I like the location, it was easy to use the subway. To get to Tokyo Disney and the airport. Just down the street 24 hour grocery store. Plus a short walk to Louis Hamburger.

breakfast was really great to have. breakfast in japan can be difficult for foreigners. location was close to where I needed to be. hotel design was very nice and modern and cleanliness was great as well.

It's affordable and location is very convenient for me which is very near the subway station. There are many restaurants, supermarkets and Convinients stores around. Daiso and Matsumoto Kiyoshi is just few steps away. The room is clean. They clean and change towels everyday. Breakast is very affordable if you want to avail. Reception staff can speak English. I will definitely stay here again the next time I go back to Tokyo.
I have to pick up the yukata at the lobby. Sometimes I forget to get one and had to come down from my room again. I guess I just have to get used to it, so no problem actually :)
