The location, it's near many train lines and stations like Tokyo, Kyobashi etc, and plenty of food options nearby. The public onsen bath was also a plus point that other hotels may not have.
The size of the onsen bath - it was often quite crowded. The TV has a live report of the crowdedness of the onsen so it'll be best to refer if you want to avoid awkward situations at the onsen. Bed was a little too hard for me too. But overall a great experience!

Location. Very close to Tokyo Station. Also, price is reasonable.
Room size. Well, it would be perfect for solo traveler but for a family like us, though we had room with bulk bed which was good to sleep 3 persons, there was not enough space for bags. Again, one person with one bag would find the room perfectly comfortable.

Nice and close to the station for airport transfers, staff were lovely!

Pillows are not the normal ones, kinda of hard. But good thing is selection of pillows is available though near the reception area.

Location, staff, excellent freebies: lovely onsen, free drinks every afternoon.
This time the room was much smaller than the one we got during our previous stay. Quite crammed.
