Wonderful
We come back to The Richmond Premier a few times a year because the staff welcome us warmly, we love the "Happy Hour" time to meet with each other, and the location is perfect; tradition and convenience!
The laundry is always busy! One more laundry room would be ideal...

Delightful breakfast, with a good variety of non-Japanese foods. We would have liked more Japanese items. Loved the fresh grapefruit and orange juices! This location is the best in Tokyo!
Our only concern is needing to stay up late to do laundry. Please add another laundry room, as they are always crowded.

Good
Great location, great access to Asakusa center, nice restaurants nearby, friendly staff speak excellent English.
We booked the Standard Twin Room, which felt a bit small for two people, although that's quite common for hotel rooms in Tokyo. If your budget allows, I would recommend upgrading to the Premium Twin Room, as the extra space can make the stay much more comfortable.

The location is great , the cleanliness and level of service is amazing
All was great. Some
Clients might not be happy from the room size (standard japanese room size). Still, not an issue at all since being comfortable

Very Good
Roomer than similar hotels in the Asakusa area while the room size of this property is standard in Japan.
The area is too popular for foreigners and everywhere is very crowded with tourists

Everything!
The location was great. There are 4 distant underground lines within walking distance to the hotel.
The staff were all polite and very helpful. There were so many free amenities. There’s laundry on site. Restaurants in the building etc.

Location is perfect for Asakusa. very close to tsakuba express train and to Danso-Ji shrine.
Plenty of Izakaya's open in the evening and at nigt.
Staff is formally plesent but not really welcoming.
The clean only once every 3 nights and in between just change towels.

We stayed here twice at the start of our journey for five night and so pleased we returned for our final night.
The staff here are incredibly helpful and were very kind when we needed to forward our luggage and struggled with the QR code.
It in a fantastic location in Asakusa and both rooms we stayed in had views of the Skytree and Sensoji temple. We loved the feel of the area Hoppy street without izakayas and there’s a Don Quixote round the corner. It’s perfectly located to pop out to Sensoji early or late when there are no crowds. The rooms are a reasonable size and they provide a lot of extra beauty products. Also they had a charging cable with different fittings.
There arecomplimentary drinks and snacks in the afternoon and then in the
evening. It was the best out of all the hotels we stayed in. Breakfast had a good selection of dishes and there is a fantastic view from the dining room.
It would have been nice to have sat outside on the small terrace.

Wonderful
This is one of the hotels in Tokyo that strikes a good balance between comfort and location. Being within walking distance of the vibrant atmosphere of the Asakusa district is a significant advantage. The area around Senso-ji, in particular, has a different atmosphere in the morning and evening.

It had a great location in the center of the city right next to the temple!
There was the exact same name of a hotel right next door which made it a little hard to figure out where to go!

Wonderful
Great location in Asakusa - easy to get to via the Kensei line from Narita. Hotel excellent standard - rooms are all small, and these were no exception, but generally okay even with luggage
Rooms are small - 20 - 22 Sqm - however in our travels we did see that design played a big part in the usability of the rooms., With the Richmond Premier (there is another Richmond Hotel across the Road), we found the was good, however did find other hotel rooms with better design that felt slightly more space usable.
