Wonderful
Exactly as one would expect from a capsule hotel these days (since it's gotten wildly popular from social media). Location can't be beat. Staff is nice.
Could be a little cleaner, but not too bad either.

Great location, right in the thick of it. Very helpful and friendly staff and great free amenities - free coffee, free toiletries. Everyone on my floor was very respectful of each other in terms of sound and space.
The unisex floor had a musty smell.

An amazing place to stay. So well thought out, down to the smallest details. I knew from the reviews it was going to be acceptable but it was so much more
One small thing I was worried about before coming was storing my suitcase under the bed. Thought it would be a hassle opening and closing a clamshell suitcase but was very happy to find out it was a big drawer type thing so my suitcase was open the whole time and the platform easily rolls out
Liked everything

Wish there were more amenities/pyjamas available

The location was superb, and it was quite comfortable and still allowed for privacy even being a dorm.
It was a little bit warm when trying to sleep at night, even with the fan on.

Friendly accommodating staff, facilities were clean, bed was comfortable, as a solo female
I felt safe, got good sleep, it was quiet and good amenities!
Can’t really think of anything that I did not like about this hotel

Location is right in the middle of Shibuya which was super fun. Rooms felt like hostels where you have to open your capsule to use your suitcase but sleeping at night is quieter and more private than a typical hostel. Public bathrooms and showers but never had any issues with cleanliness or access. The common space on the fourth floor is really fun and there are always people there to mingle with. There's a happy hour around 5pm where they give free beers which was really fun. They graciously kept our luggage for us before and after check in/ check out.

The location is the best part of staying here. Also a pod hotel is technically a hostel but here at the millennials everyone is super quiet and respectful which I don’t believe is the same for European type of hostels. Also the beds are extremely comfortable.
The pods can get a bit warm, there is a fan that you can turn on that helps a lot.

Excellent location, very clean and nicely organised with lots of common spaces. Beds were very comfy. Breakfast was simple but had just enough stuff and was tasteful.

Wonderful
Friendly and helpful staff. Centrally located. Lots of shops and restaurants walking distance, as well as public transit. Clean and modern facilities. Loved the privacy doors in the bathrooms and showers. Easily the most comfortable bed I slept in out the four hotels I stayed while in Japan. The beer happy hour was a nice bonus. I will absolutely stay again next time.
Check out is too early. Would have preferred 11am without having to pay a premium.

The location and the actual comfort of the beds is impossible to beat compared to any other place I’ve tried. Japanese beds are typically pretty firm at hotels I’ve stayed at before, but these beds are so incredibly, that I want to build a pod in my room because it feels so cozy in there. Also, their staffing is incredibly diverse and accommodating towards different languages and walks of earth. They also let you leave your bag after check out which is a huge relief as someone with disability that has a hard time moving my luggage more than I have to.
The only thing I can complain about is when the rooms get sold out.

The location is amazing - 5 mins from loft, don quito, shibuya sky, ichiran ramen, flippers - you literally are in middle of shibuya and feel the energy as you go out but very quiet inside

The location is perfect. The bed is very comfortable. The staff is nice. There is free Matcha.
What do I need more?
My suitcase didn't fit under the bed. The capsule is very small, but I knew it.
The staff said that I can send a suitcase to another place in Tokyo and get it in the same day, but when I checked out we found out it is not possible.

Very Good
Close to EVERYTHING in Shibuya. Just a few blocks from Shibuya crossing & Shibuya 109. Really nice, modern facilities. Smokers patio a plus
Hard to find at first but mainly at fault because of the area, not the hostel. Was a little too quiet in sleeping areas. Even during the day I was scared to make a sound

Very Good
The location is good, 10-13 minute walk to most train lines. There's plenty of shopping near the hotel.
I think the bathrooms and shower area could have been fresher. The sleeping area can get really smelly; simple plug in air fresher would fix this and make the environment more pleasant.
