Opening in August 2013, Super Hotel Premier Tokyo Station Yaesu-Chuoguchi is located just a 3-minute walk from JR Tokyo Shinkansen (bullet train) Station. When I requested to change no cleaning, they cleaned the room anyway. Nothing was missing, but since my suitcase was open and my stuff on the table, I didn’t want anyone to be in my room.

We arrived with a skiing injury and the staff upgraded our room to give us more space and selected a room near the elevators without us even asking. They were very helpful and friendly whilst we had limited mobility which was really appreciated.

Very clean premises Great access to Tokyo Station Staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast and snacks The third floor Onsend is great. Very quiet room for sleeping.

Loved its accessibility to Tokyo Station. Staff were friendly and accommodating within their rules. Comfortable accommodation. Can add pillows and other amenities as available. Nice that you can eat outside food in their meals area.
Rooms were small, as expected. Returned to this hotel after a short visit to Osaka. We left 2 bags prior and we arrived before 3pm (check-in time). They informed us that the luggage we left were already in the rooms we were assigned and that they would bring our other bags to the rooms immediately but that we can only access the rooms at exactly 3pm. We arrived 230-245pm; would have been nice to have been able to freshen up but OK.
