Location was awesome, downstairs happy hours was great. Room size was ok considering but bed was very hard and mattress topper kept sliding off during the night. Not the most comfortable bed in the world and it took a night or two to get used to the hardness. The location made up for the shortfalls.
The hardness of the bed and the room door was a pin pad with no physical key or swipe card - I did not like this as anyone could hack the code! Laundry required a credit card and you could not use coins or IC card.

Location was very convenience, close to Tokyo station, many restaurants and shopping places. The facility main lobby was under construction, however staffs made up for the construction.

We liked the location and the daily towels with water bottles provided. We liked the laundromat without additional detergent needed plus free dryer. We loved the daily compliment ice cream and refreshments. The staff was very friendly like a 5-star service.
My husband stepped on a toenail that wasn't his. It was such a turn off when he saw the toenail in the room. The carpet felt dirty and it wasn't that cleaned.
The shower head was leaking.

Just minutes from Tokyo Station, it was very easy to get to, and the area around the hotel allowed for interesting walks. Granted, I was there for only two nights.
The room design doesn't allow for drawers or closets to unpack, so one has to be clever in how to arrange things.

Room was very comfortable, although on small side. Hotel was quiet. Located in a busy area near Tokyo Station, a few minutes' walk away. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and guests can pick their own pillow at check in. Also supplies available were toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, brush and lotion. Bathroom was compact but efficient with toiletries supplied and plenty of hot water in shower. The buffet breakfast offered was generous with various types of foods available. (12,00 yen -June 2026) There is an onsen on property. Staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful. Spoke decent English. There is shopping and restaurants nearby. In the evening there is complimentary ice cream and drinks available for guests. A lovely touch of hospitality. Overall A ++ property. Highly recommended. We would stay again without hesitation. Thank you, Super Hotel Premier!

The room was so small. We’ve stayed in lots of places here in Tokyo that are small, including capsules, which you expect to be small. There was barely space to walk around the bed.

This is very minor but there is no security in the elevators in this hotel. Maybe not a big concern in Japan.

We loved the quality and service of the breakfast and alway were looking forward having it! And we liked the large hotbath!!!

Great location and I liked they actually had cleansers etc for us to choose. The leg relaxer was the best and sorry I only had some Asia’s leaving.
