Loved everything about the Hotel. So much in the hotel and just across from the Shinagawa train station. The 39th floor has a spectacular view and is worth the seating fee you have to pay. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Will stay again if in Japan again

Wonderful
stayed on the 25th floor with a view of the Shinagawa station and many buildings beyond. It was very nice to be accross the street from the station .

Very Good
Staff were very nice and helpful. I appreciated that they would hold our luggage even after checkout.
Tv didn’t work in room. A/C was inaccurate. The cafe required you to purchase a drink priced at at least ¥1200 just to sit in the cafe, even after buying food.

Location close to major station-easy to get around. Good housekeeping . Check-in & check-out efficiently
It’s a huge hotel and always crowed in lobby. Small room and bed - not a surprise in Tokyo

Location Good. Facilities good, but the rooms appear outdated and worn. For the price I paid it did not seem great for wallpaper coming off the wall and furniture with nicks and scratches. I took hot water and wiped down the doors, desk area, and mini refrigerator cabinets. rooms are worn down.
Rooms and not enough air flow.

Good
The Good:
• Unbeatable Location: Right across from Shinagawa Station; perfect for navigating Tokyo.
• Ultimate Convenience: Multiple on-site convenience stores made daily life easy.
• Room Size: The Corner Twin Room was impressively spacious by Tokyo standards.
• Cleanliness & Dining: Housekeeping was meticulous, and the breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of Western and Japanese dishes.
The Not-So-Good:
• Overwhelming Crowds: As a massive hotel, it felt like a factory. Expect long queues for breakfast and a high-traffic atmosphere.
• Rushed Service: Staff often felt too busy to be approached. At breakfast, frequent reminders about closing times made the meal feel rushed rather than relaxing.
• Outdated Rooms: The room hardware needs attention; specifically, light switches were loose and felt quite old.

The location is strategic
The room is still using the carpet and it’s kinda dusty, the toilet ceramics is still old and the floor is so slippery if it gets wet and need to be extra careful especially if you bring old people.

The locations was great and central with Tokyo station around the block which made travelling very easy. The rooms were neat and tidy with a large shower great overall larger room size them some others in Japan. Great selection of food breakfast in the large breakfast hall. Great selection of restaurant around the hotel.
The breakfast can get very busy with a 30 min wait in peak times.

Pleasant
Staff at check in and breakfast were very polite and professional. Food at breakfast buffet was good.
We stayed in the main tower and the facilities are very very dated. As with many hotels, there is a high mix of international tourist cultures. Be ready for some extremely rude tourists. At the breakfast buffet expect for many tourists cutting you off and not saying “excuse me” or “sumimasen.” So many have no respect for anyone and are outright selfish.
