Location is the absolute BEST for Shinjuku. I'm not sure if there's any other hotel as close to the center as the Prince. The premium or upgraded room with two beds has an initially confusing layout with the bathroom having its own little corridor but I find that it's the most efficient use of space. Lighting is good and the view is ok right over the train tracks. We saw the train tracks and were afraid it'd be noisy but at floor 16 we heard NOTHING even when three trains passed below. Highly recommend a taller floor. Breakfast is amazing. Bread pudding was star of the show.

The access to the property was quite confusing from the subway. I was a bit confused as at first how to find the concierge for the check in and check out located at the basement level.

Good hotel, while the hotel was great location with regards to convenience and train stations I would prefer a different neighborhood when traveling with family and kids. This area is the party center and didn’t feel kid friendly at times.

The two rooms we had were fine. They were small, but this is Tokyo so for the price I was happy. The location was excellent. You walk out the door and you are in the heart of Shinjuku. Wow ! The breakfast was okay........more Asian orientated than European , but that's to be expected. The bathroom, and shower was good.

Location is very convenient. We can walk from Shinjuku station underground and connect to hotel without going up to walk on the street. And hotel is same building of many shopping and restaurants. And it is right in Kabugisho area where you can find shopping and eatings.
