I like the location of the hotel. It's near the train station also restaurants and shopping center. The hotel also has many amenities for families, iMac theater, bowling etc.
I didn't like that we had late check out and were locked out of our room and had to waste time getting that cleared up. Once cleared up we couldn't leave the room because we would be locked out again.

Stayed here on a recommendation from a friend, who also insisted we get the breakfast. Get the breakfast! There may be a line but it moves quickly and it's a massive buffet with both japanese and western options. The staff in general were excellent, helpful with any questions we had.

Not much
One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. For the price this hotel charges, the standard is simply unacceptable. The room smelt heavily of cigarette smoke, which was disgusting and made it extremely unpleasant to stay in. The lobby has absolutely no warmth or atmosphere and feels more like a train station or transit terminal than a supposedly quality hotel. The staff were unhelpful and seemed largely uninterested in assisting guests. We were given incorrect information about the pool opening hours, only to arrive and find it closed. Apparently even providing accurate information about the hotel’s own facilities is too much to expect. However, the worst part was management. When we raised legitimate complaints, management was rude, dismissive and showed very little interest in resolving anything. There was no genuine apology, no real attempt to help and certainly no sense of hospitality. For the money, do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else. There are far better hotels at the same price point with vastly superior rooms, atmosphere and customer service. This feels much more like an overpriced transit hotel than somewhere you would actually choose to stay. Management and staff seriously need to lift their game. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome and dealing professionally with problems when they arise — this hotel failed badly on both. I would not recommend this hotel, I would never stay here again, and I genuinely regret spending my money here.

Shinagawa is good place if you need to use trains, since metro, JR, and shinkansen station is near. The breakfast was OK, but too busy, and crowded.
The hotel is worn, rooms are old and need renovation. They charge to much for the name and past glory. It was 5* hotel in the past, now it is 4* hotel going to be 3* hotel soon. The hotel has 4 towers, and it is way to busy. Long queues, not enough staff, breakfast rush. Constant chaos. It feels like living in the busy factory. No personal touch.

The location was superb. It was just a 5 minute walk to the Shinagawa station and the station connects directly to the shinkansen to Kyoto and Shin Osaka. The room was clean, there's bidet and there's a vending machine next to the elevator. Despite its very small bathroom, it manages to provide a bath tub, which actually helps after a long day walk.
The room is considerably small and the bath room is also small. But for the location it is at, it's worth the price.

The breakfast buffet is vast….almost too many options!! The rooms were very comfortable. We were in a twin in the Main Tower. Bed and pillows very comfortable. The Wing plaza that’s part of the hotel complex had some good restaurants and drinking options to start our night off. The bathroom is a lot bigger than most in Japanese hotels.
It’s not a major thing but the breakfast restaurant…..it was huge and very busy. It’s not a relaxing space for breakfast. Lots of people coming and going (of course because the hotel is busy). Check-in took a while….again it’s a busy hotel though so not too surprising.
