We got the newly renovated rooms and it was amazing. Right in-front of the Roppongi metro station exit! The staff were very helpful and so nice! We had a window view to the city outside which was a plus. The separate toilet and bathroom is a great plus and the fittings were all new and great.
The bed is really big which is plus but if you have a big luggage it would be difficult to open it and use the space. We had two mid sized suitcases which were manageable, but if you have a bigger suitcase and more luggage, it’s better to choose a bigger room.

Easy check-in and check-out process. It was convenient. A few mins walk from Roppongi station and Family Mart and 7/11. The room was clean and comfortable. We were given a corner twin room so it was more spacious than other twin rooms. Having access to hot water, coffee and tea in the lobby was great.
