Comfortable room, good amenities, breakfast was one of the best on our trip with so many options. Beds are comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was so strong. Overall a greta place
Seemed far from the main tourist attractions or train station esp with luggage. The step up into the bathroom would not be safe for older travelers

Amazing stay. Will stay again, hopefully soon. Miss Japan already ? Great experience all around. Staff are nice and the room is cozy and comfortable. Thank you! Amazing location too. Close to everything. Love the park across it.

Breakfast was good.
The one night stay room was terrible. It had no sunlight as the window was translucent and cannot be opened!! The 2 night stay room was better.

Great location across from the Shinjuku Park with an easy walk into downtown. The breakfast bar is amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel vibe was very pleasant. We would stay here again.
Rooms were nice but smaller than other rooms we had on this trip. Pillows very hard, but that seems to be somewhat typical so we may just be used to softer pillows.

Such a busy place and yet perfect hospitality. Everything is well organized -the Japanese way. The Bakery and the other tapas restaurant inside and on the ground floor is super popular. There is always a line. Next to government building, across a small but peaceful park. It’s located on a nice neighborhood, too. Quick and digital check in and self check out. Bath toiletries are also very good. We didn’t get the breakfast option rather used the bakery downstairs - which was also a good choice.

Well located, good restaurant and bakery inside. Room‘s are good and comfy beds.
One side of the hotel is relatively close to another building, thus the rooms are a bit dark. The bathroom is clean and practical, looks like being pre-manufactured and then put into the room. However, functionality is good and for us fine as we were just there to sleep

The room was comfortable and had good amenities. It was generally a good location for a visit to Tokyo.
Not having more breakfast choices beyond bakery or buffet. The buffet was often too much food, so not a good value, and the bakery every morning limited choices.
