The location could not be beat! Literally right across the street from the monorail station. There is a free shuttle but you really don’t need it. Also it is the first stop for the airport shuttle so the bus was empty when we got on! Also the staff were all excellent!!
Just a little disappointed in huge carpet stains when getting off the elevator (we thought carpet was wet but it was actually a big stain). Also I usually only book rooms without carpet. This one had carpet that was obviously old and needed a good cleaning.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and an abundance of facilities - love the ice machine :)
The cost for activities such as the pool on top of what you are already paying for the accommodation you would think it was free. First time having to pay to gain access to a pool at a hotel. Although there were an abundance of activities, most were at an added cost.

I loved the family room we had. It was perfect with comfortable beds. I loved the complementary water bottles in the room. I loved the views I had and being able to see the fireworks. I loved being close to the Bayside station and yet having a free shuttle bus. I loved my maid (room 1099) who knew English and was so very helpful. I liked the convenience store and Disney store at the hotel. I liked having extra towels available at all times in the lobby.
I booked it knowing there were 2 pools and then found out both were closed during my stay. The Mexican buffet was much too pricey and was by no means Mexican. I wish the garden part was made more available to me and the fountains going in the outside pool.

Our food experience was awful. Buffet was not up to par lacking flavor and variety night to night. The lack of a convenience store, self help umbrellas, and updated bathroom facilities was disappointing.

The location. The amount of stuff for kids to do.
The food was terrible in this hotel.The buffet should not even be called a buffet.I was so disappointed in the buffet that I wished we had never eaten there and it was too expensive for what you got for it.It was so bad.The diner/cafe was terrible as well

Good price when comparing to the exorbitantly expensive Disney hotels and easy access with the Monorail. Beds were comfortable. Free water in the room was clutch when walking in the heat all day. Upgraded to a park view room at check-in, where we could watch the fireworks at night. Main areas were decorated well, and it felt like a nice hotel.
We were on the 6th floor in the park wing. There was a faint smell of animal urine when walking down the hallway to get to the elevator. Our room had carpet that needed to be replaced. The "Mexican" buffet was only slightly Mexican, and the margaritas were not good. The combini had very little in terms of other breakfast options, which left us to choose expensive on-site restaurants or wait to feed the kids until we were up and out for the day (never a good option). The onsen was an additional charge. For what we paid, I expected the amenities to be included.
