Excellent hotel right in the middle of Shinjuku, very close to Shinjuku station and the love statue. The room was Christine, the beds were comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was delicious.

Very clean! Staff were friendly and it was easy to check in.
Small rooms but this is to be expected in Tokyo. Bathroom was a bit dated. Check out is at 10 am which was a bit early for us as we were trying to get ready for our flight out that evening

If you want to be close to Shinjuku station this is the place to be and the rooms weren't all that loud even if they were on the smaller side. Things feel really busy the moment you step outside. It is close to a really nice coffee place called Coffee Swamp that opens early if you have jetlag. Laundry machines were very straightforward and cheap.
The pillows were half fluffy and half like sandbags, so be ready for that if you need really soft pillows to sleep. I also didn't love checking in and out on a machine and having to go to the lobby for toiletries. Having said that, it was pretty affordable to stay for several nights there and the room was clean.

Modern hotel with nice furnishings. Room size was surprisingly fairly generous I thought given Tokyo’s reputation for tiny rooms. Well furnished with excellent air conditioning. Small compact bathroom but workable. Didn’t take the Japanese buffet breakfast. Small coffee shop off the lobby serving tasty breakfast food. Excellent location an easy 5 block walk to Shinjuku Station and a subway stop only 1 block away. Big, comfortable bed. Room cleaning was every other day with fresh towels and trash collection on off days - good system in the new post-Covid reality we live in now.
Check out time was 10:00 am - way too early. That’s unreasonable.

Location is 10 min walk to shinjuku shopping district
Aircon exhaust kept giving out black dirt and it dirty my luggage , breakfast menu is almost same everyday and no bread / toast / egg provided

Location close to station.
Room was small, and bathroom smelled mildewy (possibly shower curtain). Staff were not very friendly or engaging, only concerned about delivering message of checkout time n no baggage left in lockers for long periods.
