This sleeping pod was great. It was quiet and the facilities were top notch. Each floor has 20 pods with 3 shared showers and 3 shared toilets. It never felt crowded or uncomfortable.

This capsule hotel was exactly what I needed my first night in Japan. Simple, cheap, but didn’t feel like I was missing anything either. Lots of foreigners were staying here. Crazy how close you are to the action of Shibuya here.
The elevators were incredibly difficult to navigate and I wish the staff had a little better knowledge of places for dinner and to storage luggage nearby.

Comfortable beds and great facilities. Free drinks available in the common space were also excellent. The community environment fostered there was also very nice, felt really welcoming in the common spaces.
Price may have been a bit high, for a capsule hotel / hostel if you don't make sure to make use of the common space and community. Those are really part of the value.

Excellent hostel and the lounge was a nice place to meet other travelers and go for drinks. Bed was quite comfortable though it did run a little hot for me. Hosts were all exceptional and friendly. Location is great, and I would definitely stay here again!

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the property was exceptionally clean and well organized. The facilities are modern, with a nice common area and a co-working space that make it easy to relax or get some work done. The location is also excellent for exploring Shibuya.
The hostel is a large open dorm with many pods in one room, so it isn’t ideal if you’re looking for a quieter or more mature atmosphere. During my stay, some guests were loud, intoxicated, walked around in towels, and ignored the house rules by sleeping in other people’s pods. I also overheard some offensive comments from a few guests, which made me uncomfortable. Although there are many posted rules, I didn’t see them being consistently enforced. If you’re in your 30s or prefer a calmer environment, you may want to consider other options.

Great location, right in the thick of it. Very helpful and friendly staff and great free amenities - free coffee, free toiletries. Everyone on my floor was very respectful of each other in terms of sound and space.
The unisex floor had a musty smell.

An amazing place to stay. So well thought out, down to the smallest details. I knew from the reviews it was going to be acceptable but it was so much more
One small thing I was worried about before coming was storing my suitcase under the bed. Thought it would be a hassle opening and closing a clamshell suitcase but was very happy to find out it was a big drawer type thing so my suitcase was open the whole time and the platform easily rolls out

The location was superb, and it was quite comfortable and still allowed for privacy even being a dorm.
It was a little bit warm when trying to sleep at night, even with the fan on.
