Disappointing
Rooms are way too small
The location was wonderful

Poor
The location was very close to a subway station.
The room was incredibly small and almost claustrophobic for two people.
There was an onsen in the hotel, but the instructions mention “no tattoos and no drunks” allowed in the hotel onsen. Considering that it’s a modern downtown hotel with a high number of foreign tourists from all corners of the planet who have tattoos for all kinds of reasons and clearly aren’t members of the Yakuza, this rule is absolutely unnecessary, ridiculous and offensive to guests who paid to stay in the hotel.

Great location, right next to a subway station and also fairly close to a JR station.
Very small. No space for luggage.

Roomy for Tokyo, has a separate area in entry that has door from bedroom, which was convenient for us because son slept late. Near subway station.
Facilities a bit old.

Good
The bath on the top floor was great and had very flexible hours. Bath instructions were posted in English.
The location makes it super easy to get to JR and subway lines.
There's a 7-Eleven on the first floor of the building for any snack or food needs.

Wonderful
Located close to both metro and train stations. The breakfast was good with a nice selection. The room is large compared to some hotels in Tokyo; we had room for two hard suitcases (carry-on size) to lay flat without much trouble. A small convenience store is located in the same building as the hotel and can be reached easily by stepping briefly outside.

Wonderful
Great location between Tokyo station and Akihabara so great for exploring. Kanda Metro station is right next to the hotel. There is also a 7-Eleven there. Separate male/female onsen baths on the 12th floor. Free ramen every evening. Clean, comfortable and decent-sized rooms.
Price seems to be mid-range. Expect to pay a bit more for a hotel with great location and onsen baths. Shower and toilet area is a bit small. But there is a separate sink and many amenities in the room.

I loved the spa, really good buffet Japanese breakfast. The room was larger than most hotel rooms in Japan. Easy access to metro.

The location was fantastic, bath was amazing, staff was extremely friendly and helpful, amenities went above and beyond expectations, 100% would stay here again
The only thing I'd say is more pillows are needed on the beds.

The hotel was in a good location and was clean. The staff was polite. The ramen in the evening was a nice treat.
Breakfast was OK; not as extensive as some of the other hotels we stayed at while in Japan.
They charged us for checking in early (we got there 45 min prior). The room was ready (our luggage that we had forwarded was already in the room). Then when we got to the room it was VERY small. We would have had a piece of luggage at the end of our bed because of the lack of floor space (we had two large suitcases, 2 carry-ons suitcases and two backpacks). We were traveling with 4 other parties who all paid a similar rate but got much larger rooms. When I requested a change, they charged me for a larger room. The larger room was very nice. It wouldn't have irritated me so much except that my other family members all got larger rooms without being upcharged. Also if you want a bath (not onsen), this hotel only has showers.

Great location, next to the station. Very comfortable and low key. Breakfast offerings were good, especially freshly made hot or cold soba and tempura. We also enjoyed the noodle offering at night as well.
Nice bonus to enjoy the onsen after a long day of sightseeing.
Staff was also very accommodating to our questions as they all spoke some english.

This is a great hotel. Simple business-style layout with a top-quality onsen. Kanda had a lot of great places to eat at all times of the day. Well worth the extra coin and the need to book well in advance for availability. We had a twin room with plenty of space.

We found all of the additional amenities: hotel breakfast, late night noodles, and spa really added to our experience. While it's slightly more expensive compared to other business hotels in the area, we found these made the experience much more comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!
