The breakfast is so delicious and so many varieties for the price of ¥3000 per adult ( reasonable ) c fresh orange juice. Washing machine facilities are great and only ¥400 for laundry and dryer ( super reasonable ). Other amenities provided are top notch , reception is so friendly and helpful. I will stay here when I come back to Japan. Highly recommended in asakusa , close to Skytree and Sensoji temple.

I like to food they serve as well as the convenience since it's very close to stores and stations.
The room smells like someone smoked there. We had to spray something just to remove the smell and it took a few hours.

The room had a good size compare to other places from Tokyo. Is was very quite and beds were comfortable. Delicious continental breakfast with fresh orange juice and Japanese food. The baggage service is great and the staff was always nice and friendly!

The location was great in Asakusa, very close to kombinis and metro stations. The rooms are a little on the smaller side, even for Tokyo. The staff were very helpful and kind. The noise from the hallway was loud at times, but besides that it was relatively quiet.
Noise insulation of the rooms were okay, but if someone was in the hallway, you could hear them very clearly.

We had a corner room. Room was a good size. Bed was very comfortable. Location was absolutely perfect.
The buffet breakfast was full most mornings so they made you wait outside. After waiting 30 mins we gave up. This was unacceptable as we paid for the breakfast included option.

Amazing hotel! The location is central but perfectly quiet at night, stores, station and restaurants all around the area. The room was really clean and quite big in comparison with other hotels in Tokyo. The breakfast was also exquisite with generous portions and variety! Overall an amazing place to stay!

Location was convenient to sites and train lines. We enjoyed the views of Skytree and Senso-ji Temple from the room and outdoor patio. Laundry on our floor was convenient.
Breakfast area queues were longer than other places we stayed on this trip, but manageable.

Wonderful
Location is convenient with a lot of food and shops nearby the hotel. Great service staff. Having welcome drink during 5 - 8 p.m. everyday during our stay. Nice view of the Tokyo Sky Tree from the hotel room.
The pillow is too soft but I did the request the change the pillow and the staff helped to provide the new one which is help me a lot. Love it.
