The staff were spectacular and spoke multiple languages. The location was quiet and opposite a lovely park. The hotel had a great laundry and bakery. Check in and out was really easy.
We booked the bigger room with a park view but the window was frosted so you couldnt see the park. The window did open but just a little bit. The bathroom was very small as were the towels provided.

We absolutely loved our week-long stay at The Knot. Would definitely return for another trip. Great amenities, lovely cafe downstairs and fantastic location next to the park and Family Mart. Room was clean and comfortable. The perfect base for exploring Tokyo.

I really like the area, not crowded with people like some other parts of Tokyo. Very comfortable beds! Nice park nearby. And convenience store very close
Triple room we stayed doesnt have much room to move around. No good channels on TV. Breakfast buffet is nice but expensive

room very small (perfect but very small). one peeve- i hated that i couldnt get in some nights for dinner without advance booking, yet tables were visibly empty. it seemed if a table was booked at 8 and i came at 6 it was labelled booked instead of the restaurant filling/using the tables albeit for a finite time period. i was puzzled that rigidity and no priority for hotel guests- but when i did eat meals they were great. they didnt allow takeout to the room (for hotel guests!) so that was awkward too- we had to leave premises to get meals which seems counterproductive for hotel biz but the restaurant said it was not connected to the hotel other than that i loved the property and would definitely return, great in many other ways.
