We had a family room that overlooked Tokyo Bay and was stunning. Rooms were comfy and large. To use the public baths is an extra 1100 yen fee, but lovely amenities with a sauna. Great price for proximity to Disney Sea etc.

Excellent location. Even got to see fireworks from our room.
The breakfast. The food was mediocre, the trays of food were always nearly empty, eating utensils were not replenished. The only meal in Japan that we didn’t enjoy.

This hotel stay was by far the best experience i have ever had around the world. From the first interaction with staff to the final one, it was an absolute delight. The check-in process was simple, there was no crowding, busy periods in the restaurant were well managed and the hotel was an absolute delight.

Easy to get to Disneyland and sea via the internal train
More varieties at the room car bar- selection of 3-in-1 coffee for example. Discounts on breakfast. I would spend USD15 on average for bfast

The service was excellent. During check in it was very busy and the managers came out from behind the registration desk to help out guests. During our stay they were always available to answer questions and guide guests.

The proximity to the tram for park entry
The carpets throughout the hotel are dirty gross stained wrinkled and need to be replaced with tiles for easy luggage rolling. Better signs to tell you where everything is at. Like we couldn’t find the barber shop. Not stocked foods in snack area or maybe a 7-eleven/family mart on the lower level. Not having breakfast provided and a place to eat for later travelers. The cover plate for the key door kept falling off and carpet it ripped in the room. Extra shelf in the bathroom would be nice for travel bags.
