Great location and beautiful view of the city.
The winding stairs inside the room would have been a pain if I had large or multiple suitcases. There wasn't an iron or ironing board inside the room but it's available at the front desk..

We stayed at Hotel Granbell Shibuya for three nights and absolutely loved the location. It’s in a fantastic spot with very easy access to Shibuya Crossing, the train station, and plenty of restaurants, shops, and nightlife all within walking distance. The hotel itself was comfortable and well maintained, making it a great base for exploring Tokyo. We would happily stay here again due to the unbeatable location and convenience
The room was fine for a short stay, however it was even smaller than we had anticipated, which did make it feel a bit tight at times.

The location was great! 3 minute walk from Shibuya station (literally right across the street) and it was all escalators so didn’t very convenient with luggage. Lots of food spots within 5 minute walk and shopping within 10 minutes
It wasn’t the cleanest and the rooms look a lot more outdated in person. It felt very dusty and there was a strand of hair on my shower head when I checked in.

Disappointing
Hotel is in a good location if you need to be close to Shibuya station, and the staff are very nice and speak English (this seems to be a very foreigner targeted hotel).
The room and facilities show their age, there's scuff marks on the walls, lamp switches that detached from the wall, a really annoying to use window shade for a window that doesn't open, and one of the oddest bathroom designs with a glass window into the room. I would not stay here again unfortunately.

The location and the smoking room. We stayed in the suite type room, the price is fair for the room size and its in a very good location. Apparently their suites have different shapes, decor and sizes. Although the room and decor has some wear and tear, but we are very satisfied with the service and the amenities they provide in the room matching the 5 stars hotel. Receptionist very kind and friendly. They speaks English very well and understands our needs. Highly recommend this :)
The stairs in the suite rooms make it hard to carry your luggage, not too bad but not a fan either.

Very clean, comfy bed, enough room considering location and price, small fridge very helpful, excellent location very accessible to things but on a quieter street to the side of very busy ones. Very nice staff. Breakfast available for a price. Had a little sofa to sit on which was great to have a place to sit besides the bed.
Room was a little dim, could have used another light fixture but it was manageable. Nothing fancy but fine. Lots of construction in the mall and station across the street was confusing but that will pass.
