The property was in a great location and it was nice to experience a different type of accomodation. The staff were also lovely and helpful.
There was only small lockers to lock up small personal belongings. Otherwise your suitcase was in an open area with all the other guests.

Location was good. Easy to get around the neighbourhood.
Bonus: Free toiletries including toothbrush+paste was great.
Absolutely loved the free pj's which were very comfortable.
The mattress was a bit hard at first but still was a good nights sleep.
Be mindful if there are a lot of females using the hairdryers, you will hear it in the pods closest to the bathrooms

They provide almost everything you need, from pyjamas to towels to toothbrushes to soap and shampoo/conditioner, which was very convenient! Capsules were very roomy and comfortable as well, though as you might expect there isn't much by way of soundproofing. Staff had great English skills. Not really suited to travellers with large suitcases, but great if you're travelling light.
Sadly there was no toothpaste, despite providing just about everything else you need. The traditional-style bath was only open to men, whereas the female-only floor has individual showers, but whether or not that's a positive or a negative depends on what your preferences are. If staying multiple nights you will have to check out each morning and check in again a few hours later, which can be a bit of a hassle.

The location is good. It's very near Kabukicho and Shinjuku station.
Locker room is quite small. I had to check in every day for 6 night stay. The blanket was too small.

The location straight in Shinjuku is what makes this capsule hotel so valuable. You are just a short walk away from Shinjuku Station that links you to literally whole Tokyo, and in the evening you can just go out near your hotel because there is so much going on.
The capsules are cleaned each day, which is actually nice. The hotel has an Onsen on the third floor, where you can relax in the hot pools. The showers are also in this room...
As it is common in capsule hotels, you can basically come with nothing else and they have all the things you need to spend your night there. This includes a pajama and towel, toothbrush, razor, shampoo, etc. It is good to know that this style of hotel is traditionally used by Japanese businessmen that have to travel to Tokyo or don't want to commute back home for the night after they worked until late in the evening...
I just want to point this out: you get the full Japanese capsule hotel experience, as it used to be traditionally. That means, men and women are on separate floors (not ideal for couples or families), and you get a new capsule each day. So if you are staying for several consecutive days, you have to check out every morning by 10 am and leave your luggage in the storage space. We didn't know that and at first, it was really strange, but you can get used to it...
The Wifi in the 6th floor was actually quite bad, but on the 7th floor it was better (which is the floor where they preferably put Japanese people in because "they want it to be quiet!", but we always requested a capsule on the 7th floor

What I like in these kinds of capsule hotels are the bath and sauna.
Location not straightforward, but some black men working around showed me the direction.
good place to stay in shinjuku.
