Wonderful
The location is a bit off the beaten path, and was hard to find from the JR Subway line station, but what a lovely place to stay! And the breakfast was amazing! We stopped and had cocktails one night and they have one of the best craft cocktail menus I've ever seen. Just fantastic. Plus, it's like staying in an art gallery or museum. Delightful.
I expected the room furniture to be a bit more than ordinary (except for the art everywhere, as we stayed in an artists room, which was superb!)

Just a wonderful place. The art gallery adds an excellent touch. Close to public transit and taxis are plentiful. Clean and comfortable rooms. I appreciate the gluten free options in the Japanese restaurant. Great view of Tokyo!

My spouse and I liked the location of the property, its conveniently by a train station, has multiple food establishments and a convenience store downstairs.
Everything was great!

Great facilities, comfortable bed. Good room service, but limited selection.
Noise from the trains didn’t bother us, but may bother others.

Very Good
Beautiful hotel filled with art. Friendly and correct staff. Great location, close to 2 subway stations. Good breakfast with many options.
Room smelled a little dusty. Shower/bath could benefit from a little renovation.
They didn’t let the breakfastroom get too crowded, which means we sometimes had to wait a while to get in.

Conveniently located by multiple train stops, such as Shiodome and Shimbashi. Hotel has elevator access straight into Shiodome, so it is very accessible, and close to the Big Clock, a Hayao Miyazaki creation (Studio Ghibli). Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was worth the cost. The restaurant has views of the Hamarikyu Gardens, meanwhile the lobby has views of the Tokyo Tower. Free coffee machine in the lobby, wine or beer was available for ¥1,000 per glass. Additionally, there was a money exchange machine in the lobby which provided good rates compared to the standard yellow and black “Money Exchange” machines. On our last day, we found there is a Family Mart hidden in the B1 (or B2F) behind the escalators in the Media lobby.

Delicious, great breakfast, made to order eggs! Get the eggs benedict. If you like art, this is a great place to stay.
Was a little pricey, but location and service were top notch.

Location and unparalleled views! Excellent staff, as well. I stayed in a non-art room. It was comfortable, clean, and pretty spacious according to this American. I honestly had a wonderful stay for my first hotel and first time in Tokyo.
Nothing really

Wonderful
We had an amazing stay at Park Hotel. The entire place feels like a museum, filled with beautiful art, and our Artist Room was especially impressive, unique, and fun. The view was spectacular — on clear days we could even see Mount Fuji.
The room itself was spotless and spacious, and the location is unbeatable. The building is directly connected to a bridge leading to a train station just 3 minutes away, and a 10-minute walk from Shimbashi Station, and around 12 minutes from Ginza.
The staff were very nice and helpful.
The only downside was the bathroom. While the room felt modern and luxurious, the bathroom felt a bit dated, and we expected something more aligned with the overall vibe of the hotel.
Also, when we asked for an adapter, we were told each room only gets one, which wasn’t ideal for a couple, so we ended up buying an extra.

Amazing location right at Shimbashi Station – you can walk straight from the subway directly into the hotel, which is incredibly convenient. It’s very close to Ginza, with lots of trendy shops and great places for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I’ve stayed in this area more than once and absolutely love it – it’s a perfect base for getting to Akihabara, Shibuya, Shinjuku, Asakusa and other popular spots. The staff were very polite and welcoming, and we were even upgraded for free from an Artist Queen Room to an Artist King Room. Our “Dragon” room was beautifully painted, the bed was large and comfortable, and the view at Tokyo Tower and Fuji from the window was stunning. The hotel also hosts various art exhibitions, and the interior design is unique and inspiring.
All was great.

Wonderful
The view from the room was even more spectacular than we could have imagined! I was surprised how beautiful it would be at night-time as well. The bed was pretty comfortable. The eco-friendly amenities provided that you could opt into daily was really nice to have. The location was great for us. While it was a bit further away from Shinjuku and Shibuya than others may have liked, but we really liked being in a slightly quieter part of town and less busy train station. We loved having the nice view, so that when we were packing you could still feel the heartbeat of the city! This hotel was our last stop in our trip around Japan, so when we were resting our feet and a bit tired to go out, it didn't feel like we were missing out. We didn't feel like we needed to go to an observation deck and that freed up our schedule a bit more to do other things. Overall, we would maybe stay here again - but we would know better what to expect. We did not opt in for the breakfast, we enjoyed going out and getting coffee and breakfast.
The size of the room wasn't bad until we had to open up our suitcases (2 adults), there wasn't really a good space to open them up and still be able to walk around the room, even when it was just 2 carry-ons open on the floor (we ended up adding 2 checked bags). There wasn't really enough closest or cabinet space where we could stow our clothes and put the suitcases completely away either. We had a 1 queen sized bed room. We kept having to move the little side table on wheels around to navigate the room. The bathroom room door opened outward into the hallway which was a bit awkward and the front door opened into the closet. We missed Japanese-style hotel rooms with a designated space to remove your shoes as to not track dirt into your room and separate slippers for the room and bathroom, as well as having a separate toilet from the rest of the bathroom. Wasn't a big deal but definitely would be tough to stay in long-term. Bathroom was still larger than ours back home. We were there for 4 nights.
We used the laundry service and they pressed the clothes extremely well, but did not remove stains we hoped they'd be able to. It's possible they missed them as they were a bit small and hard to find, but it was a bit frustrating as they still charged us for the clothing. (We had already tried to clean the clothing in their coin-laundry machines, so it would have been cheaper and more effective to buy stain remover and do it ourselves).
We opted to not have them clean the room, but just to tidy and replace amenities. But something that was surprising is they didn't make the bed. We expected them not to change the sheets out, but we were surprised they didn't straighten out the blanket or anything. Maybe they aren't allowed to make the bed if the sheets haven't been changed out? Not sure.
The transit system around the hotel was pretty tricky to get the hang of. Took us a few days!
