Staff were very helpful. Being close to numerous stores and the Oimachi station made starting and ending days very easy.
Rooms and other facilities were always clean.
Nothing jumps out as being bad or unsatisfactory at all.

Stay at this hotel whenever we travel to Tokyo. Adjacent to Oimachi train station, Airport Express bus drop off/pick up, ofuro within building, self-laundry facility, department store, grocery and variety of restaurants in building and surrounding area, luggage storage day of check-in and check-out.
Better English speaking staff.

Great location. It is facing two train stations and its building contains a public bath, a Hankyu grocery store, restaurants, a pharmacy, etc. The room was small but super clean. Easy access to the HND airport.
The price has gone up a little too much for such a small room.

It’s the classic time/money tradeoff. Located in the Oimachi neighborhood, the hotel is 30 minutes from tourist areas such as Shibuya and Ueno, but half the price of equivalent places elsewhere. The room, while still very small, is the most comfortable I’ve had in Tokyo. The neighborhood is no nightspot, but does have some good restaurants. Science Tokyo (formerly Tokyo Tech) is fairly nearby, so this is a good choice for visiting researchers.
The shower water is on a short timer, and you have to keep pressing it. I admire the hotel‘s desire to conserve water, but this was excessive.

Easy access from station. Nice onsen attached.
Onsen costs extra… property a bit old so there is some sewerage smell in the room’s bathroom. But all old hotels are the same so not much of a complaint rather than pointing out the obvious.
Room is much tighter than I remembered. Haven’t came back in a while, realized how much smaller the room in Ours Inn is after using other business hotels in Japan like Toyoko, APA, Elcient etc.

Location was AMAZING, right across from oichimachi station. The building itself also has a supermarket in the first floor and some food places too which makes it very convenient to get quick bites. There’s an onsen that you can use (with extra fee).

I stayed at 4 hotels in Tokyo, this was the most expensive but my room with twin single beds was like going into an apartment. Excellent room.
The actual check in had to be right on 3pm. Like a military operation.

great location away from too many tourists - convenient to lots of shopping - 3 supermarkets, restaurants in the same building so don't have to get wet if raining, and over the road from Oimachi train station, one stop from Shinagawa
way overpriced compared to last time we stayed here 5 years ago, breakfast fairly ordinary, and showers have 15-30 second push timers you need to keep re-pushing to have a decent shower - for a $400 a night hotel, skimping on $1 worth of water feels mean.

I really liked the location. it is so convenient to travel from Narita and Haneda Airports. And also because of Rinkai Line, there is direct trains to further places like shinjuku and shibuya. Making navigation much easier.
There is a convenience store right at L1 which is wonderful for late night supper or when you need to grab some emergency supplies. The view was SUPERB! I stayed at 25th level. no fear of anyone being able to see into my room, and felt good with the sunshine.
Only issue i had was that i found some blood stains on my duvet cover and bedsheets (near my pillow!!). unfortunately, i only found them the second day with bright sunlight, and already settled in so could not ask for change. Just hoping they are washed clean sheets just some stubborn stains.
