I really enjoyed my stay at Nippon Seinenkan Hotel. First of all, the reservation team was generous and kind enough to accept a last minute free cancellation for my first night due to an injury I sustained before my arrival. I needed to postpone my flight by one day.
Second, they were kind enough to give me a room with a beautiful view as I had requested. The view was of the stadium. I enjoyed my morning coffee looking out the window.
The layout of the room was charming and made me feel like home.
The hotel has a coin laundry with 6 machines. I never had to wait to do my laundry.
All the staff members were friendly and helpful.
I had a wonderful time and will stay there again.
I also loved the location. The stadium made it feel both iconic and local. Lots of food options and convenience stores.
Thank you to everyone at Nippon seinenkan hotel.
The carpet has some stains on it but overall it was a clean room.

Wonderful
Great, helpful staff! And even though I am not a baseball fan, it was unique to be able to see games from the hotel lobby and the theming was very cute. Rooms are a reasonable size, and the location is interesting - a bit away from the crowded places, but close to baseball and to the gingkos in the park. The Olympic museum next door was a surprising highlight as well.
It is a little bit out of the way in terms of taking the train, etc - but as mentioned that is also a good thing if you are looking for quiet.

The location of the hotel was a quiet area but close to the train station. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with luggage transfer. The hotel room was clean and came with all essentials needed. The view of the baseball stadium was amazing. The familymart downstairs was also very convenient and perfect for anything you need during your stay!

Very Good
The room’s view was nice and having the convenience store at the hotel was also nice for a quick snack.
Train station was farther away than we had originally thought it would be, while we had the convenience store to get food from it got old quick and some of us got sick during the stay and it was a walk to nearest drugstore.

The room had a great view of Jingu stadium and we even got to watch a baseball game from our room! it was very clean and quiet. The grand bath was a bonus to relax in after long days on our feet. The train station was within a 5 min walk. We really enjoyed our stay. If we visit Tokyo again we will definitely stay here.

Good
Pros: Clean and friendly staff.
The biggest negative about this hotel is that the windows in the rooms do not open. I wish I had known that before booking.
The location, even though you are close to a metro station, you are not close to any of the major neighborhoods like shibuya, ginza etc. You still have to spend a good 20-30 minutes in the metro to get there.

Wonderful
Terrific staff, big rooms, excellent bath, cleanliness, Aoyama as a neighborhood, housekeeping (arigatou Suzuki!), proximity to metro, restaurants, and very good coffee.
One of us is tattooed and would have liked to use the bath. The smell from the breakfast area in the lobby was not pleasant.

Exceptional
The location was great for us. It is a little out of the way of the major crowds, so the area is relaxed and pleasant to walk around. A decent amount of bars and restaurants nearby, as well as the stadiums, shrines, and parks. It's couple of miles from many major places we wanted to go, with close train stations for quick access to the rest of Tokyo, so we switched between walking and taking the trains.
The hotel itself is very clean and tidy, with good amenities. The rooms are spacious (a big reason for choosing it) and spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There's a restaurant for breakfast/lunch, and a convenience store on the lower level for food, drink and supplies.

Wonderful
Friendly and helpful staff, good location (walking distance to subway, Shibuya is close), clean, modern! If you are a baseball fan, the lobby and some rooms have a view over the nearby stadium :)
Rooms on a smaller side - that was expected though.

The location is terrific if you are able to take the short walk to the local train station, and there was a baseball game viewable from the hotel seemingly at all times, which was neat. The staff was friendly and attentive. If you're interested in going to a game or two, then I would highly recommend it.
When the Swallows play, it can get very crowded. That can be a good or bad thing depending on how you do with crowds.
