The room was great and the main lobby area was GREAT! I normally do not hang out in hotel lobby area or anything like that, however every night we all spent time in the lobby enjoying time together.
There was nothing I could complain about. The staff was amazing, the place was very clean, and the amount of amenities they offer is amazing..

Wonderful
Location is excellent. It is near train station and near airport limousine bus stop. They also have shuttle going to and from Disney. They also have a Lawson where you can buy quick snacks after a long tiring day.
They don’t clean the room daily. We stayed for 6 nights and they only cleaned the room once.

The warmth of every hotel staff. The friendliness and willingness to help and assist. A mall attached to the hotel. The free shuttle to Disney and it is incredibly reliable

The room was comfortable for a family of five. The hotel had a great location and offered a free shuttle bus to DisneySea and Disneyland. Complimentary food and drinks were available in the lobby. There was also a convenience store in the hotel.
Long queues had formed for check-in at 3 p.m.

The only thing i like about the property is the free welcome drinks and candies at the lobby and the free shuttle going to disney resort areas
For the 5 days that we stayed at this hotel, they never clean our room. i have to ask for fresh towel and bathrobe everytime we come home at night after our long stroll for the day.

This was such an amazing first stay! My family fell in love with all the amenities and how family oriented it all was! The staff were fantastic! If you are wanting to go to Disneyland or Disneysea this is the perfect hotel for that because there is a free shuttle at the hotel that takes you directly there and back with no hassle and no worry! The breakfast was absolutely amazing and filled with so many options for all! I have a big family of 6 and we were all able to fit in a room together with all our luggages and bags all while each having our own beds! There was so much space for it being normally small at other hotels in Japan. There are free snacks and free amenities like diapers! There was a Lawsons right in the Lobby that was so convenient for last minute gifts and snacks! Several malls are all connected with a station right by the mall which was so great to have with so many options of clothing and food. It was nice to experience Japanese department stores. If you have kids the MONA mall connected has an arcade and play place with crane games, gashapons, and more for all ages at one of the higher floors. It was rainy while we were here so having the station and malls walk way all covered really was a lifesaver! We didn’t worry about getting wet and just shopped till we dropped! Best experience ever! I will definitely be staying here next visit:)
