Location to subway, price
The staff would not help with check in. You had to scan everything yourself and when we had issues they just kept resetting the machine on their side. Would not help with taxi, just have a card even when we said we were having issues with the app and language.

Friendly staff and excellent location.
We booked two rooms for our family of five (incl. 3 kids 14, 12, 10). One room was a decent size but the other was a bit cramped. It was really only a minor inconvenience however, as we spent most of our time exploring and adventuring.

The window view blocked was blocked off. Breakfast experience was terrible. How can breakfast be from 7-10 and we turn up at 8 and there is barely any food there? We paid for breakfast and didn’t eat there not even one time and when we reported to the front desk they did not offer any form of refund. This place is a dump.

at check in the receptionist was quite confused. breakfast place was like a bar. too early to have loud thai songs . bread was bland - so unlike japanese bread we even bought our own to toast in breakfast. eggs were soo runny must be fake ggs

They gave all types of toiletries as well as pajamas for use. There is a kettle in the kitchen. The curtains did a great job at blackout. Only a 2-min walk from Family Mart and a 8-min walk to Don Quijote. Had a Thai restaurant onsite. Plenty of space in the room. Staff were super friendly.
The automated checkin took longer than a regular face-to-face checkin. There is no plug in the kitchen for the kettle, so you use the plug in the bathroom for the kettle.

Location was perfect. Staff was very helpful. Overall the place was very clean.
The breakfasts were good, but it was the same every day and not much variety. The website also said that our room could accommodate a family of four. Which it did. However, we had to push the two beds together because they were too small for two people each and the overall room size for four people made it crowded.

Single full bed bedroom are VERY tight even at Japanese standard. Not in the best neighborhood.

The only redeeming feature was the pillows.
The room was filthy. Window sill covered in mould and dust. The lamp was mouldy. The room was tiny and the bed hard and particularly small, even for japan. After visiting Japan three times and staying in multiple cities, this was the worst room yet.

Wonderful
I liked the size of the bed but the room was a little cramped for two people. Breakfast was good but need to add a variety such as with the eggs. I get that it was Thai style breakfast but add other items. Location was close to lots of restaurants and shops.
No iron and ironing boards available, just a steam machine that doesn't work well.
