Loved the location. The staff was top notch. We had everything we needed. The rooms are looking a little tired. Carpet and wood is weathered. Loved the shower and bath. The view is amazing from rooms. The top floor also has an amazing view.
The food at the restaurant. It is very bland. Small potions that are over priced. It was our worst meal of our 2 week trip. We wanted to treat ourselves the last night and we were so disappointed. The staff was nice however.

Location is fantastic, you get a prime spot to visit the iconic Sensoji temple (try to wake up early and stroll through the market place up to the temple entrance- such a special experience). Asakusa is a great location for a first time to Japan, it has a taster of everything the cut has to offer, and all accessible to Gaijin being a tourist area. Also, the nearby Ginza line is direct to Shibuya, the heart of Tokyo.
The view from the rooftop is to die for, and the restaurant and bar are sublime, be sure to order the sezerac and curry!
The rooms are clean and have all of your essentials, room service is impeccable as to be expected in Japan.
I will be returning on my next trip to Tokyo for sure!
Nothing to dislike. The property lacks the extras such as a gym/ pool but for the price you get more than what you pay for. This place does what it has the capacity to do exceptionally well.

Very Good
Size of the room, easy access to Haness airport, rooftop bar and cocktails
Its a tired hotel that needs updating - the decor is hideous, very dark, with worn out carpets and furniture.

Wonderful
Clean, friendly staff, location, fantastic room, many amenities in the room and great view over the city
Breakfast buffet could have a larger offering. Breakfast consists of choosing one main dish (out of three) and it can feel a but limiting on a longer stay, especially since choices are a bit heavy (eggs, bacon, etc.). Overall not a major issue at all but the only small downside of this hotel. That said, this was our first hotel in Tokyo so I dont have direct comparisons in Japan.

Close to metro and easy check-in and check out process. Staff very friendly and helpful
No space for bags in the room. Room was a lot smaller than what it appeared online. Definitely a room for 1 person not a couple. Ok for a quick nights stay no longer

Great location minutes walk from station and shopping district
Got a smoking room because that was the only one available and it smelled of smoke inside the room

Wonderful
Convenient location, very clean
The Wi-Fi in our room was poor, probably because it was a corner room, also pillows were a little too thin. TV channels had only one English option- CNN news. Would be nice to put couple of more. The rest was great

Great location in Asakusa, right by the Kaminarimon gate and Sens-ji. The breakfast was phenomenal. Dragged squeezed orange juice and fresh honey straight from a honey comb just to name a few. The room was large with a great view of Sens-ji and the bed was so comfy. There was even a rooftop bar with an amazing view of Asakusa and the Tokyo Skytree.
