Exceptional
The room, the services, food, and the facilities were exactly what I expected. I am very satisfied.
The room lights, AC setting, the bathroom setting, etc are exactly what I am used to and I felt so comfortable using them.
Also breakfast they offer is just like what I used to eat.
Only I would suggest them to change is to set up nuts and cranberries by salad, not by desert, and quiche should be by main dish for breakfast, not next to desert.
It was not easy for me to find those nuts, cranberries, and quiche because they were placed right next to desert.
None
It was perfect!!

Rooms were well furnished and the beds were comfortable.
Proximity to Disney was great.
Lots of restaurants onsite to choose from - and the food was delicious
You had to pay to use the outdoor pool

Fair
The spacious and sea view
Mmm I booked this hotel for the pool outside - it didn’t specific tells that the pool we have to pay separately. And I was looking forward to that but disappointed even if I pay for my son just to accompany and watch him i have to pay aswell- 2 hours only for 3,000 per head and night swimming from 6pm to 8pm 4,000 yen per head that’s ridiculously so expensive- so yeah very very disappointed this hotel rules .

Poor
Close to Disney land
Far from everywhere else. Rooms are outdated. Staff were not very polite. Room service ends early. Not many options for vegetarians.

Very Poor
It was located close to disneyland
The hallways smelled like pee. No joke. It was old and dated, not like the pics. The bed was rock hard and the pillow was also super hard. We had to wrap it in towels to make it sleep able.

Wonderful
The biggest room during our stay in Japan. Clean and excellent location.
Little dated but other than that it was the best hotel we stayed in for convenience and space.

Hotel staffs are polite.
While I was browsing the rooms for reservation, the room we were given was quite different from what I saw on the website. I believe we were assigned to a connecting room and it didn’t look like the room shown online.
When we entered the room, my family and I were a little disappointed because it was not what we expected based on the photos on the website.
Also, the floor in the shower area is quite slippery, which I feel could be dangerous for guests. I hope you can look into this for the safety and comfort of your customers.

This is a very nice hotel. Really nice gym. Close to Tokyo Disney. Great View of the Ocean.
A lot of staff members struggled when speaking English. Other than that, they were friendly and polite.

We had to pay separately for the outside pool (preposterous), the breakfast was crowded and the bar closed at 23:30.

Big rooms. They helped me in the process of sending luggage from tokyo to kyoto and it was really nice. Balcony was unexpected thing and it was a great plus.
I forgot my handcarry at reception when checking out. I went to tokyo station and then remembered about it. I called hotel and told them to see if my luggage was there. They said call back after 20 mins if we dont call you. After 20 mins i called back and they said they couldnt find it anywhere. I took taxi and went to hotel and my luggage was there at the same place.

I loved how big the rooms were and all the hotel offers, would’ve liked to stay longer but we were only there for one night! Beautiful hotel! And right across the Bayside station but still offers a shuttle so it can take you directly in front of the entrance!
That we didn’t get to stay longer :(

Wonderful
