Convenient to the train. Good proximity to food and 7/11. Newer rooms in the tower are very comfortable.
Older rooms were very much in disrepair.

Very Good
The King Room was a decent size for hotel rooms, and especially good for Tokyo. The bed was very comfortable. The tub had high sides - good for bathing. Water pressure was excellent, especially for the 22nd floor. The tub had a nonslip surface. The desk and two chairs were added. The long entryway was also a plus. The breakfast buffet in the Chinese restaurant on the 4th floor of the Main Tower was the best of the three we sampled. The first fllor of the Main Tower buffet was diverse but not that good. Excellent location for trains and subways. There is no longer a direct walk from Shinagawa Station to the hotel, and it is much longer and more uphill than it was when we were here in 2019. The neighborhood itself had little charm but the location can't be beat for transportation into and out of and around the city. We also like the convenience store in the hotel that provided low-cost options to the hotel meals.
While one of the three breakfasts was up to international standards, the two others didn't offer very good Western breakfasts. Compared to the Ambassador Hotel in Seoul which is a similar level hotel, perhaps a half start higher - the Prince breakfasts were poor. The Ambassador set the standard for international breakfast with superb 5-star quality Wester, Chinese, and Korean food. Especially good were their baked good. The Prince's were poor - roughly on a par woth US chais hotels - without the waffle makers .This is a VERY large hotel - actually three hotels connected with one another and it was necessary to do a significant amount of walking to get anywhere. Finally, there was only one coin laundry room in the hotel for 3600 rooms, and the seating in it was very bad: there was none except a ledge in front of the machines. Not up to par with the best hotels for travelers, especially those with children. Also television optiont could have been more diverse; we watched lots of NHK shows and others about Japanese culture but there could be better options, especially for streaming networks and also more Japanese baseball broadcases during the season would have been appreciated.

Location is the best thing here, very close to a station, perfect if you wanna get a Shinkansen easily.
Breakfast had a big line, although very well organized.

The front desk staff were helpful. They had luggage room for storage. Several eateries, access to major train station
Can I say Las Vegas busy style.. typical commercial style hotel.

Unbeatable Location & Connectivity: The absolute highlight of this hotel is its proximity to Shinagawa Station (it is literally just across the street). This makes getting around Tokyo incredibly easy, giving you quick access to the core city areas.
Direct Airport Access: If you are flying in or out of Haneda Airport, the direct line from Shinagawa Station is a massive time-saver. It took all the stress out of our transit day.
Luggage Storage Blessing: Their luggage storage service was a huge help for us. Being able to safely leave our bags before check-in and after check-out allowed us to explore the city freely without dragging suitcases around.
The Rooms
The rooms themselves are decent and functional. While they might not be overly luxurious or massive, they are clean, comfortable, and have everything you need for a solid night's sleep.
This being a super large hotel expect large groups of crowd in the lobby area. Not a derailer though

Location
The room felt quite outdated and could benefit from renovation. The blackout curtains had holes that let light in, and the pillows were very hard and uncomfortable.

Location was everything, especially for Shinkansen travel. Room was good size.
Like the hold baggage service for before check in and after checkout.
The beds was a little too soft, resulting in backaches!
Bathrooms seemed dated, fixtures especially.
