Amazing location in Roppongi Great staff with excellent English skills daily cleaning and towels on demand free umbrellas to borrow on rainy days
Only one electric plug but you can borrow an extension at the lobby. furniture and bathroom a bit outdated. Cleaning staff uses fire escape stairs and sometimes ruins your nap tiny desk barely enough room for a laptop

Wonderful and responsive staff; great location- 1 min walk from the subway station, 7-min walk from shopping malls, 4-min walk to DonKi and 3-min walk from the Catholic church! Plus close high-rated restaurants that close late. Thanks!

The Thai breakfast was a pleasant surprise. While not the best Thai food I have aver tasted in Tokyo, it was still good and a nice change from standard hotel breakfast fare. The room was very comfortable, with a very large bathroom by Japanese business hotel standards.

The hotel is excellent, the service in the lobby is very good, it's located very close to the metro, and the room is very clean with everything you need for a great stay. I recommend it 100%. This is our third year there, and we wouldn't change it for anything.

The shower was excellent. The beds were comfortable. Close to the trains (1 block from hotel) and close to Tokyo Tower (about a 20-25 min walk). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Let us keep our luggage there on the last day before heading to the airport.
The room had 1 window, and it was frosted over glass that could not open. So room seemed extremely dreary with no natural lighting. Also for a non smoking billed room, there was a very obvious smokers smell within the room.

Poor
Room was 35 degrees Celsius. Even with AC cranked down to 15 degrees Celsius. Couldn't sleep it was so hot. I booked two nights. Checked out before 10am the next day wouldn't refund second day I didn't stay. You couldn't pay me to stay their I would have slept better on the sidewalk outside. Don't ever invite me to your terrarium again you lizards.

(1) The room: Generally the rooms in Japan will not be large, actually I have expected this so I think the space is okay for me, a solo traveler. The room was clean and comfortable,equipped with a bathtub, which helps eliminate the fatigue during the trip. (2) Position: The hotel is near the metro station, which is very convenient to me. And also there’s a Donki about 15 mins away on foot. Located in the center of the Tokyo, you can find everything you want. (3) The staff: And also the staff was very nice and polite.

Location was perfect. Staff was very helpful. Overall the place was very clean.
The breakfasts were good, but it was the same every day and not much variety. The website also said that our room could accommodate a family of four. Which it did. However, we had to push the two beds together because they were too small for two people each and the overall room size for four people made it crowded.
