About a 5 minute walk from Kanda station. The room was very quiet

Modern, Nice, Compact Hotel, limited but quite enough space for 2 pax to open M size luggages. Happy to meet a young trainee who can speak Bahasa Indonesia, and help a lot in quick check-in processes & explained any information we needed.

Convenient location - close to central train station Lot's of great amenities including face masks, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Staff was super helpful - helped us ship our luggage Cool & interesting neighborhood that is not super touristy, but still inner city
Bed & pillows were not overly comfy, but was not a deal breaker for us Room was quite small, but that was to be expected! Still able to fit 2 medium / large suitcases

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Check in was fast.
The location was a bit far from the train station and the room was very small for the price - it wasn't big enough inside to fully open a large wheeled suitcase. The mattress pad had been washed but looked like there were some previous stains on it.

Disappointing
Basic minimum hotel, front desk would not give more than one extra pillow for two and its a hard one. Also no followup was done after complaining about the room being dirty (air condition was black, dust in corners and some sticky substance spoiled under the bed), other than that it was fine but not up to Japanese standards in other hotels.

Staff were extremely helpful. Room was very clean and all amenities were in great condition. Location was great, about a 5-10 min walk from the train stations.
Overall, it was great value for money. I do not have significant complaints.

Great location near several station entrances. 7/11 directly next door. Several restaurants and stores nearby. Lots of good and helpful extras bath powders, toiletries etc. breakfast was ok, but convenient. Staff was VERY helpful and professional. Rooms were quiet
Room was VERY small and if you take your keycard out of the slot, all power turns off. No closet space.

Great location, which is very close to the station. Staff are very friendly and they accommodated by keeping our luggage while we were away for three nights. Rooms might be a bit small but I’ve heard it’s very common in Tokyo.

The staff at the reception, the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel, and its superb location (only 6 min from Kanda Subway Station).
The breakfast is very limited, and the old female staff member at the kitchen is a bit grumpy.

The twin room was so tiny, no room to walk straight between beds, only one chair in the room, and no luggage space at all.
