Great bakery and atmosphere on the ground level. A nice, quiet location but walking distance to central Shinjuku. Rooms are basic but comfortable.
Rooms are small but as expected in Tokyo.

Easy location to access Shinjuku, nice and quiet, near a beautiful park. Great Breakfast and cool lobby interior.
The AC did not appear to work in our room and we were very hot at night.

Staff were very helpful and attentive, my rating for them is excellent
Room was pretty bad for the price. You’ll be paying for a busy location more than anything. Very few plugs for charging phones, some didn’t even work. Bathroom is cheap and an awkward step up and down. The a/c did not work and the room was hot and stagnant. Had to open a window to get cool fresh air. Bed was hard, but to be expected. The lobby was nice but always flooded with customers. After 2 weeks of great hotel stays in Japan, this was a bit of a sour note to end on.

Lively hotel with great bakery, bar, restaurant, lounge space. Located near a park in Shinkjuku. Perfect location for sightseeing and shopping. Close to trains.

We booked a 20m2 room which was spacious enough for both of us and our 2 medium suitcases. The water pressure for the shower was fantastic. It was very clean and quiet. The main lobby area has such a cool vibe. Very walkable with luggage from Shinjuku station.
The bakery downstairs is wonderful. The breakfast buffet is also wonderful and very much worth it. We'd eat in the morning and not again until dinner. We had a chance to eat dinner in the restaurant on the night we arrived and were not disappointed. Good food, wonderful service.

They always provide new towels and accessories in the room. staff are friendly and accommodating to our needs. They are so respectful and resilient and patient with us

The location is everything! Such a good location with the lovely park right next to you and a station really close by. Also very close to Shinjuku. The hotel it self is good, nothing special about the rooms but pretty spacious (we took a bigger room) for a decent price for its location. Also has a bar with really nice music. The hotel is very lively and I would recommend everyone I know that wants to stay in Tokyo to choose this hotel

Bakery is awesome. Upstairs lounge are nice too.
More seating in lobby, better napkins (not plastic feeling tan ones), trash can in lobby.
