It is a cozy, clean room for travelers. Walking distance to Asakusa Shine. Very good location!
Room space feels a little bit small. But it’s understandable in big city such as Tokyo.

I loved the area that the Richmond Hotel was located in-right next to Sensoji Temple. In fact, we could see the grounds from our window as well as Tokyo Sky Tree. Uniqlo is, also, right next to the hotel so early morning shopping.
This was partly my fault, I did not realize the size of the room would be too small for a family of four with two teens. The beds in the picture looked larger than they actually were. But, made it work for one night. Late arrival from Narita so it was ok.

The location was fantastic. It is only a couple of minutes to walk to the temple, and it was right next to a number of restaurants, as well as a Don Quijote. The train station was also very close by. The staff were helpful, and there were plenty of toiletry amenities available if needed. The coffee packets provided were our favorite of our two-week trp to Japan. They tasted the most like coffee from our American diner style restaurants.

I had a pleasant experience at this hotel. It was inexpensive, yet surprisingly comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was cozy—perfect for a good night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and check-in was quick and easy. Overall, it offered great value for the price. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location. Very good breakfast. Big room for central Tokyo. Nice wide bathroom and good amenities.
Property is a bit dated. Wall paper was ripped in places. Base of the mattress was ripped with filling coming out in places. Ton of dust behind pic frame and inside lamp. We only stayed a night so it wasn’t a problem but it may affect you if you stay longer.

Location was great to be able to walk the Asakusa neighborhood - restaurants and shopping right outside the front door. Staff were very helpful in answering questions and getting us a cab to train station when we departed.
Rooms were very small and no view but that is typical for hotel rooms in Japan at 3 star hotels, was not unexpected.

Excellent location, clean rooms, walkable to everywhere in the area. Breakfast included was ok as well.
Small dining area for breakfast with fewer choices than other places we’ve traveled. Staff was off in the corner and stuck to themselves. Not unfriendly, just not engaged with patrons.
