It is such a pretty hotel and VERY festive! The staff was super friendly and helpful. They made check in and check out very easy. I like how they had many different rooms and many elevators, escalators, and stairs for convenience while at the hotel. Very well-lit and super convenient that they had a conbini store attached to the hotel! Lots of free amenities as well. I like how they separated the toilet from the sink and shower. Breakfast buffet had really great food! Lastly, free shuttle every day to Disneyland and Disney Sea.
Although the bathroom was a nice size and they separated the toilet from the sink and shower, the room itself was very tiny for the price that you pay.

We enjoyed the free snack bar and toiletries room. We also appreciated the luggage storage facility. Our room was a nice size & bathroom layout was thoughtfully done. Contactless check out was so easy. Hotel is in a great area with many places to eat in the surrounding area and an Aeon Mall right across the hotel.
Nothing I didn’t like about the facility.

Everything! The shuttle service to TDL, the lobby amenities and hospitality, and how clean the room was. Wish we got a bathtub because of all the walking we did and what we needed at the end of the day was a nice warm bath. But the shower water pressure was excellent, so we were pretty happy about that.

Check in took an extraordinary amount of time, over 30mins. We were requested to fill in pre-check in online prior to arrival to speed up the check in process but it was actually the longest check in I’ve ever experienced. This is quite frustrating when you have to stand in line for so long with a 20month old child

Consistent and reliable Shuttle to Disney parks - drivers were absolutely helpful and friendly with kids on strollers. Helping us on and off. Rooms were spacious - we were able to open all our luggage to pack. Space for kids to unwind. Netflix enabled tv. Loved the double sinks to have multiple kids washing up. Bath tub is larger than usual - great way to soak after a long long day.
Walk way into rooms were challenging. For larger strollers. So if u are back from the park at the end of a long day, u kinda need to get your kid off the stroller before heading in.

Bed was very comfortable. Proximity to Disney was perfect. Breakfast was great. Staff were great and very friendly and helpful. Very quiet hotel in an excellent location. Overall the quality of the facility was exceptional. Proximity to train station and shops and food court were perfect.
Room was a little small with minimal area to store clothes and luggage. I would have preferred to have a folding luggage rack and small dresser drawer over things like foot massager, humidifier and boot dryer that took up space. The dinner buffet was over priced for the quality of the food.

Free shuttle to Disney was great, but frequency seemed to be on every half hour rather than the posted, more frequent schedule. Really good breakfast including espresso drinks and fresh squeezed OJ, delicious Mini-burgers. Free beer/sparkling wine, candy, and nuts 1400-2300. Easy walk to train station and mall with groceries and food court.
No tub on our room.

Excellent place to stay if you're going to Tokyo Disneyland/Disney Sea. The hotel offers a shuttle to and from the parks. It's also located near a train station. I stayed with my 3 daughters and we liked that there were rooms with 4 twin beds. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Very expensive, breakfast price was way too high.

Good Check-in Experience - Location is unbeatable, particularly if visiting the very nearby Disney Resort. The Lawson's 24 Hour Convenience Store IN the Hotel is amazing and super useful and convenient. Shower Stall and shower experience was good, and a separate WC was also nice.
Hotel Lobby and Elevators desperately need an upgrade. Rooms have been modestly renovated. but are typically Japanese very small. The rooms have little useful shelf space or room to simply move around. The sink area is the smallest we've ever seen at any hotel. But overall, if you are staying at this Hotel just to sleep, it is perfectly fine.
