Nothing. This place was absolute hell. The worst place I've ever stayed. Rude and unhelpful staff, dirty facilities, inconvenient check in (they wanted me to check out every day at 10am, despite the fact I booked for four nights). Do not stay here!

The location was great, the staff were friendly and helpful
The tatami mattress in the room was very thin and additional mattresses were not avail to make it comfortable. The hotel is getting older and a bit run down. The spa floor had water damage and needs repair. The hotel needs to repair and upgrade facilities

Closeness to Subnade and subsequently Shinjuku station. On the edge of Kabukicho, but not deep enough in to be regularly harassed by touts

Conveniently placed close to things, location
No private shower, and the air con was not working in the capsules for the entire stay. Essentially sleeping in an oven.

A fun novel idea, cheap price and good location in Shinjuku
No AC in the room, very anti-tattoos, capsule too small if you're taller than 6ft/185cm!

Very central location, and Nice price
The mattress was too thin/soft, a bit warm inside the capsule. I would like a larger locker with space for a large suitcase, and a shower on the same floor as the capsule.

I really like the experience itself, more than the type of accommodation.
Pajamas for ladies are too small for tall women, I looked rather funny in it. The same could be applied to capsule itself, I wasn't able to sleep with a legs in the straight position, the capsule was too small for me

The on-site bath house for men is an excellent feature and made getting ready in the morning very pleasurable.
The capsules themselves are a bit dated and lack some features like: an entertainment system (it has an old style TV built in) with a way to stow for more room in the pod. Some sound dampening in the pods wouldve been a nice feature also. Some of the pods had damaged privacy screens

This was a convenient base in Tokyo for nightlife and transport options. It was clean and surprisingly quiet when in pod, and felt a lot safer than expected. The common area was nice and homely and the bathrooms were well equipped with toiletries.
Having to check everything out at 10 to check back in again at 2 each day was a real pain and was an interruption to our day having to consider where all our belongings were whilst sightseeing and not having access to things we might need ad hoc throughout the day.
