Wonderful
The hotel is conveniently located near Tokyo Station and within walking distance of many places I wanted to visit. It also has an onsen, which was perfect to enjoy and relax in after a long day of walking.
It would be great if the hotel could offer more refreshment and snack options at night. A wider selection of healthier drink choices would also be a nice improvement for guests.

Clean, good location, and staff was exceptional.
The wifi was very unstable. I needed to use it for many things including work. I had limited esim data so i needed the wifi. Lan cable is available but I need to do things on my phone.

The hotel smelled amazing. When I walked in, the smell that greeted me was really nice. They also have the same smell-good spray inside the room, which I used the entire time I was there. The staff was very helpful and spoke English as well. The room was very spacious, surprisingly, which was nice since I had two huge suitcases. There was also a second bed, a bunk bed, so maybe they thought it was for two people, and that's why it was so large.
It was extremely overpriced, honestly. The only reason I booked it was because of how close it was to the Tokyo Station. I had two extremely heavy suitcases with me, by myself, and so I needed a hotel that was very close by. The breakfast was mid, nothing interesting about it at all. For such an overpriced hotel, I expected a nice tub; it was mid, it had hair in it, and it looked stained as well. No way I was taking a bath in that funky tub.

Proximity to Tokyo Station, organic food options and organic skin and hair care products. Staff was always helpful and welcoming. The 4-8pm free offerings of drinks and snacks and of course the winner- soft serve ice cream!
Our room was a bit cramped for 2 seniors. Having a loft to store our extra items helped but it was hard to get in and out of the bed below for the person nearest the wall.

Great location and amenities. The communal baths are also a bonus. Rooms small, but all hotels of this type are. And somehow I got a little larger one. Amazing staff and the service is impeccable. I always stay here when I’m in Tokyo. Super convenient for traveling around the city and other parts of Japan.

Great location, very close to Tokyo Station. But perhaps not so great for simply walking around and exploring an interesting neighborhood.
One of the front desk staff was rude to an elderly member of my group.
