Super attentive staff!!!! On everything we needed, inquired about. Special shout out to MIU K!!! what a great human being. She’s a rockstar when it comes to customer service. I’m a business owner and she’s the type of employee I would love to have on my team.

Exceptional
The location was exceptional, and the bed was very comfortable. I appreciate the social spaces and beverages.
The rooms are definitely not soundproof, so you will hear everything. I didn’t mind because they provide ear plugs and the people on my floor were very courteous and kept noise to a minimum.

Great location, middle od Shibuya, but located just off the main street so it is not too loud or chatic. Many shops, bars, restaurants and transport options nearby. The pods are cosy, clean, sleeping space is guiet. Great common area with a free beer hour.
Everything was good.

Good
Facilities were modern, clean, and well maintained. Amenities were good and convenient, especially for a short stay, and the beds were clean. The location is great for Shibuya, and the free beer hour from 17:30–18:30 is a nice touch, even though I didn’t personally participate.
Most staff were willing to help with issues. In particular, one staff member was very responsive when I raised a concern about the pods being excessively hot and adjusted the floor thermostat, which made the second night noticeably better than the first.
The pod temperature was the biggest issue. The first night was extremely hot and made sleeping very difficult, requiring a cold wet towel just to stay comfortable. The pods also do not have true fans, only fresh-air intake, which makes heat control heavily dependent on the floor HVAC settings.
After the thermostat was adjusted, the second night was cooler and more manageable, but still warmer than expected. Something that should be kept in mind for future guests looking to stay at this location during colder seasons.

Very Good
Very quiet with a great location.
The pods were way too hot, like sweating all night hot. It was very uncomfortable.

Wonderful
Pod had a device for various functions, including morning alarm by turning on the lights. Very useful since pods never have windows or natural lighting so it's hard to tell when morning has arrived.

Super clean. Right in downtown. Lawsons right across the street for late night konbini runs. It was great all around! The lounge was really cool and even though i’m not terribly social, free beer hour got me out of my shell some and was a great way to meet people from all over the world. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Good
Super clean bathrooms with modern showers, nice hot water and good water pressure. The lounge area was cute and lots of social activity there. The hostel is about 12-15 mins walk to Shibuya station and you get to walk through the famous Shibuya Scramble Crossing to get there which is exciting.
The hostel is a little expensive for what it is, and the pods are a little awkward with the pull-down curtain for privacy. There was no good way to open the curtain in the early hours without making a bit of noise and disturbing others close by. I think for a quick overnight stay with some social opportunities it's a decent option.

Very Good
Millennials Shibuya is located smack-dab in the heart of Shibuya. Everything is easily accessible from the hotel. The hotel itself is wonderful as well, with it’s attentive staff and comfortable, spacious pods.
I wish the pod doors had a little more sound-proofing, as it may be a little bothersome to hear other guests moving, snoring, or even just walking throughout the pod areas.

Great location, fun concept, clean, and generally a nice stay! The large pod-like approach is really fun and provides everything you need but nothing you don’t.
A little expensive. Some nights are close to $200, likely more in Sakura season.

Maybe the best location in tokyo to live in. Everything is close to you. Shibuya is the best start to your trip honestly. The lobby is super chill and comfortable. They have a happy hour that starts at 6 in the lobby. This is the perfect place to meet other solo travelers. I stayed for 3 nights and got to know 13 people. All really good restaurants are close by. Most popular attractions are also close by.
Room is too tight to change clothes.
