Staff was nice.
The rooms were far too small. The bathroom was basically a glass box with curtains so anyone outside could peer in. The rooms were pretty dirty when we came in. There was dust collected in the corners of the room the toilet in spots had stains. The 1 out of the 2 elevators had a strong sewage smell. The view from our room was basically the face of another building and above the vents for a ramen restaurant. So when youd open the window youd get strong pork odors. The hotel also pins up against a club so in the halls you can hear loud club music all night.

The location was excellent and extremely close to mega Don Quijote store and other Shibuya attractions. The front office staff were always welcoming and helpful to the degree that they could be.
The AC system was terrible and there was no good airflow or option to change from heater to cold air. And the curtains used for the bathroom area were terrible and lacked complete privacy and security.

A fairly standard hotel on a busy road in Shibuya. Check in was fairly smooth, and the room was quite large (for Tokyo) and the bed was comfortable. The walls of the corridor were covered in paintings - interesting!
Bathroom was surrounded by glass, and not that easy to close the blinds!

Staff are great. The location is great and the room is good or does the job . When my first room was inadequate the staff gave me a new room the next day. Overall the room was good for my stay and I liked how the gave you new clean towels everyday .
The rooms are clean but walks need new paint since there were a good amount of spots, stains and scratches .

Nothing stood out to be honest.
Our room was directly next to the elevator, very noisy. Even worse, the bathroom was filthy. The wall in the bathroom had old stains (who knows what the stains were, they looked like old blood stains). The room was way too tight and small for 2 people to navigate.

The location of this hotel is perfect. It's right in the middle of the nightlife of Shibuya and has a couple of fun bars in the street. We also had a delicious dinner at a restaurant a little further down the street. The room was small but comfortable. Very close to Shibuya station and the Mega Don Quijote.
The room was quite small and the bathroom was a bit strange. The bathroom felt like a small cabin placed in de room that uses blinds to cover sight of the toilet and shower, so don't expect too much privacy when taking a shower or using the toilet. There was a bit of black mold on the ceiling of the shower.

Friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic location. A 5-minute walk to Shibuya train station and buses. Aswell as Shibuya Scramble Crossing! Room is large. We were pleasantly surprised by that! We had both of our large luggage bags open and still had plenty of space to move around in. A couple minutes walk to all the brand name convivence stores & Don Quijote. Plenty of restaurant options & coffee cafes incredibly close. It's very central! We also had our bag transfers to our next hotel organised by the hotel. Very easy process. Highly recommend.
(More of an FYI) The hotel is in a very lively part of Shibuya. It can become loud overnight during the weekend but is a lot quieter during week days. (Slight discomforts) The bed is a little uncomfortable but not unbearable. The room could use a little freshening up (paint touch up).

Only stayed in the hotel for one night but i enjoyed it. Very comfortable even though it was a small room. Bed was comfy. Good sized bathroom and shower. Staff was very kind. Was also able to transfer my luggage to my next hotel.
Bathroom was glass and you could see into it unless you rolled down the blinds which seemed odd to me as a foreigner. Also a very confusing toilet. lol

It was nice,clean, with lovely workers, and best of all it was in the heart of Shibuya.
I can’t think of anything I didn’t like about the place. Other than the fact that I didn’t extend my stay. I wish I didn’t have to leave for work.
