Very Good
Big room set for 6 people.
Excellent location just next to Asakasa Mitsuke station
a bit of "old" style hotel, but all is fine.
No daily service in the base price, which I didn't notice.

WOW!!! We came him with our three children and it exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived the check in was smooth!AMAZING location to explore Tokyo, train just around the corner. Overall this was one of the nicest stays, and my wife and I (no kids next time haha) we will be back!!
Nothing bad to say, this was an amazing stay, location and value!

Wonderful
Extremely spacious room, comfy beds, proximity to subway stations, friendly staff, plentiful amenities (washing machine, coffee machine, small storage room, larger mini fridge, balcony access).
The only small complaint: complimentary Q-tips would have been nice!

The staff was so welcoming and made check in very easy for us after an exhausting day of travel. The room we selected was the perfect size for our family of 4. We appreciated the hotel amenities and all the restaurants and convenience stores on our block. This area of Tokyo was a welcome respite from the more touristy areas and I appreciated the calmer neighborhood after long days of sight seeing.
I wish there were more places to store and hang clothes and more hooks in bathrooms to hang wet towels

Wonderful
Room was spacious and great for groups. Location is awesome, near multiple train stations, and a less busy centrally located neighborhood.
The only bathroom in our large 6 person room had a small toilet and the shower room was not very clean. Decided to shower at a public onsen nearby.

Wonderful
Great location, nice sized room for 4 people (2 adults, 2 school aged kids). Comfortable beds, very quiet. Lovely hotel, would absolutely recommend.
Not something I disliked but more an FYI - if you’re looking for a hotel with room service, a gym, etc, this is not it. It’s in a populated area so lots of amenities in walking distance.

Wonderful
I booked a suite and got a very large condo with a living room and kitchenette, two king size beds. Very good for a multi days stay
You have to pay extra for the cleaning service

Wonderful
Hotel had numerous options for dining outside of front door. 2 subway station close by 400 meters.
Don’t expect everything shiny and new. A great clean enjoyable option.

Pleasant
Great location. The room size was nice.
The furniture is outdated. Walls were patched up poorly. Old rug. Hard beds. Weird layout.

The room was bigger than expected. The bed was big and also had a sofa that pulled out.
Very spacious for a Japanese hotel room.
5 minute walk to the train station.
The staff was exceptional. Polite, accomodating and always there to welcome and greet you on arrival.
Would stay here again.

The hotel is super clean, the staff are very attentive and friendly and the rooms are spacious and well provisioned. The location is close to the subway and there are numerous restaurants and shops right on the hotel doorstep.
Nothing - the hotel was perfect!

Friendly and polite staff who were very helpful with our requests. The rooms are nice and spacious enough for four family members; we were glad they could accommodate all of us, which is quite rare in Tokyo! The neighborhood is upscale and very pleasant, located near Akasaka Biz Tower and close to two stations (both within a 5-10 minute walk), as well as a beautiful shrine
The room includes a washer-dryer combo, but unfortunately, it takes about 8 hours to complete a cycle. It doesn't do a great job and may even damage your clothes. Our advice is to avoid using it; we aren't sure if the hotel has common laundry facilities, but we wouldn't recommend the one in the room

Their service was just on point. The proximity to many Metro stations was amazing, there's a family mart across the street. So much food around and CENTRALLY located in Tokyo. Small room for my family but this was by far one of our favorites. We booked this place last minute after a DISASTER of a fake hotel in Shinjuku. Luggage delivery service was great!
Size - but that just comes with the space anywhere in Japan. I can't remember if there was free coffee, but I got mine every morning across the street at Family Mart. :)

We were very happy with our choice of this hotel. To start, amazing location. So many great restaurants around, a convenience store right across the street, train station within a 5 minute walk. Super friendly and helpful staff. Always greeted with a smile and great attitude and happy to help in any way. Our room was big and nice, and the beds were so comfy. Really great value for the price considering it's so well located and the rooms are pretty large for Japan.

Location was excellent, close to train stations, many nearby dining options. Shopping areas are only 10-15 min away by train. Rooms were just the right size for our group. Our 7 young adults enjoyed the Japanese style tatami room. Great daily towel service. Staff ate the best! Very friendly and courteous, just amazing people!
The only thing is that there are quite a few other “Centurion” hotels close to each other that it confuses the taxi drivers and they would drop us off at a different hotel.
