I had a fantastic experience at this hostel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, which made the stay feel welcoming from the moment I arrived. The rooms and common areas were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
I also really appreciated the social atmosphere; it was easy to meet other travelers, but the hostel was still quiet enough at night to get good sleep. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations.
Not a fan of the location (Shibuya) personally. Too touristy and crowded

Very Good
Good access to everywhere given the location, and pretty cozy rooms. Yet affordable given my budget. Also a fan of the co working areas downstairs. Free beers every day at 5 was a nice touch. And the bag holding service upon checkout was great also. And the smoking patio was appreciated.
A bit too cozy, with no real space for anything but to sleep. I was not impressed, given what similar price points would have gotten me elsewhere. Also, the elevator was always slow. For having 10 floors and likely over 120+ people staying at any one point, a better up/down system would have been nice. Was almost late to check out because everyone was using the elevators simultaneously and they aren't very big either, so.. something that can be improved.
Lastly, breakfast was very meh. You're better spending a bit more and grabbing something from a local restaurant or even 7/11

I loved the super-central location in Shibuya - just steps away from all the major shops and sights, and still within reasonable walking distance of Harajuku. The place is clean, well-organized, and efficiently managed. The bed was very comfortable, and you can tell they paid attention to the small details. I slept incredibly well, despite my initial concerns about noise or poor ventilation, which are things you might normally expect from a capsule-style hotel.
What bothered me the most was that it was difficult to open and close the curtain when the bed was fully laid out.
Another downside is the relatively high price - it's close to what you’d pay for a regular hotel room, which somewhat defeats the purpose of saving money in exchange for reduced comfort and privacy.

I love how near it was to everything a tourist could possibly dream of. Nonetheless it is my first time going to Japan and that specific place made the stay well worth it. I wish I could stay longer! They even have a currency exchange!
Nothing really I personally couldn’t find anything wrong with the place/property.

The beds/pods are extremely comfortable and well-designed. The accomodation is more comfortable than comparably priced pod or capsule hotels. While the shared spaces were not as nice or sociable as the Kyoto location, you can't beat the balance of price, privacy, and location in Shibuya

Excellent location and was very clean
The floor I was staying on one of the showers was out of service. I had to wait several times to shower. Only one elevator on the property so also spent many minutes waiting

Honestly the comfiest capsule hostel I stayed in while visiting Japan. Everyone in the room was quiet and respectable, and when you’re in the pod it feels like you have a mini room to yourself (since it’s a double bed). I especially loved that I could adjust the brightness of the room as well, and the private showers were definitely a bonus! Also as a coffee addict I loved that there was the 24/7 coffee machine, when I was there they also had matcha coffee flavor which was my favorite. If you want to stay near Shibuya it’s perfect since it’s only a 5 minute walk.
Definitely on the pricier side, but you also get what you pay for

Was very functional and located in the heart of Shibuya. Breakfast is a good value. Free tea/coffee was available 24hrs. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom was clean, and laundry fee was reasonable.
The floor beneath the bed (the head side) didn’t seem to be cleaned enough. I saw dust and trashes on the carpet when I rose the bed into sofa.

The location was perfect, loved the common area and kitchen, had everything you needed and was a great area to meet fellow travellers and plan things together. Happy hour was also an awesome addition, will be back next time I'm in Tokyo.
Nothing.

The overall vibe was awesome, as well as the friendly staff. Even though I don't speak Japanese, everyone was friendly and accommodating, and the signage was easy to follow.
I didn't care much for the breakfast-I felt the options were very limited, especially for a vegetarian such as myself. I pretty much had to stick to pastries, as everything else was meat. It wasn't a huge deal, as the price was very reasonable.

Poor
Staff was kind and it was clean.
Your capsule doesn’t have a door, it’s more like a shade. And there’s no way to lock it. One elevator only so lots of waiting. One coffee machine only that was broken when I was there and they were waiting for the repair person to arrive. You can hear when in the morning when they start cleaning the other capsules, you can hear people snoring, the washing machine being on (whoever was using it, didn’t close that door), someone had music (country) in in the bathroom on super loud that you can hear in your bed when they open the bathroom door, etc.
I know there are cameras but it still put some question marks in my head about safety at night as you can’t even lock your capsule from the inside.
