Location can’t be beat. Super close to Shibuya station! Staff were all amazing.
Our room was the smallest one we stayed in during our 2 week trip, but the size was to be expected. Room cleanliness level was alright but may just be due to the building seeming a bit old.

Very convenient location, near Shibuya Sakura Stage. Staff was so friendly and helpful and I felt welcome very far from home. The room was clean and quiet and had exactly what I needed. Especially coming in with 8 hour jet lag!

The room had a smell, as if the room wasn't opened in a few years, the facilities were visibly used, it was clean and if i openend the windows the smell wasn't too horrible but still for that price i expected much better.

Very nice staff, good and comfortable location. The room is very nice. I left my luggage before the check-in at the front desk and came back later.
The Wifi in the room was bad.

Pleasant
Great location, staff and service were great.
Rooms (multiple) were so dusty. Woke up with congestion every day. Discovered it because when we were out, sinuses would clear up.

Good
We booked this to be in Shibuya. The room was decently sized and staff were friendly. We knew it wasn’t going to be a 5 star hotel experience and that was fine
Our bathroom had a strong smell. I suspect it was due to the water (smelled this odor in other locations too), but it was much stronger here. Probably since the bathroom was a small enclosed space.

Poor
The location was perfect and also the staff.
They booked me in to a smoking room and I don’t smoke. We had to change rooms the next day. The rooms where very poor conditions, ripped carpet walls were in poor condition also the furniture was in poor condition.
