Proximity to Tokyo Station, organic food options and organic skin and hair care products. Staff was always helpful and welcoming. The 4-8pm free offerings of drinks and snacks and of course the winner- soft serve ice cream!
Our room was a bit cramped for 2 seniors. Having a loft to store our extra items helped but it was hard to get in and out of the bed below for the person nearest the wall.

Great location and amenities. The communal baths are also a bonus. Rooms small, but all hotels of this type are. And somehow I got a little larger one. Amazing staff and the service is impeccable. I always stay here when I’m in Tokyo. Super convenient for traveling around the city and other parts of Japan.

Great location, very close to Tokyo Station. But perhaps not so great for simply walking around and exploring an interesting neighborhood.
One of the front desk staff was rude to an elderly member of my group.

Perfect location, friendly staff, and has everything you need within the building.
I wish the rooms were slightly larger but they were the size of you get in Japan therefore acceptable. We managed just fine.

Located next to Tokyo station and many train options for transportation (including a Taxi area if you don’t want to do trains).
Rooms had a fairly large window allowing for a lot of natural light into room.
Spacious dinning area and good breakfast. I believe there was also a free bar in the afternoon for guests (we didn’t use as we were out in exploring the city)
Rooms use number pads rather than key cards so you don’t have to worry about forgetting your keys.
Area where hotel was located was fairly quiet. Also there were 2 food trucks right next to the hotel during the day if you wanted something else to eat but didn’t want to walk far.
Staff are friendly and welcomed and wished you a good day whenever you passed the lobby. They also answered to their best ability any questions I had (in English).
Two floors for laundry and also a microwave located in each. No complementary water bottle, but vending machine and water filtered water fountain on each floor hallway.
It was a bit confusing to find, after leaving the station (Yaesu central exit) you need to cross the street going north and you’ll find it behind/next to a large high rise office building. It’s tucked away in a small street.
Also with it being next to an office building there is a lot of foot traffic around the hotel in the morning and afternoon during rush hour.
There was also construction nearby going on when I stayed and there weren’t really any convenient stores nearby.

location is great. near by subway Kyobashi station and Tokyo station where is the center of transportation. Around hotel, was convenient to eat like coffee, bakery, lawson, family mart, department store. from hotel we can walk to Tsujihan
