Loved the bakery the most honestly! I am vegan and it was amazing to go down every day to pick up some delicious baked goods (especially vegan Sunday).
The hotel is very chic and modern with a cool aesthetic. The location worked well for us and fortunately we mostly got around by bus rather than navigating Shinjuku station.
The rooms feel especially small and there are some items like a table that just take away from extra space for moving about. It’s a tight fit for 2 people and you can’t even store a bag under the beds.

Room as expected was on the small side but more than adequate. Staff serviced the room everyday to our request. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very good although I would say the lunch buffet was a little expensive, but convenient if you need an easy option for lunch
The laundry facilities are a little limited- they were constantly in use with on one occasion one guest tied up all three machines

The location wasn’t great. They put us on the 1st floor and the 1st room so it was extremely loud. And something was in my room or bed that bit me.

We enjoyed our stay at The Knot Hotel. Our top priority was the location, and we couldn't have been happier with it. We were able to get anywhere quickly by bus and subway, although we preferred taking the bus. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated having a water kettle and a small refrigerator in our room. We also received tea, fresh towels, and two bottles of water every day, which felt very luxurious.
The only thing we wish we had more of was space and a small closet or a designated area for clothes and luggage. We will book a bigger room next time.

Room is comfortable, but small. It was the only hotel I stayed in 20 days of Japan that doesnt have an onsen (public bath).
Is not super close to the subway, 15 min walking. Breakfast was expensive.

I didn’t like the behavior of one of the staff (a bald guy). I asked him to order a taxi and he said to go in front of the hotel and wave to the taxi driver. Shame on him.

Nice modern design. The beds and linen were good. Friendly staff. Great bakery downstairs!
The room itself was quite small, with no space for clothes.
Almost 20 minutes walk to Shinjuku station.

Quiet location across the park
But away from the main area and the tiny rooms however it’s expected in Japan. Buffet was great but pretty much same and fired eggs were quite dry most of the time. Didn’t hate it.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The place always felt lively and full of energy, with a great atmosphere throughout the day. The restaurant/bar area was very pleasant, and the bakery was excellent — we especially enjoyed grabbing coffee from the bar together with fresh pastries and sandwiches from the bakery.
The location is also great, in the Shinjuku area and right next to Shinjuku Chuo Park, with a nearby train station and another very good breakfast spot close by.
The hotel staff was extremely helpful during our stay. They assisted us with forwarding our luggage to Kyoto and were always happy to help with any question or request.
Areas that could be improved are the English level of some staff members, although they genuinely do their best to assist and communicate. In addition, the rooms are not cleaned daily (aside from towel replacement), which was a bit inconvenient for me during the stay.
