Location was convenient to sites and train lines. We enjoyed the views of Skytree and Senso-ji Temple from the room and outdoor patio. Laundry on our floor was convenient.
Breakfast area queues were longer than other places we stayed on this trip, but manageable.

Amazing hotel! The location is central but perfectly quiet at night, stores, station and restaurants all around the area. The room was really clean and quite big in comparison with other hotels in Tokyo. The breakfast was also exquisite with generous portions and variety! Overall an amazing place to stay!

Location is convenient with a lot of food and shops nearby the hotel. Great service staff. Having welcome drink during 5 - 8 p.m. everyday during our stay. Nice view of the Tokyo Sky Tree from the hotel room.
The pillow is too soft but I did the request the change the pillow and the staff helped to provide the new one which is help me a lot. Love it.

Our stay at Richmond is always excellent. The staff are nice. They can understand and speak English. They allowed us to early check-in. This is my second time staying at Richmond. There would definitely be more.

The location was perfect. Near everything you need. Restaurants, Tourist attractions, Trains, Bus station, 24-hour Donki, shops. Free drinks at certain time. Free coffee. The room was significantly larger than most hotel rooms in Tokyo. The view was great. overlooking Sensoji temple and Sky tree.

Location very close to Sensoji and Nakamise street,also in the same building as Uniqlo and close to GU if you need last minute clothing supplies. Short walk to train station. Room was clean,we got upgraded to a bigger room, really grateful for that. Staff was really nice and helpful,they help us book a taxi and send our luggages to our next hotel with no hassle.
Laundry and dryer machine is limited so it’s often full. Also the dryer doesn’t really dry our clothes,but we found a coin laundromat nearby so we ended up going there instead of doing our laundry in the hotel.

The proximity to everything, location , convenience, breakfast option and price was amazing. We were traveling in a group of 10 with older parents and young kids and this was perfect. When the grandparents were tired they could stay around the hotel and had soooo much to see , do and try without the fear of getting lost or walking too far . If you’re on a short trip the location is perfect to see temples , shopping, food , lots of activities nearby and close to train station . Taxis are easy to catch . We would stay here again in a heartbeat . The views are stunning.
