Plenty of convenience stores nearby, great breakfast, rooms are very neat
The hotel is at least a 10 minute walk to the closest train, and not necessarily the line you need. Laundry dryers take FOREVER, a combo washer/dryer updated would be better, hard beds, no ventilation in the bathrooms, they're small

Super spacious room- booked the deluxe top floor room, with an awesome view of the TMG building. excellent breakfast and very good bakery. Good location

The place is nice, the breakfast is a soso comparing with 3000jpy. The location needs a little effort to walk from the train station. Other than above, the place is comfortable and clean

The location is the main reason to choose this hotel. Other than that, in-house bakery and resturant are another favorite points.
No closet in the room. We also found one cockroach in the corner.

The lobby and restaurant were stylish and lively.
The bed was unacceptably uncomfortable even for Japan. It was really far from anything so factor cab far into your stay.

Clean, fun, trendy hotel, well thought out space, good value for Tokyo, most delicious breakfast buffet, a little outside of the crazy part of Shinjuku
The room was really tiny and it was a bit far from trains. It was a challenge to get a taxi to the station though we probably went to the wrong corner

The property looks new. The bakery and the coffee is good.
It is always so crowded in the lobby area. And the reception is not sharp enough for people to tell it is a reception.
They dont really have heat that you could adjust the temperature.
You need to check out instead of just leaving.
Not the best location from Shinjuku station.
I understand about not changing bed sheets during my stay, but they do not even fold your bed.

Clean room. Great bakery and restaurant in hotel. Location is also good for bus and train connections.
Room was quite small and lacking natural light. Bakery in lobby only offers vegan baked goods on Sunday.

The Knot was perfect for a traveler spending a weekend in Tokyo. The view of the park in the morning & the municipal building at night made it a great spot to hang out and people watch inbetween adventures. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, which was a great boon.
The room will definitely feel a little small if you're on the taller side, but that's par for the course with most Tokyo hotels. Tochomae Station is ostensibly walkable, but with at least three sets of stairs between the train platform & the street, then another 100 meters across the park to the hotel, it can be a slog after a long day.
