I liked the amenities and services provided as well as the location and its proximity to a convenience store, donki, and shinbashi station.
The room was a bit cramped and I wished there was options on the TV for netflix or other streaming platforms.

Location was great and staff very friendly and knowledgeable. You are close to the mist beautiful shopping area and coffeehouses and restaurants
But the room was so small, I couldn’t even open my suitcase absolutely a shoe box. I have a single room was really tight.

The location is within the shopping center of ginza, 200m from don quijote, family mart is within the bldg., there are many restaurant in the area, all Staff are very attentive and helpful
Subway is 10mins walk, same as skyliner rapid train for airport transfer it will take 15mins walk

The connecting room was great for our family - slightly more spacious than the usual double room and my dad had a whole room for himself to smoke indoor. Location was great for Ginza and for the price.

The hotel is well located within Ginza, not far from a solid train station and next to many of the shopping things you want to do in Ginza
I know space in Japan is at a premium, but I have been to many hotels in Japan and this was by far the most ridiculously tiny hotel I've ever been in. There was hardly any space to put and open a regular size (checked) suitcase. I have been at more comfortable capsule hotels! The A/C would turn itself off all the time and we went in the middle of summer, meaning we would always arrive to a smoldering, hot room that took a really long time to cool off, especially because if you took a shower, all the humidity from your bath would enter the room. In brief, it was a tight ft for two people, we stayed two cramped nights, I'd be forced to go here again for more than one, if at all.

Location was great--easy access to public transportation & convenience store (Lawson). Walking distance to great shopping & restaurants in Ginza.
Rooms were very small. Worst of all, lack of electrical outlets & none near the beds! Has to get extension coord so as to power-up cellphones, spare batteries, and to use laptop. Had to pay extra to check-in early even though room was already cleaned & available early.

Location is solid. You have a convenience store right underneath the hotel and another around the corner and you are a short walk away from the main road of Ginza where all the shops and boutiques are.
