Staff was nice.
The rooms were far too small. The bathroom was basically a glass box with curtains so anyone outside could peer in. The rooms were pretty dirty when we came in. There was dust collected in the corners of the room the toilet in spots had stains. The 1 out of the 2 elevators had a strong sewage smell. The view from our room was basically the face of another building and above the vents for a ramen restaurant. So when youd open the window youd get strong pork odors. The hotel also pins up against a club so in the halls you can hear loud club music all night.

The location of this hotel is perfect. It's right in the middle of the nightlife of Shibuya and has a couple of fun bars in the street. We also had a delicious dinner at a restaurant a little further down the street. The room was small but comfortable. Very close to Shibuya station and the Mega Don Quijote.
The room was quite small and the bathroom was a bit strange. The bathroom felt like a small cabin placed in de room that uses blinds to cover sight of the toilet and shower, so don't expect too much privacy when taking a shower or using the toilet. There was a bit of black mold on the ceiling of the shower.

The location of this hotel was ideal. Around the corner from the Mega Don Quijote and 10mins walk to the famous Scramble Crossing. We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and clean hotel with welcoming staff.

Have stayed before in Shibuya, and I have to say I really liked this place. It's a great location in terms of location, near everything but on a quieter corner. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

So close to everything, a very short walk to Shibuya station and all of the shops. We had a twin room, which was just as big as any room back in Australia. I love that Japanese hotels provide just about every personal bathroom item you could possibly need. Shower pressure was great and beds were comfy. Great value for money.

Location was 2 minute walk from shibuya crossing.
Property lied about air conditioning. There is no air conditioning. They put the building on heat or cool and you cannot control that. Since we arrived in early December, it was still 60+ F outside, however they had heat on for entire building. You cannot open the windows either. After a 14 hour flight from US to land in a room that was too hot to sleep in was awful. Staff brought multiple cheap fans which none worked very well. Further more - our comforter had a huge sweat stain plus blood stains. Disgusting. Beds were fine but pillows were some cheap bead filled crap. I’ve stayed in hostels with better conditions. Rooms have very low ceilings and feel claustrophobic, even for Japan.

The location was excellent and extremely close to mega Don Quijote store and other Shibuya attractions. The front office staff were always welcoming and helpful to the degree that they could be.
The AC system was terrible and there was no good airflow or option to change from heater to cold air. And the curtains used for the bathroom area were terrible and lacked complete privacy and security.

A fairly standard hotel on a busy road in Shibuya. Check in was fairly smooth, and the room was quite large (for Tokyo) and the bed was comfortable. The walls of the corridor were covered in paintings - interesting!
Bathroom was surrounded by glass, and not that easy to close the blinds!
