Convenient location. Close to attractions and many restaurants and shopping. Nice restaurant and great breakfast buffet which was included in our stay.
Small room. High step up into the bathroom seemed a little strange to us. If you forget it’s there you could get injured. Be prepared to pay for WIFI if you want it in your room. However, to be fair WIFI is free in the lobby.

The vibe is hip and very Euro friendly. Great English skills, very warm and hospitable, all soft lighting and smooth tunes. Above and beyond for service and helpfulness. I'd give them all the biggest hug! That breakfast buffet changed my life.
I hated to leave, seriously made me sad.

Great location, great facility with the bakery and restaurant, superb "vibe" with casual music in foyer and lounge areas, clean rooms, great staff whole spoke english ( which makes it very easy to communicate for non-Japanese speaking visitors).....highly recommend to stay here!!

I liked the cafe & bar in the hotel.
So many people coming and going all the time. The lobby is a non-stop mad house filled with luggage. The location is honestly awful, and that is entirely our fault for not triple checking how far away the train stations were. Not to mention every neighborhood is about 40 minutes away via train from the hotel. Would not recommend to anyone.

My stay at The Knot Hotel Tokyo Shinjuku was overall wonderful. The staff were very kind, the design is modern and stylish, and the location is perfect — quiet but still close to Shinjuku Station, parks, and great restaurants.
I didn’t try the breakfast or restaurant, so I can’t comment on that, but everything else was spotless and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere felt calm and elegant, and the lobby scent was a really nice touch.
The only downside was the room size, which was quite small, even by Tokyo standards. There wasn’t much space to open a suitcase comfortably.
Still, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for its quality, service, and location — just keep in mind that the rooms are compact.

The hotel was clean and modern. Easy check in and check out. Nice to have the bakery on the premises as we grabbed breakfast there are couple times.
Further from Shinjinku station than I realized but in a nice, quiet area. Small room but worked out okay for two people.

The property was always clean. The staff is extremely attentive. The location is in a nice quiet area a little outside of the craziness of Shinjuku but centrally located to multiple train stations and plenty of places to eat and convenience stores.

Location is perfect for us. Breakfast was good. I had dinner at the restaurant on my first night. By the time I ordered they only had the pasta dishes available but it was good.
I wished the breakfast hours would start earlier maybe 0630 instead of 0700. The tours we signed up for all had start or pick up times between 0730 and 0800. We had to rush or skip breakfast all together to make the tours start times.
Only Japanese channels available on TV. Also, the max TV volume is set way too low and you can only bring it up to a certain level.

The Hollywood suite is very spacious! The bed was big and comfortable, and the view of the park was great. The hotel facilities are also beautiful, everything was nicely decorated and had a lot of neat spaces (such as the big coworking table in the hall with plenty of outlets). We were pleasantly surprised to enjoy a Vinyl Night in the lobby. Great mood, great music and great drinks! The breakfast buffet is also very good (albeit pricy). Food is delicious and has a lot of variety
It's a bit far from the closest subway/train stations. At least a 10 min walk
