We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. We booked the room with the view to Sky Tree, which was very spacious for a hotel room in Japan. Sadly, one of our days there was so rainy that Skytree was all covered by clouds, but the other days it was shining at our window.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
We dont really have what to mention here.

Location is perfect for exploring Asakusa - definitely suggest to take the opportunity to visit Senso-Ji in the evening when it's a bit quieter! The room was a great size for us and the kitchenette with a washing machine was so handy. The staff were really great and helped us to organise luggage forwarding for our next hotel.

The room is spacious for hotels in a large Japanese city. Good amenities in the room including washer and kitchenette.
Well-located with access to many eating places and shops. Right next to Sensoji and Tokyo Sky Tree within walking distance.
Good location also means crowds. Just need to factor in more time to navigate the routes to train stations and be patient with people.

I highly recommend this hotel! The location is perfect, everything was clean, comfortable and stylish! The room exceeded our expectations. The room faces a busy street, however it was calm and quiet. Superb!

We could not have asked for a better location in the heart of Asakusa. In walking distance to all of the main attractions, shops and restaurants as well as right by a lot of great station options to get you anywhere. We were shocked to have our own mini apartment for an affordable price during peak season. It was great having our own washing machine, desk space and big bathroom to spread out in at the end of our trip.
There was a weird smell in the room which we never figured out where or why it was coming from. I am not sure if this was more user error or a common theme with Japanese washer/dryers but the clothes do not dry well as we did have to hang everything all over the room. Not really an issue for us, more something to note if you are coming here to do that.

Very Good
King suite was spacious, big windows for natural light, comfortable beds, good closet space. Good sound insulation. We never heard noise from other guests even when hotel was full. Washer-dryer in room works very well. Appreciate the free detergent, and the well equipped kitchen.
Staff is friendly and very helpful.
It is located next to Hoppy Dori, with all the bars & restaurants. Convenient for good food, but It can be noisy if you have windows open. The rooms are showing its age a bit. Walls scuffed, etc. but everything worked well.

The hotel room was larger than other Tokyo hotels rooms, i.e it fitted a tiny kitchenette, washer with inbuilt dryer and there was enough floor area to place your bag on the floor and open it. The closet even had a folding table and chair which was a bonus. The location, close to Sensoji and Skytree was fantastic with a 24 hr grocery and many izakayas and food options around. The bathroom had modern fittings, the hot strong shower was lovely. The reception supplies small bottles of seasonings at reasonable rates and stocks many free amenities including detergent, tea, coffee, towels, dental kits. They have some lovely baking supplies which are free to use. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Really the most outstanding moment was when we were checking out at 6am, amidst heavy rain, and the staff on duty came after us to present umbrellas and said to take them, return not required. We were incredibly touched at their care and attention. We would stay here again.
No complaints!

Very Good
Staff was wonderful. Loved having a washer/dryer in our room. View was wonderful. We traveled with our two sons and their wives and we were all on different floors after requesting rooms to be next to each other.
Very noisy at night. A coffee maker in room would have been nice. Called for a cab and an Uber but they would only get was close to the hotel a few blocks away.

The location of the hotel is excellent, short walk to bus stop (bus 46, good and fast connection to Ueno station), or a 10 minute walk to Asakusa metro station. Lots of restaurants around, 7 eleven, Lawson etc. Even a large Don Quichote down the road. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room is spacious for Tokyo, and has all included one could need. Fridge, microwave, kettle, all kitchen utensils etc. The washing/drying machine in the room was a great bonus, easy to use and within 3 hours we had all our laundry fresh, dry and clean. Excellent water pressure and a great shower. Spacious bathroom. Good storage space everywhere. The bed was comfortable although relatively small with 1,20 or 1.40 width, not sure we did not measure but it was small ;). Overall great value for money and we would stay again, for sure. Highly recommended.
Pillows a bit hard and bed a bit small, but these are tiny details and for sure no reason not to stay here. We loved it and would book again.
