Close to the train station and next to 7/11. There’s also a food court and bowling alley in the same building.
It didn’t have some of the amenities like comb, shave, and cotton buds.

Lots of things to do on site. Easy to get on the train to go elsewhere. Check-In was at 3, but there’s a movie theater on the property, I put my luggage on hold at the counter and I was able to waste some time watching a movie. There’s also an aquarium on the property, bowling, and lots of things to do before check in.

Great location to the Shinagawa Station, staff were helpful and friendly. This makes up for the rooms being alittle outdated.
Room was alittle tight, but still enough to move around. I do think they need to renovation the rooms, alittle outdated.

Convenience. 7/11 is in the hotel. There’s a bowling alley and Maxell aquarium. Shopping and dining areas just outside the hotel. Close to the train station. Within 30 mins of every where you want to go in Tokyo even Haneda Airport. The view from my room was good.
The room was a tight space. The Japanese breakfast was good but expensive. The room looks like it needs renovation. It’s not the Hilton I guess.

Located across from the Shinagawa train station - very convenient for home base for exploring Tokyo. 7-11 just downstairs was also much appreciated. Staff were friendly, laundry services were good.

Very good location if your objective is to stay the night near Shinagawa Station. Convenient station line to Tokyo, Haneda, and bullet trains. Has smoking rooms which is fantastic for smokers.
AC temperature control: there is a knob in the center council that I found out about on my 2nd stay there. It doesn't display temperature but has settings for low, mid, high. I found the room to be too hot on all 3 settings never knowing what the temp is. Outdated carpets: carpets had deep stains in them, they are clearly on the older side. Doesn't bother me much but for the price you'd expect them to be on the newer side. They were clean just stained.

It had a good cafe. The AC worked well. Good hot water/pressure in shower.
They wouldn’t check us in one hour early, even though the room was ready, without charging $25, and yet at check in time there was a 30 minute line. Ridiculous. The beds were hard and not very comfortable. No place to put our suitcases in the tiny double room.
