The in-room foot/calf massager is heaven sent! We basically missed it especially after we checked out and continued on with our trip to Tokyo and Osaka. The free Disney shuttle is also a plus. The free amenity bar and welcome drinks/snacks at the lobby are both great as well.

I LOVED this hotel!!! If you’re going to Tokyo Disney, but don’t want to pay Disney prices, this hotel is a MUST. The interior is beautiful, they had some Disney cutouts, and you can buy Disney merchandise in the Lawson! The shuttle to and from both Disney parks was so nice. The staff was EXTREMELY kind. They had some English speakers which was very helpful. The room was extremely spacious and clean. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a train station so it makes it easy to travel!!! The staff let us store our bags there before check in AND after check out. I am so grateful! They have a lot of storage space for your luggage, but I would try to go early in the day or later at night. I loved every part of this hotel.

The hotel looked old from the outside but the rooms looked brand new so don’t judge a book by its cover. There is a Lawsons inside the hotel and a train station literally connected to it with a mall and supermarket as well as several restaurants. Also their bus to Disneyland and Disneysea was very convenient.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay at Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was excellent very convenient and close to everything we needed, especially transportation and nearby attractions. The staff were also friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo.

Nice and clean, staff was very nice and accommodating. The free shuttle to Disney was a bonus. The location was super convenient, right next to the station and the local mall with lots of choices for food, coffee and pastries. And there’s a Lawson near the lobby.

I loved the spacious room, the amenities, the welcome lounge and the location near the train station and stores. My bathroom had a nice soaker tub, however my daughters room only had a shower. Needless to say she was disappointed in not also having a soaker tub.
I wish the breakfast service hours were extend until 12noon. I prepaid for breakfast and was only able to take advantage of the breakfast service 2days out of our 5 night stay.. As we were out late exploring, by the time we came in Dinner service was over and we would sleep in and miss the breakfast service. Next time I know not to pre-pay for the breakfast service.

Disney oteli olması büyük avantaj. Disney parklarına servisi var. Odalar ve otelin geneli temizdi. Öğlen 2 gece 11 arası resepsiyon katında ikram var. Bizim kaldığımız oda 4 kişi olduğumuz için biraz küçük kaldı ama yeterliydi. Kahvaltısı çok çeşitli ve güzeldi.

Great hotel for visiting Disney and DisneySea, very functional and efficient. The "welcome lounge" was great for the kids.
One of the days our room was not clean (no trash collection, not towel change, etc). We left early in the morning and came back end of day and did not leave the do not disturb. We ask recepetion about it, they promised to check, but never came back to us.

Clean, room was sufficient to my guest needs. Everyone was happy. The restaurant for breakfast was very nice, Lawson in the hotel was a great advantage, and it was right across from shin urayasu train station.

The train station and restaurants/Aeon mall were across the street making the location great. By car, 20 minute commute from Haneda. Disney shuttle that was offered was great. 24 hour Lawson’s on site and ground level parking. Hotel receptionist staff were friendly and helpful.
despite the room temp being set to 18°C, it was so uncomfortable and hot, even while sleeping in tshirt and shorts. Bed and pillows were decent size but also not super comfortable but the comforter was nice… although it was too hot to comfortably lay under it. There went enough outlets in the room to charge all devices at once if you didn’t have a C cable to adapt into the wall. House keeping never made the bed, despite someone being in the room and asking them to and they also left the trash.
