We could watch the fireworks over Disney Sea and Disneyland from our balcony! The room was quiet, and the block out curtains made sleep easy! Comfy beds, and room service was impeccable.

Great room, beautiful Japanese robes, great ground coffee in the room. very clean and beautiful views.
No smart TV, only 2 bad channels had English, we also couldn't cast our own Netflix, this is very bad and old fashion. smart TV should be in all rooms or a google casting device so we can enjoy our holidays in the room.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. Comfy beds, clean, lots of space, friendly staff, good amenities. We didn't use the restaurant or breakfast but had sandwiches from the 2nd floor cafe that were very good. Fantastic to be able to drop bags off at Disney and have them delivered to your room. We will stay again.

Perfect Disney stay! Room had plenty of spaces for our family of 5. It was across the road from the station/ monorail for accessing Disneyland and Disneysea! Beds were super comfortable!

We requested adjoining rooms for our family and the hotel was able to accommodate us. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and fairly quiet (there was some hallway noise first thing in the morning - but not overly noticeable). Bathrooms were nice and very (typical Japanese) clean and well supplied. There was a Disney store in the hotel, and as we missed the start of the 25th Anniversary event by a day - was pleasantly surprised that it was restocked to coincide and we didn't need to necessarily make a special trip to secure anniversary items at a decent price. Shuttle bus was extra convenient, both to the train station and rail stop - and as we took (paid for) an airport limousine from the hotel to Haneda, that it also stopped at the hotel was a bonus.
We stayed 3-nights at the Sheraton after 10+ days at a range of other lodging facilities (Onsen, Airbnb, business hotels) and found the Sheraton was by far the best stay we had (head and shoulders better than some), and about the only thing we could say that was a bit of a let down was the view from our windows out of both our rooms. We stayed in the Park Wing, which could be a bit misleading to mean the Disney "parks," but I think was more a reference to the wing was attached to the "parking" lot and overlooked another hotels parking lot. This wing seemed to also be a bit older, when compared to the rest of the hotel - but in the end if we return to the area, we'd be perfectly happy to stay at the Sheraton's Park Wing and not have any real complaints.

I like the ease and location of the tram that goes to Disneyland.
The laundry facility had way too many broken machines and the dryers didn’t function very well. It took 3 cycles to dry our 1 load of laundry.

The location was handy for our day at DisneySea.
The hotel was very dated and run down. It smelled old, musty and like old cigarette smoke. Our room smelled like a wet dog. I know they have some rooms that allow dogs and I feel like we got that room.

Location for Disney is ideal, it is right next to the monorail station. If you get a room at the front you can watch the fireworks from your balcony. Food was excellent. The cafe sells cans of beer for ¥500, bargain.
