The place was clean. It was easy to check in and out. The beds were pretty comfy as well.
The breakfast was very western. It was still pretty good, but we were hoping for something a little more traditional for our morning meal.

リピーターであってもチェックインのたびに個人情報を入力するのがやや手間。
初めてのことでしたが、キッチンのエッグステーションのスタッフが恐怖でした。
私の「一つお願いします」に対して、一瞥したあと返答は無し。しばらく待ったものの、なんだか不穏だったので私はテーブルに戻り食事をしていた。
すると一番奥にいる私のところまでやってきて
「キャンセルですか？」
私「わざわざ持ってきてくださったんですね、すみません」
「いや、キャンセルならキャンセルでいいんで」と意味不明な嫌味とも取れる謎の問答を生んでいました。
あれは何だったのか…？心配と共に恐怖を感じました。
料理長に近しそうな雰囲気があったので、そんな肩が自ら席に運ぶサービスは無いですし、不要なストレスの吐き出し方ではないでしょうか。少々顧みられたほうがよろしいかと思います。

The lounges/ bars and the bakery were amazing. Great staff and drinks/ food.
The unmanned “DJ booth” downstairs played loud music into the early morning. The room was so tiny my wife and I could hardly move around each other. Walls are so thin that we now know our neighbor had his wallet stolen at a club. The hotel is also a 15-20 min walk or train from anything noteworthy. Bus runs scarcely.

What a wonderful experience! We extended our stay in Japan and needed quick, reasonably priced lodging, and this hotel completely exceeded our expectations, especially for the location. We loved being within easy walking distance to everything!
We booked two rooms for our family of four and were able to get them right near each other. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The onsite bakery was delicious with a great variety of sweet and savory options.
A special shoutout to mixologist Yamada-san! You were the absolute highlight of our stay! Thank you so much for your warmth, knowledge, creative palette, and incredible insights into Japanese liqueurs!
Nothing major at all! We just weren't huge fans of the nightgowns. They felt heavy for hot, humid Tokyo nights and were awkward to move around in. Two-piece pajama sets are usually much more comfortable and easier to fit on a smaller frame.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area with convenient public transportation. It's about a 15-minute walk to the main station, which it's ok to me. The staff were friendly and spoke good English. I liked the breakfast offered in the restaurant, especially the wide variety of breads. The washing machine was convenient, although it would be even better if it were cleaned regularly by staff. I also liked the gym; although it wasn't large, the facilities were complete and sufficient for my needs.
There was no wardrobe to store clothes, which was a bit inconvenient for me since I was staying for a week. However, I knew this before booking the room.

La habitación es amplia y cómoda. El desayuno vale ampliamente la pena reservarlo ya que tiene de todo y es cómoda occidental.
Lo único sería que no tiene enchufes al lado de la cama (y tiene solo 1 en un cuarto para 2 personas)

The hotel is modern and very aesthetically appearing. Staff are friendly and helpful. Agree with other comments that the onsite bakery was phenomenal. Provided daily free water and toothbrush/paste in case you forgot yours. Close enough to Shinjuku train station (a 10-15 min walk).
Should have water readily accessible in the lobby. No coffee accessible until the restaurant opens at 7 am or later.
Didn't make beds. Room size small but that is expected and known upfront.

Wonderful
The property was vibrant with great public facilities, work spaces and food and beverage options. Location across from the park is great and made for nice morning and evening walks.
The bathrooms are not great. Feel like a caravan bathroom. This is one thing that definitely isn’t matching the standard of the rest of the property.
The metro is also not very close to so if you are traveling with lots of bags, you’ll have to take a taxi. It’s ok for in between when you are seeing the city.
