Very Good
The location is perfect in the heart of Shinjuku. The capsules are a bit old but spacious. The spa was small but nice. Common area is nice to use and spacious!
Checkin is a bit confusing. I have never stayed in a capsule hotel with quite so many capsules! Like a maze! Very crowded but surprisingly not too noisy.

Exceptional
It’s near the city, which makes it super easy to get around.
The bed is a tad short for my height, but the place is great!

Wonderful
It was a great location in the heart of Shinjuku. I love the feeling look of the capsule hotel and the onesen was top tier!
The fact that everyone has to leave at 11:00 a.m. I would have stayed there the whole trip but it's annoying packing and unpacking.

Good
Nice location, public bath for male customers, reasonable price
It can be full of foreigners who doesn’t know the local manner or proper manner. There are people talking in the middle of the night in sleeping area, or wearing shoes where they are not supposed to… etc. luggage area is next to a smoking room, and the smoking room is not proper isolated. The luggage area smells really bad.

Good
The public spa facilities was great.
Their policy which is not specified before booking of you have to leave the property everyday at 11am and can only check in back at 3pm even for long term stay.
The lockers are small and the capsule is Asian size and not meant for tall or above average height person.

Wonderful
i could not recommend this place enough if you are looking to stay at a capsule hotel, especially if you are a woman. there is a women’s only floor with an added security door that only those staying there can access. it is very cleanly, the bathroom is beautiful, with so many included amenities. you get a fresh towel and set of pajamas everyday. there are several lotions, shampoos, oils, q tips and toothbrushes for everyone to use. the location is great, very central to a bustling area, but you are high up enough that the nightlife doesn’t impact your sleep.
i have heard that some capsule hotels have white noise/music machines in the pods, which this did not have. thats not a dealbreaker and it was still a great stay. there could have also been doors to the capsules instead of just a shade you pull down, but it still felt very secure and safe due to the added security gate on the women’s floor.

Clean, English, good location, onsen.
Guests should be aware this is basically near the red light district and the craziness of Shinjuku. You may get hasseled by touters right outside, easy to ignore just be aware they will 100% scam you. The place is not loud though at all. No complaints about the place itself but you do have to check out every day but you can keep your luggage there while you are gone it didn't bother me at all really. Over all well worth the money.

The place was the perfect pit stop as I walked around at odd hours of the night.
I didn't know if I could go to the lounge in my lounge clothes, and I thought they were meant for the sleeping space.
