Great location right at the centre of Tokyo, but in a quieter area.
The first room we got was not as clean as you would accept for a room You just checked into . after a brief talk with the nice receptionist We got a new room and it was perfectly clean.

Perfect location, right next to the Tokyo Tower. Convinent with lots of shops nearby. Super easy to get from/to HND, no transfer makes it perfect if you have lots/heavy luggages.

The hotel was pretty close from Hamamatsucho monorail station, which was pretty good for the late arrival customers. Multiple good restaurants were also available near the hotel.
Free wifi speed was pretty slower compared to other hotels of the similar level.

Location was nice, quiet part of Tokyo. Central to everything I was doing. Staff was very nice. Got the job done, nice for the value.
Pillows weren't the best. Bit lumpy. (I'm comparing to all the other hotels I stayed at in Japan) The top of the closet had thick dust (granted I'm just super tall and can see it all) It was super small, wasn't even really a space to open my carry on small luggage.

Clean, comfortable and just like the pictures. Great location, was walking distance to Tokyo Tower and many other attractions as well as the train station. The staff were lovely and I would stay here again.

The location was so good for us. We were able to get a local train directly from Narita Airport to Daimon Station which was just 300 metres from the hotel and a straight forward and easy walk even with cases. The room, though small, was large enough for us to be able to put our cases in places where we could easily access the contents. The staff were so helpful and pleasant and a local subway and convenience store was just across the road.
Been nice to have just one channel in English to watch on the TV.

Wonderful
The location is great, having the subway line two blocks away is very convenient. I have used the brand in other cities in Japan and i really like it, rooms are small but most of them are in japan are.
We book with the breakfast included option, upon arrival they told us they did not have breakfast and gave us a starbucks voucher, i did not like that option.
