The room was quite large-especially for Tokyo and the room was clean. The staff was very nice!!! I liked the pajamas!! Location was very good with food nearby and accessible metro line.
The hallways looked to be in need of repair, there was some kind of substance on our bed frame and the wall behind it that I had to remove with Kleenex and the room smelled like smoking had occurred for many years

Great position, in the heart of Akasaka. The room was very large - and well appointed. Staff are very courteous and very helpful.

The size of the hotel room was great. The location of the hotel was very good. The exterior of the hotel looks nice. The lobby is small, but looks nice. The washer/dryer machine in the suite was nice to have, but loads need to be kind of small to completely dry.
This review applies only to the Maisonette family suite that we booked for 4 nights. We did not see any of the other guest rooms. Know that the small entryway has 2 lounge chairs, a circular staircase and an inaccessible locked door. If you have elderly people, or anyone who has a hard time climbing stairs, this might not be the place for you. I did not feel like lugging the 3 large and heavy suitcases up the small circular stairs so we left them in the entryway. There was enough room for 3 open suitcases in there. The suite is in dire need of a refresh, it was probably top of the line in 2003, but 20 years later an update is needed. The area rug in the living room was completely stained, while I'm sure it was vacuumed and clean, just seeing a really stained area rug is not a good look. For what we paid for 4 nights, I expected more. I would not stay here again, at the prices we paid. However, for the right price, I would.

Great spot to stay, lots of family friendly restaurants in the areas. Close to train station. Nice room quite roomy and washing machine was was fantastic.

Comfy pillows, nice coffee
We ordered a room based on it having 2 King sized beds and 3 sofa beds for our group of 5. This was intended to be luxurious and spacious for us. Only one sofa bed was provided and we were told if we wanted the others we would need to pay for additional people. There was strictly 5 of everything. No extra towels, pillows or coffee. The staff were unfriendly and did not speak or understand English well. They were not helpful when we had trouble organising our luggage forwarding to the airport.
