We loved the hotel. On our first night, we enjoyed cocktails and fish and chips outside, and both were delicious. The second-floor lounge was especially comfortable and made for a great place to relax. We also had dinner there on our last night, which was very good. Another highlight was the coffee provided in the room.
The only downside was that the room felt a bit small for three women, with no drawer or closet space. We ended up living out of our suitcases!

The hotel isn’t located in the heart of Tokyo, but instead it’s nestled in a quiet neighborhood across from a beautiful park. It’s super walkable and very easily accessible by taxi. The bakery is a must try!

Good location. Good bakery in the lobby. Very foreigner friendly, perhaps too full of foreigners?
While we are used to efficient bathrooms there was a soffit in the bath area that made this tough to use comfortably. Only a minor inconvenience.

Excellent hotel on good peaceful location, near the park, but still very close to Shinjuku statiton. Staff is very professional, they provided us all the support and info that we asked. Hotel has very good bakery and restaurant. You can also exchange your money to japenese yen. Good value for you money and you will not regret for choosing this hotel.

Location was great - central, but quiet area, just short walk from Shinjuku station.
Restaurant and bakery were also really good and conveniently located in the hotel.
Friendly staff with multi language speaking skills, which helps with accommodating various nationalities. ?
It was a great stay for us!

Location was great, on edge of cute local area and right next to large park but still in Shinjuku. Had great coffee there. good places to eat close by.

location is 5 minutes walk to Tochomae station and the park. In a quiet part of Shinjuku
Room was very small. There was no space for our luggage and we had to maneuver around the room to let each other walk. Bathroom has a step up from the room floor which could be dangerous at night.

Amazing stay. Will stay again, hopefully soon. Miss Japan already ? Great experience all around. Staff are nice and the room is cozy and comfortable. Thank you! Amazing location too. Close to everything. Love the park across it.

Comfortable room, good amenities, breakfast was one of the best on our trip with so many options. Beds are comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was so strong. Overall a greta place
Seemed far from the main tourist attractions or train station esp with luggage. The step up into the bathroom would not be safe for older travelers

The one night stay room was terrible. It had no sunlight as the window was translucent and cannot be opened!! The 2 night stay room was better.
