Poor
Nothing. It's very expensive for this location and the age of the hotel. Only the bathroom is halfway decent. Everything else is a nightmare.
Everything. The staff is rude, they try to sell you everything, even a bottle of water that costs 20 cents across the street. The staff specifically hates Americans, they are rude and unfriendly. Not just impolite, but truly rude. Every time you leave, you have to hand in your key, but when you return, they pretend not to know you and start the check-in process and ask who you are – every single time you leave your room! It's pure harassment.

The location was great since it was a short walk to Shibuya Station, making it a good place to get around. And the room itself was very nice and tidy, perfect to relax a bit after a long day out. The staff was also very nice and helpful whenever I spoke with them.
There is honestly not much to say about things I didn't like.

Poor
The staff is nice and I liked them a lot , and it was in the quiet part of shibuya, no noise and a 5-10 min walk from the station / crossing
I really don’t like complaining, but This place isn’t worth the money. The entire hotel is old, the carpet furniture light was old. You couldn’t open the windows, the A/C wasn’t working properly. And this is the reason I made this review, THEY DIDNT PROVIDE ME LOTION, I had to pay 550 yen TO USE LOTION. Literally get outta here with that, that’s a basic for any hotel anywhere.
Also, it’s key system and every time you leave the lobby you had to give them the key and then go back, seriously stuck in 1990
I hate being mean, but this place wasn’t good

Wonderful
Cute cat shop, fresh coffee in the morning, and super helpful staff. Rooms were much bigger than another hotel we stayed at in Shibuya.

Great location and a short walk to Shibuya station and the surrounding area. Free coffee at the front desk was nice touch too. The room was small, but had a nice shelf for organizing my luggage
The step up into the bathroom was a little awkward, but not big issue for me.

Good
The location in the heart of Shibuya was great and very convenient to get to using the train. The customer service was superb with staff so nice and willing to be helpful! They also provided towels and bottles of water every day.
We did not like that we couldn't set our own room temperature as it was set by the hotel and could only change the amount of air coming in through the vents. Though not the hotel's fault, there is a pedestrian bridge that we had to use to and from the hotel; with luggage, that was very inconvenient. That could be avoided though if luggage is delivered to the hotel; we just didn't know to do so.

Amazing location, 10 minutes walking to Shibuya and Hachiko Square.
Rooms and furniture weren't as modern as other hotels.

The location is very close to the train station. The bed and pillow are very comfortable.
It is a little dated, and the rules are a little odd. They require you to hand over your key each time you leave the property.

Pleasant
The location was great and the hotel had an old style look that was pretty cool.
I rented 4 rooms and the AC food not work in any of the rooms. We had to open our windows which was ok because it was cool outside, but my room and 2 other rooms faced the main street so you heard traffic noise all night.

It is lovely, well-kept, and cozy. The staff were all so kind and ready to help. They had coffee ready for guests at the front desk every morning and greeted us warmly each time we saw them. They readily helped me with forwarding my luggage to our next hotel in Hakone, as well. Will definitely be staying here next time I’m in Tokyo! ありがとうございます!
Make sure to leave your key at the front desk if you’re going out for the day!
