Exceptional
The location is amazing - 5 mins from loft, don quito, shibuya sky, ichiran ramen, flippers - you literally are in middle of shibuya and feel the energy as you go out but very quiet inside

The location is perfect. The bed is very comfortable. The staff is nice. There is free Matcha.
What do I need more?
My suitcase didn't fit under the bed. The capsule is very small, but I knew it.
The staff said that I can send a suitcase to another place in Tokyo and get it in the same day, but when I checked out we found out it is not possible.

Very Good
Close to EVERYTHING in Shibuya. Just a few blocks from Shibuya crossing & Shibuya 109. Really nice, modern facilities. Smokers patio a plus
Hard to find at first but mainly at fault because of the area, not the hostel. Was a little too quiet in sleeping areas. Even during the day I was scared to make a sound

Very Good
The location is good, 10-13 minute walk to most train lines. There's plenty of shopping near the hotel.
I think the bathrooms and shower area could have been fresher. The sleeping area can get really smelly; simple plug in air fresher would fix this and make the environment more pleasant.

Only thing I didn’t like was the scarcity of snacks they offered and not being able to eat/ drink in my room and/or floor .

Wonderful
As a 24 year old filipino male from California this place was great first time stay in Japan
- The location for this place was very central and right in the hub of all the Shibuya chaos. There was a convenient family right next to the facility which made it easy to get any snacks or beverages (1 min walk)
-The breakfast looked fresh and really good every morning although i didn't partake.
-The staff was also very easy to talk to and never made it feel like a problem asking too many questions.
-The happy hour was more lively than you'd think and this is the best chance to meet other people staying in the capsule hotel. The age demographic ranged from 25-34 year olds.
- The area is super close to plenty of shops and food so theres plenty to explore in the area should you need to fill any extra time.
- If i'm remembering correctly there is 3 showers and 3 toilets per floor so showering and using the restroom was never an issue. Both were exceptionally clean everyday.
- I was a little worried about storage safety but there are cameras on all the floors and once you meet the other people in the pods next to you it dosen't seem too sus. Plus its super quiet in the sleeping areas so everyone is super cautious not to wake up anyone let alone take the chance and open up someone else's room divider.
- there is also a ton of space under the bed. I was able to fit shoes, one carry on, and one checked bag under the bed. Just be weary that the checked bag needs to be compressed to be able to be rolled under the bed snuggly. There is also a shelf over your bed which will allow for storage of any other goodies you may buy on your trip.
Hmm if i were to pick some things i didnt like id say the elevator being slow was the main nuisance. Other than that maybe the AC in the rooms being a little stronger would be good but other than that it was still a very clean and solid place to stay.

Convenient location. Clean and quiet.
The screen for my room was broken (702 women) which made it difficult to get in and out of the room.

Wonderful
Location was GREAT! I would come here again because the location is right in the middle of all things Shibuya; shibuya crossing, tower of records, streetwear, parco and many more! There's a kobini right across the street of the stay. Everything felt so convenient because of the location. Since Shibuya station was a 5-7 minute walk away, my transportation from narita to shibuya felt like a breeze, all I had to do was take the narita express way and it went straight to shibuya station with a couple of stops.
The room was great, I'm small so everything was spacious for me, the bed was extremely comfortable. There were 4 charging ports to use. There's an ipod where you're able to control the bed, you can turn it into a sofa if needed. There is also a silent alarm you can use if you wanted to wake up the bed will automatically recline every 5 minutes and turn the lights on for you. The amenities was useful and they had everything you needed.
The stay was great overall! Unfortunately, because this is a shared space, there were people in their pods talking on the phone. I have spoken to staff about it and they were able to talk to the person right away, but that did not stop them from continuing to "whisper" on the phone.
For luggage transfer, I used their preferred service in the front desk for me to realize it was the most expensive luggage transfer I've done. They use Tebura and I paid $50 for a luggage going from Tokyo to Kyoto. I've done another luggage transfer from Kyoto to Toyko again using Yamato Delivery and spent $50 on two luggage's instead of one. So make sure you do your research before booking. This was my honest mistake.

Wonderful
Location is perfect and the staff are friendly + helpful
I'd hope there's a way to keep our luggage more secure, a lock or something - the underbed space is not tall enough for a closed check-in bag.
