Great location for access to various parts of Asakusa, right next to a 24hr Donki if we needed anything in the middle of the night. Superb breakfast and very professional and helpful staff.
Nothing I can think of at this time.

The location.
The layout of the room was comfortable.
Friendly employees
The fact that the food on the buffet never changed in the 9 days we stayed. It got boring and chose to eat elsewhere.
The elevator was used by other businesses and at times we had to wait.

Everything! Fantastic location in Asakusa. Very near the Senso-ji temple and Kappabashi Street (kitchen street). Lots of restaurants, shops and a huge 24 hr Donki as well as a large Daiso.
Definitely spring for a room on the high floors. Our room had a spectacular view of Tokyo Skytree and the temple. The staff were very friendly and spoke English well. Room was clean and large by Japan standards. Included a refrigerator & safety deposit box. Very clean. They even gave us a small token for our anniversary! They have complimentary drinks during the afternoon and a happy hour too. Easy walking distance to train and metro stations. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Asakusa!

This is a great hotel that is right in the middle of Asakusa. There was a festival right outside our window and different spots in the hotel where you could go and view the outside. It has a great restaurant/lounge with some free drinks.
No issues that I can remember. It's one of those hotels where you have to go up to the lobby and switch elevators but it's not that big of an issue.

Great view! Great location, less than 5 min walk to Senso-ji Temple. Great restaurants and shopping all around the hotel.
Breakfast was really good with lots of different options including traditional Japanese and western options.
Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
Room was alittle small with 3 beds, but it was standard for Japanese room.

Wonderful
Breakfast was outstanding. The room was spacious and comfortable, but poorly distributed so it was hard to find a spot to put my lugagge open.
the way they have natural water (on a dispenser on the hallway) is a bit cumbersome.

Great location, 10 minutes walk to train, clean hotel, quiet, comfortable bedding and room darkening shades to help with getting good sleep! They offer great breakfast, amenities - toiletries if anything is forgotten. The view was also exceptional facing Tokyo tower.

Wonderful
Location, staff, cleanliness, facilities
The rooms can fit 3 beds but doing so means there is almost no wear to fit luggage for 3 people. We made it work but Wish I would have known that to consider another room

The location was great. The hotel workers were nice.
The original double standard room we booked was tiny. We had to upgrade to the one room available, which was bigger and had a wonderful view of the nearby temple. It cost us 900$ extra. It was also on the smokers' floor and smelled. Everything felt a bit dated a dusty.

Wonderful
Breakfast was great. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way with our baby. The room wasn't super small as otehr hotels. They had plenty of laundry machines in their facility.
The room could be bigger, but ok for Japanese standards.
