The room was excellent with a most comfortable bed. Staff were attentive and ready to help.
The breakfast buffet was limited and did not meet our standards with servers who spoke too loudly, making for an uncomfortable morning meal.

Just the location. Especially access to Roppongi subway station. Walkable to Tower. Breakfast was tolerable if you like Thai (daily). Little choice of continental.
Size of the room with very little space for our two suitcases. Made a wrong choice opting a standard room. The next type believe is better with more space. Then it’s Window less with no outside view. (Opaque) felt claustrophobic ? I was told all rooms have the same issue. Reason given was security. Still scratching ?

Very convenient location, staff were lovely, room was very clean, bathroom was good. Although it's right by a busy road, we could hardly hear any traffic.
Facilities were limited, but for the price we paid, and to be in central Tokyo, I'd say it was very good value for money.

The staff speaks English and they are always in disposition to help. The Location is amazing, super close to the train stations, restaurants and bars. great place if you are into nightlife.
Like most Hotels in japan, the rooms tend to be narrow.

(1) The room: Generally the rooms in Japan will not be large, actually I have expected this so I think the space is okay for me, a solo traveler. The room was clean and comfortable,equipped with a bathtub, which helps eliminate the fatigue during the trip. (2) Position: The hotel is near the metro station, which is very convenient to me. And also there’s a Donki about 15 mins away on foot. Located in the center of the Tokyo, you can find everything you want. (3) The staff: And also the staff was very nice and polite.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean facilities in a good location for access to Roppongi.
Pricing is a little high, but it is in Roppongi. The breakfast was Thai, which was a little strange. The food was well prepared and delicious, but perhaps a few more options other than the Thai cuisine for breakfast..

We liked that it was within the centre of Roppongi and close to the subway station and elevators when we brought our luggages. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast from Bangkok Night was a little repetitive. There were the same foods, with the exception of 1 or 2 items that changed daily. We probably suggest a change up of the entire buffet to every other day to give guests variety.

The location is a few hundred feet from Exit 5 Roppongi Station. We walked to Hie Shrine, Tokyo Tower in 20 minutes. There were shops and restaurants including a supermarket nearby.
Customer service was limited. Receptionist did not call a taxi for us. Also the air conditioning was set to Heater mode so the room was warm. My main problem is the WINDOW DOES NOT OPEN. So you cannot get fresh air. The Receptionist gave us a small fan for the room but it was disappointing.
