Wonderful
Super nice restaurant and lobby, nice employees as well, you get what you paid for.
The room was a little small for 2 people but manageable, and the location being at least a 10+ minute walk from any train station entrance was a bit of an inconvenience, but not the worst thing in the world.

Location was ok. Water power was good.
The Bed is the most uncomfortable bed in any hotels I’ve ever slept in. The big step outside of the bathroom is totally a safety hazard and the quality of the whole bathroom is very flimsy. Rooms are being cleaned every three days and within our stay was never cleaned. Very disappointed and will not return for sure.

I liked that it was in a quiet part of town away from the main Shinjuku area. The bakery was very good and the staff were very helpful.
The walls are very thin and the room was very noisy with other guests. High price for limited space in room and noisy.

Location, front desk staff. Exceptional bakery in the lobby.
The rooms are very small, as they are in most Japanese hotels, so many guests congregate in the lobby at a big shared table. This table was not clean.

The staff was friendly; the location was great for what I needed, the room was fine, the shower was great, the soaps were available, the rooms were easy to navigate within the hotel, and the bar had plenty of cocktails.
Coffee at the bar was not available until 7AM; I was awake at 6AM.

Great location. Just enough distance to walk from the Shinjuku station. Rooms are small, but sufficient. Other than that, clean and comfy spaces. Lobby has a great space and there’s a restaurant and a cafe in there.

Breakfast. Great choice of freshly-baked bread and vegetables. Lobby has a good vibe for young clients with music playing constantly.
Far from any public transit. No cleaning of the room during the duration of the stay other than towel changes and garbage disposal (they call it “eco cleaning”.) At this price point no cleaning is unacceptable. As a result the bathroom was already smelling of accumulated uncleaned urine from the previous occupants. The room was extremely small, so the entire room smelled of urine.

The place was clean. It was easy to check in and out. The beds were pretty comfy as well.
The breakfast was very western. It was still pretty good, but we were hoping for something a little more traditional for our morning meal.
