The location is good. It's very near Kabukicho and Shinjuku station.
Locker room is quite small. I had to check in every day for 6 night stay. The blanket was too small.

The location straight in Shinjuku is what makes this capsule hotel so valuable. You are just a short walk away from Shinjuku Station that links you to literally whole Tokyo, and in the evening you can just go out near your hotel because there is so much going on. The capsules are cleaned each day, which is actually nice. The hotel has an Onsen on the third floor, where you can relax in the hot pools. The showers are also in this room... As it is common in capsule hotels, you can basically come with nothing else and they have all the things you need to spend your night there. This includes a pajama and towel, toothbrush, razor, shampoo, etc. It is good to know that this style of hotel is traditionally used by Japanese businessmen that have to travel to Tokyo or don't want to commute back home for the night after they worked until late in the evening...
I just want to point this out: you get the full Japanese capsule hotel experience, as it used to be traditionally. That means, men and women are on separate floors (not ideal for couples or families), and you get a new capsule each day. So if you are staying for several consecutive days, you have to check out every morning by 10 am and leave your luggage in the storage space. We didn't know that and at first, it was really strange, but you can get used to it... The Wifi in the 6th floor was actually quite bad, but on the 7th floor it was better (which is the floor where they preferably put Japanese people in because "they want it to be quiet!", but we always requested a capsule on the 7th floor

What I like in these kinds of capsule hotels are the bath and sauna. Location not straightforward, but some black men working around showed me the direction. good place to stay in shinjuku.
everything was fine

Poor
We booked 2 nights, and asked to be let out of the last night booking. Manager was extremely understanding and agreed to let us go. Capsule accommodations are not for us. Glad we tried it, but not again.
Not enough padding to sleep on.

Location is great.
Capsules are a little tight if your over 6ft (any longer and you can’t sleep straight) there are also no showers on the floors, all males shower at the open onsen showers with an adjacent locker room. Bags are locked in the lockeroom as there is nowhere to place them in the capsules. You also MUST check out everyday between 10-3pm as the beds are cleaned and you are given a new bed and locker each day. They do have luggage storage though if you require it. Overall good but the check out was annoying. Onsen was nice.

Clean. Convenient.
Lound tv in the lounge and in the sauna. No hot bath in the woman space. No door for the cabin so noise can be loud depending on neighbours behavior. Hot bath a bit too hot for my taste.

Wonderful
We really liked Capsule hotel concept. Yes, you sleep in a capsule (not claustrophobic at all and very silent), but you have big common bathroom area with Jacuzzi and sauna. Such bathing is much more comfortable for me than a typical super small bathroom in hotel.
According to capsule hotel rules me and my wife we slept in different floors. Yet that's the rule and idea of capsule hotel - you sleep alone in your individual capsule and men sleep separate from women. The women do not have access to Jacuzzi and sauna btw...
