the mono variety of breakfast. being in Japan, I tot I could have a chance on Japanese traditional breakfast option. but otherwise there’s really nothing to pick on.

Staff were so lovely and helpful, the secret door into the family mart was super convenient and they had ample free bits and bobs to make your stay more comfortable.
If I had to nit pick something the bed was a little hard for my liking

Hotel was nice and the staff were very helpful. Option to get breakfast for 1500 yen per person per day. Also had a family mart attached to the hotel and a 711 around the corner. 3 min walk to Shimbashi train station which can get you wherever you need to go.
The room was small but it's Japan...so that was expected. Also for our first trip to Tokyo and only for 3 nights I probably wouldn't choose this location again. We picked it because it seemed simple to get to from Narita airport and the area was nice and quiet but not really the lively Tokyo vibe we expected like in Shinjuku or Shibuya. But was still easy to get to all the attractions by train.

Disappointing
It was affordable for a short stay in Ginza that was reasonably close to a train station. The beds were okay and the staff were friendly.
The bathroom was not clean and had a consistent bad smell throughout the time we were there even after room service. The room itself was not very clean, there was a stain on the curtain and marks on the mirror. The only thing that was clean thankfully were the beds.
