Great location (within Kabukicho), you get pajamas for free and has a common area
Shower is a public bath and is 4 floors away, the hotel had a weird layout where you have to parade in front of reception in order to go have a shower, there's a single slow elevator to serve the entire building, the capsules have a CRT screen that takes up unnecessary space, lockers are on a different floor as well, and you get kicked out between 11:00 and 15:00 so you have no place to rest at noon or early afternoon.

The location
It very hard for us to have to checkout everyday at 11.00 and have to check in everyday after 15.00, we can not stay in the hotel between 11.00-15.00, that was very inconvenient

I loved the capsule. They are very comfortable and provide privacy. Onsen bath threw me off but it was a good Japanese experience.
Guests need to check out at 10am and check back in at 3pm for them to clean it. It was a hassle if you want to just be lazy for the day coz they wont let you stay in your capsule.

Staff was very polite and helpful. The bathing facilities were great. The capsule bed was comfortable. The lounge was wide, spacious and comfortable. The location was amazing!
The locker room and shoe locker area were very narrow and difficult to move around. The 'restaurant' is just some vending machines.

Every day you have to check in and check out, and in the morning a recorded message plays over the speakers telling you to leave. If you work at night and want to sleep in one day, it’s impossible. You also can’t stay in the common room — a staff member will ask you to leave because it’s the cleaning period. The men’s bathrooms always smell bad. To get to the hostel, you have to use one elevator, and then another one to reach your floor or the common area. If you want to take the stairs to go faster, you can’t. The location is fine only for one or two nights. The bathroom only has onsen-style or shared options, so keep that in mind too. And the price for all that is not worth it.
