excellent reception help
Asking guests for breakfast tokens (tickets) immediately before entering the breakfast dining hall was a very unpleasant experience. I had already handed over all four breakfast coupons to an elderly staff member at the counter on behalf of my family; however, my family arrived at the dining hall slightly later. Despite my explanation, another staff member repeatedly asked my family to produce the coupons, which caused unnecessary discomfort. Such situations could be handled with more understanding and flexibility. As hotel guests, our breakfast entitlement should already be known to the staff, and we believe these matters need not be enforced so strictly.

If you plan on going to Disneyland/sea - this is the place to stay at. They have a shuttle that goes to/picks up from Disneyland/sea. Please check the schedule as this is on a first come first serve basis. Also it's a bit tricky getting to the bus stop to return back to the hotel - make sure you ask where to go so you don't miss out! They have awesome and friendly staff, always had pleasant interactions with them. There is an area with some snacks and drinks you can purchase - really handy. Loved the location for walking around as well. The room is adequately stocked with the necessary amenities and pj's as well! Loved the couch and space of these rooms compared to other hotels we stayed at this was spacious.

I liked the room, the whole building. Tha AC worked great. Free ice. Coin laundry machine and dryer with rational price. Bus that takes you to the station and Disney Tokyo. The only reference is that it worked three times in the morning (9:15, 10:15 ...).
The breakfast was not bad, but not great either. You can buy food in the mall at the closest station.

The staff were kind and quick! I like that parking was affordable, and that there are Disney shuttles available too. It’s closer than the Disney celebration hotel so can’t complain about the distance. There’s a self service mini convenience store in the lobby so that’s nice too! I also liked the pillows.
The beds are hard, which is standard but it did hurt my back. Also, our AC started leaking on our bed. We had to shove a towel in it while we slept and couldn’t make it nice and cold in the room.

This was an room in a very busy tourist location. I did not get to try the breakfast, but that was one of the reasons I picked the hotel. The timing does not work out for the part shuttles. The room is very small, like a cruise cabin, and the air conditioning struggling a little and it was not that hot out There were far more amenities than I expected, maybe standard for Japan. There was a very odd rule about feeding cups if they were very consistent on, and I frankly didn’t understand :-)
There’s pretty limited shuttle service and the first one was extremely crowded and gets you to the park far too early, and the second one we’re going to arrive when the park is already open. It’s a bit of a walk from the Metro Station. I ended up using a taxi almost every trip, especially with luggage.

Good for 1 night stay to Disney. We spent most of day at the park. Liked there was laundry onsite. They do provide shuttle to park and train station but limited hours. We ended up taking Ubers.
Not really close to anything - food, restaurants or marts. A walk from the train station .
