menu. Otherwise breakfast was good.
