It was closed to train/bus stations.
The room was clean but bathroom was making noises. The sink was making loud chugging noises after you turn off the water and so was the toilet after you flush.

We loved the views we got with the room, it was so nice to be able to look out at so much, the location was great as the hotel was right above a train station which made it easy for us to get around everywhere, less than a 20min walk to get to the Tsukiji Fish Market which was helpful for us.

The breakfast was excellent as usual. I have stayed here 3 times. My room location was a pleasant surprise, I was given a corner of the building and my request for a firm bed was taken care of. I will book here again next year.

Location was great. Reception and housekeeping staff were exceptional. Clean hotel. I have never stayed in a hotel alone and felt very safe.
The restaurant staff was difficult to work with. For breakfast had to go find them to take orders. For dinner they were very disorganized and not very helpful with the menu. Food was slow to come and had to hunt down utensils. Generally felt unwelcomed there, tolerated at best. Was happy to skip our last breakfast the morning we checked out for our flight and not deal with their rudeness

The hotel rooms still belong to the bigger ones in Tokyo. I like the breakfast. The choice is rather limited, but good enough. The hotel is close to the stations and can be reached easily, but if course it is not in the middle of the city.
The hotel is OK, but certainly it could be more comfortable, the rooms bigger, the fitness room bigger, etc. Plenty of small things, which can be improved. Still, it is food enough.

Great location, comfortable rooms, and a good overall hotel experience. The hotel is well connected to public transportation and makes it easy to get around Tokyo.
Be aware that the Tokyo Tower view rooms, which come at an additional cost, also face the elevated train tracks. Train noise is noticeable throughout the day and night, which may be an issue for light sleepers. We eventually paid extra again to move to a room on the quieter side of the hotel. If noise is a concern, I recommend requesting a room away from the tracks.

The staff are very helpful and accomodating. Our initial room had an unpleaseant smoke smell and the staff were very accomodating in switching our room. Room was clean with a large window out over the Tokyo skyline and Tokyo Skytree. There was a fresh air button that was great. Room was spacious with lots of amenities. Super conveniently located with two main train stations and an underpass and overpass option that connects into the hotel. Family Mart located around the corner.
