Location is perfect for everything: stations, restaurants, drugstore etc….. Clean smells good. House keeping is attractive. Staffs are approachable and friendly.
No microwave. Have to request the flat iron and some amenities.

Very Poor
The only issues were the location.
the bedding wasn't comfortable, there was noise, and the cleanliness was poor.

Incredible stay. Room was far bigger than expected, with a full fridge and freezer, washer and dryer. The staff were warm and friendly, including in the upstairs bar/restaurant. Ideal location. Just an all-around fantastic hotel experience. Thank you.

Amazing location, just in the heart of Shinjuku. Proximity to all the public transport and nightlife. Room is clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful.
The room is a bit small.

Great location and staff. Rooms were nice and clean
Rooms are small, but this is the norm for tokyo hotels in this price range.

The location, you can walk and you have Shinjuku station so close to basically move anywhere in the city. The staff is so helpful, the facilities are great, so clean, the room was bigger than the average rooms in Tokyo; the buffet breakfast was fantastic, pretty much the same options everyday but it’s really good. I had a great experience overall staying here and would definitely book it again.
Nothing, it excelled my expectations.

Wonderful
The location of the hotel was extremely convenient. McDonald's and a 7-Eleven a 2 minute walk from the hotel. We stayed in one of their renovated rooms and it was always a relief to come back after a long day of exploring. The rooms run small compared to western hotels, but that is to be expected. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Can't speak on anything else, but they get the fundamentals right.

Pleasant
Location was good.
Ok so a couple of things to note.
Corridors of Floor 21 smelled like a zoo.
Corridors Floor 23 smelled like an ash tray.
Late check out (after 11am) is charged per hour, which is frankly quite absurd.
We had to keep requesting an iron and board since it’s not provided in the room (they brought it quickly though).

Great location and breakfast.
Asked for adjacent rooms, they told me that that was not possible because the room types were not the same. Rooms were still on the same floor, not too far apart, so not really an issue. Double bed was a bit small (narrow).

Everything was great, location, staff and cleanliness but the rooms are tiny. The AC was working but not so great, doesn’t go down fast. I’d still recommend it if you don’t mind the size of the room

The hotel was in a good location and we could see the Godzilla head from our room. We could walk to all the main sites. It was our first hotel in Japan so we didn’t have anything to compare it to. The room (a triple) was a bit tight, but that was to be expected. The features of having a little shelf above the beds helped since there were no bedside tables. We were on the 15th floor and felt the building sway in the earthquake we had. Rooms were quiet. Very helpful staff.
Property was fine. We ate at the buffet once as we couldn’t find a nearby cafe that served an egg breakfast. It was crowded. You had to ask to have your eggs fully cooked at the egg station. Cost of buffet wasn’t worth it.

The location is great and we had a fantastic view of the city from our room. Even with the great location, no street noise could be heard so we slept great!
