Pods were comfortable, could adjust lighting/bed position easily, free beer and snacks, great showers.
Only one lift servicing 10 floors, fairly hard to find as sign is way above eye level. Storage space under bed too small for large suitcases.

The location is absolutely amazing! I love that the shared bathroom has its own space to get changed after the shower, very clean and comfortable bed, staff is really friendly.
It is a little hot in the cabin if its a hot day outside.

Location is great in the heart of Shibuya, but quiet. Also good for getting to airport.
Its worst than a hostel in terms of noise. The pods with individual courtains may seem like a cool idea but they are super noisy, everyone pulling them up and down at all different times. No flexibility to check in a bit earlier. I got there at 2.30 and they made me wait till 3 (check in time) even though everything was ready. I dont understand when they do that.

Very modern place, comfy, perfect for traveling solo. Really good location.
The rug on the womens dorm had some hair. The place has a business feeling to it so not very social, staff could be a little bit warmer.
